Abstract

The invention relates to low-rise prefabricated wooden structures. A claimed house-building kit containing, at least: a single-story framework made of glued wood components having grooves formed therein, and the ends thereof being provided with tenons for interconnecting same, wall elements with a filler, and external and internal sheathing. The sheathing is in the form of panels provided with a frame, with a shock absorber in the form of strips along the perimeter of the panel, and with thermal insulation disposed in the space within the frame. The frame is provided with a securing device consisting of a wire made of spring steel. The technical result of the invention consists in increasing the thermal insulation of a structure.

1.Домокомплект сборного деревянного домостроения, содержащий по крайней мере одноэтажный каркас, состоящий из нижнего, верхнего поясов, вертикальных промежуточных и стыковых стоек, где все составляющие каркаса выполнены из клееных деревянных деталей пространственно- шиповой конструкции различных типоразмеров по сечению и длине, обработанных огнезащитными составами, при этом в деталях каркаса образованы пазы, расположенные с шагом по длине деревянных деталей, а на концах деталей шипы для соединения деталей между собой, стеновые элементы, включающие решетчатый каркас из деревянных брусков, стеновой заполнитель, наружную обшивку, внутреннюю обшивку, перекрытия и кровлю, крепежные элементы, отличающийся тем, что в качестве наружной и внутренней обшивки использованы панели, снабженные на стороне, прилегающей к стеновому заполнителю рамкой, а также амортизатором в виде полос резины, расположенных по её периметру между краем и рамкой, при этом пространство внутри рамки заполнено теплоизоляционным материалом, а рамка выполнена из дерева, расположена по периметру панели вдоль её края на небольшом расстоянии от него и снабжена устройствами фиксации, закрепленными на рамке и выполненными согласно п.2. 1. Устройство фиксации присоединяемой к стене детали, включающее профиль, выполненный из способного к деформации и последующему восстановлению формы конструкционного материала, в виде соединённых воедино между собой по дуге пружинящего элемента и элемента присоединения пружинящего элемента к присоединяемой к стене детали, где пружинящий элемент включает с расположенные под острым углом друг к другу и соединёнными между собой по дуге участки, лежащие в одной плоскости, а элемент присоединения расположен в плоскости, перпендикулярной вышеуказанной плоскости^ отличающееся тем, что устройство выполнено из проволоки, изготовленной из пружинной стали, где пружинящий элемент включает две пары расположенных под острым углом друг к другу и соединённых между собой по дуге участков, при этом плоскости, в которых расположены данные участки, параллельны друг другу, и где концы участков каждой из пар соединены между собой участком проволоки, лежащим в одной плоскости с элементом присоединения, элемент присоединения при этом выполнен в виде двух участков проволоки, лежащих в одной плоскости с присоединяемой деталью, каждый из которых соединён с пружинящим элементом, а на концах, противоположных пружинящему элементу, имеет изогнутые по окружности участки проволоки. 2.
