Abstract
L'invention concerne des constructions en bois assemblées à peu d'étages. La maison en kit comprend au moins une carcasse à un étage réalisée à partir de pièces en bois collé dans lesquelles sont formées des mortaises et qui comportent à leur extrémité des tenons pour raccorder les pièces entre elles, des éléments de parois avec une charge de remplissage, des revêtements interne et externe. On utilise en tant que revêtement des panneaux dotés d'un cadre, d'un amortisseur disposé sous forme de bandes en suivant le périmètre de panneau et une isolation thermique posée dans l'espace à l'intérieur du cadre. Le cadre est muni d'un dispositif de fixation fait de fil de fer fabriqué en acier à ressort. Le résultat technique de l'invention est une meilleure isolation thermique de la construction.
