Abstract
一种多功能按摩器,包括有机芯主体(1)、设于机芯主体(1)上的揉捏按摩头(2)和摇摆臂(3),所述机芯主体(1)包括有机芯盒(11)、设于机芯盒(11)内的电机(12)、以及由电机(12)带动的第一传动组件(13)和第二传动组件(14),第一传动组件(13)传动揉捏按摩头(2),使揉捏按摩头(2)旋转实现揉捏式按摩,所述第二传动组件(14)传动摇摆臂(3),使摇摆臂(3)左右偏摆实现拍打式按摩。
Description
本发明涉及一种多功能按摩器。
按摩器产品不断更新,功能也越来越丰富、多样。市面上一种比较常见的带按摩头的按摩器,按摩头在输出轴的带动下旋转,产生旋转的揉捏运动,对人体进行揉捏式按摩,按摩功能单一,按摩效果未趋理想,实有改进的必要,本案由此而产生。
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种多功能按摩器,进一步提升按摩器的使用功能。
为达上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种多功能按摩器,包括有机芯主体、设于机芯主体上的揉捏按摩头和摇摆臂,所述机芯主体包括有机芯盒、设于机芯盒内的电机、以及由电机带动的第一传动组件和第二传动组件,第一传动组件传动揉捏按摩头,使揉捏按摩头旋转实现揉捏式按摩,所述第二传动组件传动摇摆臂,使摇摆臂左右偏摆实现拍打式按摩。
所述第一传动组件由蜗杆、蜗轮和直齿轮组成,蜗杆与电机的电机轴连接将动力传给蜗轮,蜗轮与直齿轮啮合,将动力传给直齿轮,揉捏按摩头安装在直齿轮的中心轴上,在直齿轮中心轴的带动下旋转。
所述揉捏按摩头顶面设有按摩凸粒,中部设有与直齿轮中心轴连接的轴孔。
所述第二传动组件由小皮带轮、皮带、大皮带轮、传动轴、偏转座、轴承以及轴承座组成,小皮带轮设置在电机的电机轴上,通过皮带把动力传给大皮带轮,大皮带轮与传动轴连接,偏转座采用两个相间隔安装在传动轴上,偏转座与轴承和轴承座连接,摇摆臂的两端连接在轴承座上,大皮带轮带动传动轴,通过传动轴传动偏转座,使偏转座带动摇摆臂左右偏摆。
该摇摆臂的两端设有拍打按摩头。
所述摇摆臂两端与轴承座的连接处设有橡胶减震垫。
采用上述结构,本发明机芯主体的电机工作时,通过第一传动组件带动揉捏按摩头旋转运动,对人体进行揉捏式按摩,同时通过第二传动组件带动摇摆臂左右偏摆,对人体进行拍打式按摩,从而丰富了按摩器的按摩方式,按摩功能多样、按摩效果更佳。

以下结合附图及具体实施对本发明作详细说明。
如图1至图5所示,本发明一种多功能按摩器,包括机芯主体1、组设在机芯主体1上的揉捏按摩头2和摇摆臂3,所述机芯主体1包括有机芯盒11、设于机芯盒内的电机12,以及由电机12带动的第一传动组件13和第二传动组件14。
所述第一传动组件13传动揉捏按摩头2,本实施例中该第一传动组件13优选设置两组,分别带动两个揉捏按摩头2,具体实施时不以此为限,该第一传动组件13由蜗杆131、蜗轮132和直齿轮133组成,蜗杆131与电机12的电机轴连接将动力传给蜗轮132,蜗轮132与直齿轮133啮合,再将动力传给直齿轮133,揉捏按摩头2安装在直齿轮133的中心轴上,该所述揉捏按摩头2在直齿轮133中心轴的带动下旋转,揉捏按摩头2顶面设有按摩凸粒21,中部设有与直齿轮133中心轴连接的轴孔22。
所述第二传动组件14传动摇摆臂3,由小皮带轮141、皮带142、大皮带轮143、传动轴144、偏转座145、轴承146以及轴承座147组成,小皮带轮141设置在电机12的电机轴上,通过皮带142把动力传给大皮带轮143,大皮带轮143与传动轴144连接,偏转座145通过两个销相间隔固定在传动轴144上,偏转座145与轴承146和轴承座147连接,传动轴144的两端安装在定位轴承149上,摇摆臂3的两端通过两个减震橡胶垫148连接在轴承座147上,大皮带轮143转动时带动传动轴144转动,传动轴144传动偏转座145,再通过偏转座145带动摇摆臂3左右偏摆,该摇摆臂3的两端设有拍打按摩头31。
采用上述结构,本发明电机12工作时,通过第一传动组件13带动揉捏按摩头2旋转运动,对人体进行揉捏式按摩,同时通过第二传动组件14带动摇摆臂3左右偏摆,对人体进行拍打式按摩,从而丰富了按摩器的按摩方式,按摩功能多样、按摩效果更佳。
以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非用来限定本发明实施的范围。故但凡依本发明的权利要求和说明书所做的变化或修饰,皆应属于本发明专利涵盖的范围之内。
Claims (6)
- 一种多功能按摩器,其特征在于:包括有机芯主体、设于机芯主体上的揉捏按摩头和摇摆臂,所述机芯主体包括有机芯盒、设于机芯盒内的电机、以及由电机带动的第一传动组件和第二传动组件,第一传动组件传动揉捏按摩头,使揉捏按摩头旋转实现揉捏式按摩,所述第二传动组件传动摇摆臂,使摇摆臂左右偏摆实现拍打式按摩。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种多功能按摩器,其特征在于:所述第一传动组件由蜗杆、蜗轮和直齿轮组成,蜗杆与电机的电机轴连接将动力传给蜗轮,蜗轮与直齿轮啮合,将动力传给直齿轮,揉捏按摩头安装在直齿轮的中心轴上,在直齿轮中心轴的带动下旋转。
- 如权利要求2所述的一种多功能按摩器,其特征在于:所述揉捏按摩头顶面设有按摩凸粒,中部设有与直齿轮中心轴连接的轴孔。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种多功能按摩器,其特征在于:所述第二传动组件由小皮带轮、皮带、大皮带轮、传动轴、偏转座、轴承以及轴承座组成,小皮带轮设置在电机的电机轴上,通过皮带把动力传给大皮带轮,大皮带轮与传动轴连接,偏转座采用两个相间隔安装在传动轴上,偏转座与轴承和轴承座连接,摇摆臂的两端连接在轴承座上,大皮带轮带动传动轴,传动轴传动偏转座,使偏转座带动摇摆臂左右偏摆。
- 如权利要求4所述的一种多功能按摩器,其特征在于:该摇摆臂的两端设有拍打按摩头。
- 如权利要求4所述的一种多功能按摩器,其特征在于:所述摇摆臂两端与轴承座的连接处设有橡胶减震垫。
