Abstract
L'invention concerne des dispositifs de soupape pour des moteurs à combustion interne. Les dispositifs comprennent un actionneur (10) à actionnement pneumatique présentant une première membrane (16), un carter (20) pourvu d'une entrée (22) et d'une sortie (24), une tige de soupape (32) qui peut être déplacée au moyen de l'actionneur (10), un organe de fermeture (34) de soupape, lequel est fixé sur la tige (32) de soupape et lequel peut être abaissé sur un premier siège (36) de soupape et soulevé du premier siège (36) de soupape, une plaque anti-retour (44), laquelle est sollicitée par une force élastique en direction d'un deuxième siège (42) de soupape, un élément d'écartement (48) à actionnement pneumatique, par l'intermédiaire duquel la plaque anti-retour (44) est soulevée du deuxième siège (42) de soupape à l'encontre de la force élastique lorsque l'organe de fermeture (34) de soupape repose sur le premier siège (36) de soupape, une section d'écoulement (40) entre l'entrée (22) et la sortie (24) pouvant être libérée ou fermée par l'organe de fermeture (34) de soupape et la plaque anti-retour (44). L'invention vise à améliorer l'étanchéité de la soupape et à augmenter le temps de vie de celle-ci. À cet effet, l'élément d'écartement (48) est relié à une deuxième membrane (56), laquelle délimite unilatéralement une chambre de commande (12) de l'actionneur (10) pneumatique.
