Abstract

【課題】　本願発明に係る布体留め具は、布体自身から創出される多数のバリエーションによるデザイン的装飾機能が発揮され、特にその取扱いにおいて、布体を扱う際に生地を傷めず容易に操作が可能であって、且つ、長時間使用しても布体の緩み止め効果高い留め具の提供。 【解決手段】　身飾具として用いられる布体を留める留め具であって、該留め具の本体には前記布体と接触し該布体を一方向又は異なる方向へ案内して挿通する挿通部と、該挿通部に挿通された布体の挿通方向を変えて前記布体を引き抜く引抜部を少なくとも１以上有する手段を採用した。

Description

布体留め具
　本願発明は、スカーフやストール及び肩掛けといった布体の留め具であって、身飾具である布体を着衣に装着しても痛ませること無く固定が容易で、多種多様な美的演出形状を創出することが可能な布体留め具の技術に関する。
　従来、身飾品の分野では、このようなスカーフ等を留める留め具には、環状のゴム材やクリップなどがあり、これらに装飾性を持たせた物が一般的である。しかし、これらの留め具では、多くの物が環状部材で構成されている。しかしながら、係る環状形状の場合、穴部に布体を通して引抜くため、折り返しや、結び目等の強い屈曲により、生地を痛めることが少なくない。
　また、これらの留め具には、その機能として、留め具と布体の位置を保持する緩み止め効果が発揮されることが必要である。
　そこで、このような問題点を解決すべく、従来からも種々の技術が提案されている。例えば、特許文献１には、「身体からずれ落ちることなく、きわめて容易 に身体に美しい形状保持状態で装着し得るスカーフを提供することを目的とする。」と、その目的が記載され、「環状に織成された、或は帯状織物の長手方向両端縁を縫合して環状に形成されたスカーフ本体１と、弾性を有する環状留め具２との組み合わせとにより構成されている」とする発明が公知技術となっている。
　また、係る発明では、スカーフが体よりずれ落ちることなく、かつ、高齢者であっても容易に美しく身体に装着し易くなるという効果を発揮するものであり、本願発明とその効果において共通する点がある。しかしながら係る発明は、本願発明と比較して、装飾効果が記載されておらず、その美しく装着しうるという点については不明である。また、環状の留め具であることから、先端から端部を挿通して引き込まなければならない点において、取り扱いは決して容易ではない。
　これに対し本願発明では、スリット部があることから、取り付けが容易であり、また、装飾効果を発揮させるための引抜部を設けていることから、多種多様な造形に変形させて高い美的装飾効果を発揮することが可能である点で大きく相違している。
　また特許文献２には、「首巻き本体とスカーフのような帯状体とが組み合わされるだけでなく、組み合わされることによって斬新なデザインを生み出すようにした首巻きを提供する。」とする留め具が記載され、具体的には、「本首巻きは、芯紐を綴じることによって多数のループ部を直列に配列し、各ループ部に起毛小片を取り付けた首巻き本体Ａが備えられている。この首巻き本体Ａの各ループ部に、スカーフのような帯状体Ｂが挿通される。帯状体Ｂが首巻き本体Ａに絡むように一体的に組み合わされることにより、それぞれが単体で使用される場合と全く異なる斬新なデザインが生み出される。」とする考案が記載され公知技術となっている。
　係る考案は、「斬新なデザインが生み出されることにより、お洒落を楽しむことができる。」という点で本願と共通する点がある。しかしながら、係る考案は、装着される被装着物との関係において、長く大きいため、図４～８に示された実施例をみても、独自のデザイン性が大きく影響しすぎるという問題点がある。これに対し本願発明は、小型であり、外部からはほとんど目立たないワンポイント的な全体での配置構成でありながら、創作されるデザインの種類の多さや、創作される造形美は、被装着物そのものの質感や、模様などを生かすものである点で大きく相違する。

　本願発明に係る布体留め具は、布体自身から創出される多数のバリエーションによるデザイン的装飾機能が発揮され、特に布体を扱う際に、生地を傷めず容易に操作が可能であって、且つ、長時間使用しても布体の緩み止め効果が高い留め具の提供を計るものである。
　本願発明は、身飾具として用いられる布体留める留め具であって、該留め具の本体には前記布体Ｃと面接触し該布体を一方向又は異なる方向へ案内して挿通する略半円、略三角、若しくは略コの字形状に一部が連通して開口した挿通部と、該挿通部に挿通された布体の挿通方向を変えて前記布体を引き抜くために穿設された穴である引抜部を少なくとも１以上有する構成を採用している。
　また、本願発明は、前記引抜部が前記本体の前面に設けられ、前記挿通部に挿通された前記布体を前方へ引き抜ける構成を採用することもできる。
　また、本願発明は、前記引抜部が前記本体の左右に設けられ、前記挿通部に挿通された前記布体を左右方向へ引き抜ける構成を採用することもできる。

　本願発明に係る布体留め具１は、スカーフ等の布体Ｃを挿通部２０によって本体１０内に案内し、該案内された前記スカーフ等の布体Ｃを左右又は前方等に設けられた引抜部３０から引き抜くことで、前記スカーフ等の布体Ｃを自由に操作し多数のバリエーションを自から創出できるというデザイン的装飾機能を発揮する形状を採用したことを最大の特徴とするものである。以下、本願発明の構成を図面に基づいて説明する。但し、図１から図６に記載された内容については実施例の一部を紹介しつつ、これを利用して本願発明を説明するものであり、係る図１から図６に示されていない構成のものも本願発明の技術的思想の創作の範囲に含まれるものである。従って、例えば図面には示していないが、挿通部が略半円形状で両側と正面の何れにも引抜部があるという組み合わせた構成等は自明なものとして説明を省略する。
　図１は、本願発明に係る布体留め具１の全体構成を示す説明図であり、本体１０の平面視においてその形状を略半円形状とする場合の布体留め具１を示したものである。図１（ａ）は平面図、図１（ｂ）は左側面図、図１（ｃ）は正面図、図１（ｄ）は右側面図、図１（ｅ）は背面図、図１（ｆ）は底面図、図１（ｇ）は断面図である。
　本体１０には、挿通部２０と引抜部３０を有し、その形状及び大きさは特に限定されるものではなく、挿通部２０及び引抜部３０との関係において適宜決定する。素材については金属製、樹脂製、ガラス製、又は木製等スカーフ等の布体Ｃを留めるために必要な剛性を備えればよく、コストや製造工程等の関係において適宜決定する。但し、金属製やガラス製等とする場合、エッジなどによりスカーフ等の布体Ｃを傷つけない形状とすることが望ましい。

　引抜部３０を前方のみに配置する構成における引抜部３０について説明する。図１に示すように正面のみに引抜部３０を有する構成では。前方へスカーフ等を引き抜いて固定することとなるため、左右への引き出し量を考慮することなく中心が狂いにくいという効果を発揮する構成である。また、正面のみに引抜部３０を有する場合では、若干開口穴の面積を大きくとり、左右に分かれて集合した両側のスカーフ等の布体Ｃを引き抜かなければならないためである。

　引抜部３０を前方と左右に配置する構成における引抜部３０について説明する。図３に示すように前方及び両側に前記引抜部３０を有する構成では、左右並びに前方へスカーフ等の布体Ｃを引き抜いて固定することとなるため、固定力が高く緩みにくいといった効果を発揮すると共に、左右並びに前方への突出による立体的な装飾効果を得ることが可能となる。但し、引抜部３０の穴同士が近づくため強度を考慮した材料の選択や形状を採用するなど注意する。

　係る絞り部４０を有する構成を採用した場合、絞りの最狭部４１においてスカーフ等の布体Ｃが最もきつく保持されることとなるため、係る最狭部４１と引抜部３０との間に離隔距離４２を設けると、前記最狭部４１を上にした場合と下にした場合とでは前記引抜部３０から前記布体Ｃを引き抜く操作によって、本体１０が上下に動く場合と、本体は固定され布体Ｃのみが引き抜かれる状態の場合とを使い分けることが可能となる。
　また、前記絞り部４０の形状は、図６では直線的なテーパ状に絞られた形を示しているが、これに限定されることはなく、絞り率が徐々に変化していく円錐曲線状のような絞り形状とすることも有効である。
　なお、図面には示していないが、前記絞りの最挟部４１を中心として相対する両側に末広がり形状とする絞り形状の構成とすることも有効である。係る構成を作用した場合では、本体１０の上下をどちらに向けてもよく、この場合、例えば、最挟部４１に対して上方に位置する引抜部３０から布体Ｃを引き抜くと、本体１０は上方へ移動し、所望する位置まで引き上げて、該移動のために引き抜いた布体Ｃの分が最挟部４１よりも上側の引抜部３０からリボン形状を創出させ、続いて最挟部４１から下方に位置する引抜部３０から布体Ｃを引き抜くと、本体１０は移動せずに、該移動のために引き抜いた前記最挟部４２の下側の布体Ｃが、下方の余分な布体Ｃを引き揚げ、該引き揚げた布体Ｃが最挟部４１よりも下側の引抜部３０からリボン形状を創出させ、上記の上側リボンと下側リボンが組み合わさり、蝶々の羽根を想起するような四方向への広がりによる装飾機能を発揮することができる。
　図７は、本願発明に係る布体留め具１を用いて、人Ｐの両肩から下方略中心へ掛けた状態のスカーフ等の布体Ｃを、使用者が挿通部２０から引抜部３０を介して引き抜く作業を行い、自己の身体へ装着した使用状態説明図であり、図７（ａ）は引抜部３０が正面のみに設けられた場合の装着例を示す使用状態説明図であり、図７（ｂ）は引抜部３０が両側のみに設けられた場合の装着例を示す使用状態説明図であり、図７（ｃ）は引抜部３０が正面と側面に設けられた場合の装着例を示す使用状態説明図である。
　図７（ａ）は、引抜部３０が正面のみに設けられた場合の引き抜き状態の一例を示し、布体留め具１を通過した布体Ｃは前方の引抜部３０から布体Ｃを引き抜くことで固定され、他の布体部分は下方へ広がりを見せずに集合し、装飾的効果としては控えめであるものの、留め具としての機能を十分に発揮している状態を示している。
　図７（ｂ）は、引抜部３０が両側のみに設けられた場合の引き抜き状態の一例を示し、布体留め具１を通過した布体Ｃは両側の引抜部３０から布体Ｃを引き抜くことで固定され、該引き抜かれた布体部分は横方向への広がりを見せ、正面から見るとリボンを形成するような形状の装飾的効果を発揮している状態を示している。
　図７（ｃ）は、引抜部３０が両側と正面とに設けられた場合の引き抜き状態の一例を示し、布体留め具１を通過した布体Ｃは両側の引抜部３０と正面の引抜部３０からそれぞれ布体Ｃを引き抜くことで固定され、該引き抜かれた布体部分は横方向と前方への広がりを見せ、立体的な装飾的形状を創出する効果を発揮している状態を示している。
　本願発明に係るスカーフ等の身飾用布体のみならず、カーテンや旗等の布体全般の留め具として用いることができる。また、花束や賞状を入れる筒等の留め具として装飾にも寄与する等、新しい用途にも活用でき、使用者の個性に応じた自由な美的効果を発揮しうる商品の提供に寄与する技術であり、これを利用する産業上の利用分野は極めて広範囲であると考えられる。

Claims (7)

  1. 身飾具として用いられる布体Ｃを留める留め具であって、
    該留め具の本体１０には前記布体Ｃと面接触し該布体Ｃを一方向又は異なる方向へ案内して挿通する略半円、略三角、若しくは略コの字形状に一部が連通して開口した挿通部２０と、
    該挿通部２０に挿通された布体Ｃの挿通方向を変えて前記布体Ｃを引き抜くために穿設された穴である引抜部３０を少なくとも１以上有することを特徴とする布体留め具１。
  2. 前記引抜部３０が前記本体１０の前面に設けられ、前記挿通部２０に挿通された前記布体Ｃを前方へ引き抜けることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の布体留め具１。
  3. 前記引抜部３０が前記本体１０の左右に設けられ、前記挿通部２０に挿通された前記布体Ｃを左右方向へ引き抜けることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の布体留め具１。
  4. 前記引抜部３０が前記本体１０の左右並びに前面を含む複数個所に設けられ、前記挿通部２０に挿通された前記布体Ｃを前記複数の引抜部３０から前記布体Ｃを引き抜けることを特徴とする前記請求項１に記載の布体留め具１。
  5. 前記本体１０の一部又は全部が板状部材で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項１から請求項４のいずれかに記載の布体留め具１。
  6. 前記本体１０の一部が線状部材で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項１から請求項４のいずれかに記載の布体留め具１。
  7. 前記挿通部２０には絞り部４０を有し、該絞り部４０の最狭部４１から離隔距離４２をおいて前記引抜部３０を設けたことを特徴とする請求項１から請求項６のいずれかに記載の布体留め具１。
