空调室外机及其室外机隔板
本申请要求于2016年02月16日提交中国专利局、申请号为201610087652.2、发明名称为“空调室外机及其室外机隔板”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及制冷设备技术领域,特别涉及一种空调室外机及其室外机隔板。
背景技术
现有的空调室外机中,多采用L型冷凝器,即具有两个换热面。换热面之间具有夹角。为了提高空调室外机的性能,C型冷凝器越来越多的应用于室外机中。C型冷凝器具有三个换热面,相邻两个换热面之间具有夹角,C型冷凝器中间具有由三个换热面围城的空间。
但是,C型冷凝器靠近压缩机侧折边受到管路的限制,无法延伸至底盘的边缘。使得C型冷凝器所在的空间与压缩机所在的压缩机腔在该处连接,无法保证压缩机腔的密封。
因此,如何提高压缩机腔密封性,是本技术领域人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种室外机隔板,以提高压缩机腔密封性。本发明还提供了一种具有上述室外机隔板的空调室外机。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种室外机隔板,所述室外机隔板具有用于与所述C型冷凝器靠近压缩机的侧折边连接的第一侧边及用于与空调室外机的底盘的边缘对齐的第二侧 边。
优选地,上述室外机隔板中,还包括设置于所述室外机隔板的端部,用于避让线路的过线槽。
优选地,上述室外机隔板中,还包括设置于所述过线槽内,用于包裹于所述线路外的弹性密封件。
优选地,上述室外机隔板中,所述第二侧边为弯折边,所述弯折边上设置有用于与所述室外机的机壳连接的固定孔。
优选地,上述室外机隔板中,还包括用于安装地线的地线螺钉孔。
优选地,上述室外机隔板中,所述室外机隔板上设置有凹凸结构。
本发明还提供了一种空调室外机,包括C型冷凝器、压缩机及底盘,还包括如上述任一项所述的室外机隔板;
所述室外机隔板的第一侧边与所述C型冷凝器靠近所述压缩机的第一侧折边连接;所述室外机隔板的第二侧边与所述底盘的边缘对齐。
优选地,上述室外机中,所述室外机隔板的第一侧边上设置有用于与所述第一侧折边螺钉连接的安装孔;
所述室外机隔板位于所述第一侧折边背向所述压缩机的一侧
优选地,上述室外机中,所述第一侧边上设置有挂钩,所述第一侧折边上设置有与所述挂钩相配合的凹槽。
优选地,上述室外机中,所述凹槽的开口为“V”形口。
从上述的技术方案可以看出,本发明提供的室外机隔板,其第一侧边与C型冷凝器靠近压缩机的侧折边连接,第二侧边与空调室外机的底盘的边缘对齐,以弥补C型冷凝器的侧折边无法延伸至底盘的边缘的结构,提高了压缩机所在的压缩器腔的密封效果,进而提高压缩机防水防尘效果,以便于提高使用安全性,并且,减少压缩机噪音外泄,进而降低噪音。
本发明还提供了一种具有上述室外机隔板的空调室外机。由于上述室外机隔板具有上述技术效果,具有上述室外机隔板的空调室外机也应具有上述技术效果,在此不再一一累述。

具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种室外机隔板,以提高压缩机腔密封性。本发明还提供了一种具有上述室外机隔板的空调室外机。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参考图1,图1为本发明实施例提供的空调室外机的结构示意图。
本发明实施例提供了一种室外机隔板,室外机隔板具有第一侧边及第二侧边,第一侧边用于与C型冷凝器2靠近压缩机的侧折边连接,第二侧边用于与空调室外机的底盘的边缘对齐。
本发明实施例提供的室外机隔板,其第一侧边与C型冷凝器2靠近压缩机的侧折边连接,第二侧边与空调室外机的底盘的边缘对齐,以弥补C型冷凝器2的侧折边无法延伸至底盘的边缘的结构,提高了压缩机所在的压缩器腔 的密封效果,进而提高压缩机防水防尘效果,以便于提高使用安全性,并且,减少压缩机噪音外泄,进而降低噪音。
进一步地,室外机隔板上还包括设置于室外机隔板1的端部,用于避让线路的过线槽12。通过设置过线槽12,方便了线路的布置。也可以设置为过线孔,在线路未组装时穿过过线孔。
还可以在过线槽12内装配弹性密封件,弹性密封件包裹于线路上,弹性密封件的外壁与过线槽12的内壁配合且通过弹性密封件的弹性变形实现过线槽12的密封,进一步提高了密封效果。
如图5所示,为了提高室外机隔板的安装定位效果,第二侧边为弯折边,弯折边上设置有用于与室外机的机壳连接的固定孔15。在安装过程中,第二侧边通过其上的固定孔15与室外机的机壳通过螺钉连接。其中,第二侧边与室外机的机壳连接的具体部件可以为室外机的机壳的面板、背板或侧板,仅需与C型冷凝器2在室外机的机壳内的安装位置对应即可。
室外机隔板还包括用于安装地线的地线螺钉孔13。通过地线螺钉孔13与地线连接,提高了使用安全性。
如图4所示,室外机隔板上设置有凹凸结构。即,室外机隔板并非平板,其上设置有凹凸结构,进而提高了室外机隔板的强度。
本发明实施例还提供了一种空调室外机,包括如上述任一种的室外机隔板1。由于上述室外机隔板1具有上述技术效果,具有上述室外机隔板的空调室外机也应具有同样的技术效果,在此不再一一累述。
如图1所示,在本实施例中,空调室外机包括C型冷凝器2、压缩机(未显示)及底盘4,室外机隔板1的第一侧边与C型冷凝器2靠近压缩机的第一侧折边连接;室外机隔板1的第二侧边与底盘的边缘对齐。其中,C型冷凝器2靠近压缩机的侧折边连接有大隔板3,大隔板3背向C型冷凝器2的开口朝向布置,室外机隔板1沿C型冷凝器2的开口朝向布置。室外机隔板1、大隔板3及室外机的机壳围城安装压缩机的压缩机腔。C型冷凝器2的另一侧边设置有连接板5,以便于提高C型冷凝器2的安装稳定性。
如图2及图4所示,室外机隔板1的第一侧边上设置有用于与第一侧折边 螺钉连接的安装孔14;室外机隔板1位于第一侧折边背向压缩机的一侧。通过上述设置,使得室外机隔板1与C型冷凝器2相对安装的过程中,无需由压缩机腔进行安装螺钉的操作,仅需由C型冷凝器2的空间内安装螺钉,螺钉依次穿过室外机隔板1与C型冷凝器2的第一侧折边即可,方便了安装螺钉的操作。
如图2及图3所示,第一侧边上设置有挂钩11,第一侧折边上设置有与挂钩11相配合的凹槽21。在室外机隔板1与C型冷凝器2相对安装时,先将挂钩11挂在凹槽21内,再通过螺钉穿过安装孔14安装连接室外机隔板1与C型冷凝器2。通过设置挂钩11及凹槽21,进一步方便了室外机隔板1与C型冷凝器2的相对安装操作。
也可以仅设置挂钩11及凹槽21结构而不设置安装孔14;也可以仅设置安装孔14而不设置挂钩11及凹槽21,在此不再详细介绍且均在保护范围之内。
如图6、图7及图8所示,挂钩11的数量为两个且分别设置于第一侧边的两端;第一侧折边上设置有两个凹槽21且与两个挂钩11一一对应。通过在第一侧边的两端分别设置挂钩11,提高了室外机隔板1相对于C型冷凝器2的定位准确度及稳定性能。
进一步地,凹槽21的开口为“V”形口。其中,凹槽21的开口的大端朝上,进一步方便了挂钩11与凹槽21的配合连接。

  1. 一种室外机隔板,其特征在于,所述室外机隔板具有用于与所述C型冷凝器(2)靠近压缩机的侧折边连接的第一侧边及用于与空调室外机的底盘的边缘对齐的第二侧边。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的室外机隔板,其特征在于,还包括设置于所述室外机隔板(1)的端部,用于避让线路的过线槽(12)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的室外机隔板,其特征在于,还包括设置于所述过线槽(12)内,用于包裹于所述线路外的弹性密封件。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的室外机隔板,其特征在于,所述第二侧边为弯折边,所述弯折边上设置有用于与所述室外机的机壳连接的固定孔(15)。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的室外机隔板,其特征在于,还包括用于安装地线的地线螺钉孔(13)。
  6. 如权利要求1-5任一项所述的室外机隔板,其特征在于,所述室外机隔板上设置有凹凸结构。
  7. 一种空调室外机,包括C型冷凝器(2)、压缩机及底盘(4),其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1-6任一项所述的室外机隔板(1);
    所述室外机隔板(1)的第一侧边与所述C型冷凝器(2)靠近所述压缩机的第一侧折边连接;所述室外机隔板(1)的第二侧边与所述底盘的边缘对齐。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的室外机,其特征在于,所述室外机隔板(1)的第一侧边上设置有用于与所述第一侧折边螺钉连接的安装孔(14);
    所述室外机隔板(1)位于所述第一侧折边背向所述压缩机的一侧。
