本申请实施例提供了一种语音网关100,如图1、图2、图3所示,所述语音网关100与至少一个移动终端200通信连接,所述语音网关100包括终端连接模块101、处理器102、和通信模块103。
移动终端200可以是智能手机、移动上网设备(MobileInternetDevice,MID)以及个人数字助理(PersonalDigitalAssistant,PDA)、平板电脑等。移动终端200在与语音网关100连接后,就可以通过语音网关100实现通信,移动终端200在需要进行语音或数据业务请求时可以不直接经过移动运营商的移动网络进行通信,而是将语音或数据业务请求转发给语音网关100,通过该语音网关100将该语音或数据业务请求再发送到外部网络中,从而实现通过语音网关100建立呼出通信。同时,外部网络中针对移动终端200的呼入请求,也可以不通过移动运营商,而是通过语音网关100的转接,将外部网络中的呼入请求转接到移动终端200上,实现呼入通信。
终端连接模块101与所述处理器102相连接,用于与所述移动终端200通 信连接,接收所述语音或数据业务请求。处理器102用于处理所述移动终端200发起的语音或数据业务请求。
终端连接模块101可以采用无线局域网、通用分组无线服务技术GPRS、蓝牙、第三代移动通信技术3G或第四代移动通信技术4G等通信方式与移动终端200连接,采用这些数据传输方式可以将移动终端200和语音网关100连接起来,并能接收通话中的声音数据、图像数据等。
通信模块103,与所述处理器102相连接,用于根据所述语音或数据业务请求与外部网络通信。
在本申请实施例中,通信模块103可以包括移动电话通信单元1031或固定电话通信单元1032。所述移动电话通信单元1031用于与移动通讯网通信连接,所述固定电话通信单元1032用于与公共交换电话网络通信连接。移动电话通信单元1031是使用移动通信号码的单元,移动终端200在选择了移动电话通信单元1031发起语音或数据业务请求后,最终建立的通信连接就是通过移动电话号码完成的,在被叫上显示的号码不是移动终端200的号码,而是语音网关100中通信模块103的号码。
同样的,如果移动终端200在进行呼出时,如果选择了固定电话通信单元1032来进行通信,建立的通信连接就是通过公共交换电话网络实现的,被叫上显示的就是该固定电话通信单元1032的固定电话号码,不是移动终端200本机上的号码。
使用本申请实施例提供的语音网关100,即使在没有移动电话信号覆盖的地方也可以实现移动终端200的通话,只要语音网关100可以和互联网连接即可实现通话。
在本申请实施例中,移动终端200可以通过语音网关100完成通信,语音网关100上具有通信模块103,移动终端200可以从语音网关100上选择希望使用的号码作为发起通信的号码,移动终端200选定该号码发起语音或数据业务请求,语音网关100根据移动终端200发起的语音或数据业务请求, 利用通信模块103建立与被叫或外部网络的通信连接。这样移动终端200不仅可以使用本机号码进行语音或数据业务通信,还可以使用语音网关100上的通信模块103实现语音或数据业务通信,通信方式更为多样,可以满足用户对更多通信方式的需求,提高用户使用感受。
优选的,所述固定电话通信单元1032通过外围交换局FXO接口与公共交换电话网络通信,通过FXO接口可以与公共交换电话网络PSTN相连接。所述移动电话通信单元1031包括多个SIM卡插槽,在SIM卡插糟中可以插入不同的SIM卡,使语音网关100具有不同的移动电话号码。
语音网关100可以分别实现与公共交换电话网络、公共互联网和移动通讯网的通信连接,其中公共交换电话网络是传统的固定电话通信方式,通过公共交换电话网络传递语音信息等。本申请实施例中的移动终端与语音网关是通过移动通讯网连接的,移动电话通信链路产生的语音等数据通过移动通讯网来传递。本申请实施例中的语音网关可以集成固定电话必须的一些功能,并且能够安装多个客户识别模块SubscriberIdentityModule,即SIM卡,语音网关100在插入了SIM卡后,可以识别SIM卡的基本信息,并建立这些SIM卡与公共互联网的通信连接。
语音网关100在建立了各个通信链路与外部网络的连接关系之后,就可以将通信链路对应的通信号码的号码信息发送到移动终端200中。移动终端200可以预先与语音网关100通过互联网相关联,移动终端200通过这样的号码信息就可以知晓,语音网关100上有哪些号码,并可以从中选择需要的号码进行通信。
移动终端200在需要通信时,可以从接收到的号码信息中选择一个号码,该号码作为第一通信号码,选择好之后,移动终端200就可以利用该第一通信号码发起语音或数据业务请求,移动终端200上的呼出界面可以与普通的电话拨打界面类似,用户可以先选择好需要发起通信的第一通信号码,然后输入需要呼叫的被叫号码,最后按下呼出键,就生成了一个完整的语 音或数据业务请求。移动终端200将该语音或数据业务请求发送给语音网关100即可。
移动终端200在生成了语音或数据业务请求后发送给语音网关100,语音网关100根据语音或数据业务请求中包括的第一通信号码选择相对应的第一通信链路,就可以通过第一通信链路建立与被叫的通信连接,与被叫的通信连接可以通过移动通讯网实现的,后续与被叫的具体连接流程是被叫所在的运营商完成的,具体连接过程为现有技术,本申请并不限定。
使用本申请实施例中的语音网关100,在使用前可以向运营商申请一固定电话号码作为语音网关100的固定电话通信链路。同时,语音网关100中可以安装多个SIM卡,多个SIM卡作为语音网关100的移动电话通信链路。语音网关100可以识别出所有这些通信链路的通信号码,并建立各个通信链路与外部网络的通信连接,并在识别完成后将相关号码信息发送给与语音网关100相连接的移动终端200。移动终端200就可以了解到语音网关100上的各个通信链路,并可以根据自身需要选择其中的一个发起语音或数据业务请求,最终完成与被叫的通话。
用户在使用时,可以将需要的所有SIM卡安装到语音网关100中,并完成移动终端200与语音网关100的连接,语音网关100上所有SIM卡对于移动终端200来说都是可用的。
在本申请实施例中,移动终端200可以通过语音网关100实现与外部的通信,语音网关100上可以具有多个不同的通信链路,这些通信链路对于与语音网关100相连接的移动终端200都是可用的,即一部移动终端200可以使用语音网关100上的多个不同的通信链路来完成通信。移动终端200的通信选择通过语音网关100实现了更大程度的扩展,增加了移动终端200通信时的选择,即一部移动终端200可以使用更多的号码来进行通信,满足了用户使用多个不同号码的需求。
并且,语音网关100可以将移动电话通信链路与互联网连接,使得移动 终端200使用语音网关100上的移动电话通信链路通信时,并没有使用现有的通信网络,不会产生运营商收取的主叫费用,降低用户的通信成本,用户体验得到提高。
进一步的,该通信模块103还可以包括网络电话通信单元1033,用于与所述公共互联网连接实现网络电话通信。移动终端200还可以使用语音网关100上的网络电话通信单元1033实现网络电话通信。
VoIP(VoiceoverInternetProtocol)是将模拟信号(Voice)数字化,以数据封包(DataPacket)的形式在网络上做实时传递。VoIP最大的优势是能广泛地采用Internet和全球IP互连的环境,提供比传统业务更多、更好的服务。VoIP可以在IP网络上便宜的传送语音、传真、视频、和数据等业务,如统一消息业务、虚拟电话、虚拟语音/传真邮箱、查号业务、Internet呼叫中心、Internet呼叫管理、电话视频会议、电子商务、传真存储转发和各种信息的存储转发等。
更进一步的,所述通信模块103还用于接收针对所述语音网关100的呼入请求;所述终端连接模块101还用于将所述呼入请求转发给所述移动终端200。
移动终端200不仅可以使用语音网关100实现电话的呼出,还可以实现接听外部的呼入,当其他移动终端200针对语音网关100呼入时,通信模块103接收到该呼入请求,通过分析该接收呼入请求的号码所对应的移动终端200,就可以将呼入请求转接到移动终端200上,完成呼入请求的通信连接。
如果不设置移动终端200与语音网关100中号码的关联关系,如果其他终端呼叫了语音网关100中的一个号码,语音终端就无法知晓应该把该呼叫转移到哪个移动终端200上。
本申请实施例中的语音网关100可以连接多个移动终端200,使多个移动终端200都能使用更多的号码实现通信。通过上述建立关联号码,就可以将其他终端的呼入请求转接到与该号码关联的移动终端200上,完成一个完 整的通信流程。例如,某移动终端200将语音网关100上的某一个通信号码设置成关联号码,那么所有针对该关联号码的呼入都会转接到该移动终端200上,不会出现无法接通的情况。
当所述语音网关100确定所述移动终端200正在通信时,所述语音网关100将针对所述移动终端200的呼入请求生成提醒信息,并对呼入方返回通话等待信息;或者
所述语音网关100挂断针对所述移动终端200的所述呼入请求,并对所述移动终端200进行提醒。
在本申请实施例中,当移动终端200正在进行通信时,如果语音网关100接收到了针对该移动终端200的呼入,语音网关100可以对移动终端200生成提醒信息进行提醒,可以在移动终端200的显示单元上弹出一个对话框,提示有电话呼入,是否接听,同时语音网关100向呼入方返回一个通话等待信息,提示呼入方“该移动终端200正在进行通信,请暂时等待”。移动终端200可以选择拒绝该呼入,继续当前的通信,也可以挂断当前的通信,接听该呼入。
另一方面,语音网关100也可以在确定了移动终端200正在进行通信时,直接挂断针对移动终端200的呼入请求,保证移动终端200的当前通信不被打扰,只生成一提醒信息提醒移动终端200,有其他终端进行了呼入,避免通话信息的遗漏。
优选的,所述终端连接模块101采用无线局域网、通用分组无线服务技术GPRS、蓝牙、第三代移动通信技术3G或第四代移动通信技术4G与所述移动终端200相连接。
进一步的,还包括存储器104,用于存储所述移动电话通信单元1031中的移动电话号码信息和固定电话通信单元1032对应的固定电话号码信息,还可以存储其他信息,本申请并不限定。
进一步的,还包括显示模块105,用于显示所述存储器104中的电话号 码信息和语音或数据业务请求的信息中的至少一种。通过显示模块105可以将相关的信息显示出来,方便用户查看。
进一步的,还包括电源模块106,用于分别向所述处理器102、通信模块103、网络连接模块供电。电源模块106可以使用电池供电,也可以使用交流电供电。使用电池供电时,语音网关100的使用范围就更大,用于可以随身携带。
如上所述,存储器可以是,但不限于,随机存取存储器(RandomAccessMemory,RAM),只读存储器(ReadOnlyMemory,ROM),可编程只读存储器(ProgrammableRead-OnlyMemory,PROM),可擦除只读存储器(ErasableProgrammableRead-OnlyMemory,EPROM),电可擦除只读存储器(ElectricErasableProgrammableRead-OnlyMemory,EEPROM)等。其中,存储器用于存储程序,所述处理器在接收到执行指令后,执行所述程序,前述本发明实施例任一实施例揭示的流过程定义的服务器所执行的方法可以应用于处理器中,或者由处理器实现。
处理器可能是一种集成电路芯片,具有信号的处理能力。上述的处理器可以是通用处理器,包括中央处理器(CentralProcessingUnit,简称CPU)、网络处理器(NetworkProcessor,简称NP)等;还可以是数字信号处理器(DSP)、专用集成电路(ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件。可以实现或者执行本发明实施例中的公开的各方法、步骤及逻辑框图。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的装置和方法,也可以通过其它的方式实现。以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,附图中的流程图和框图显示了根据本发明的多个实施例的装置、方法和计算机程序产品的可能实现的体系架构、功能和操作。在这点上,流程图或框图中的每个方框可以代表一个模块、程序段或代码的一部分,所 述模块、程序段或代码的一部分包含一个或多个用于实现规定的逻辑功能的可执行指令。也应当注意,在有些作为替换的实现方式中,方框中所标注的功能也可以以不同于附图中所标注的顺序发生。例如,两个连续的方框实际上可以基本并行地执行,它们有时也可以按相反的顺序执行,这依所涉及的功能而定。也要注意的是,框图和/或流程图中的每个方框、以及框图和/或流程图中的方框的组合,可以用执行规定的功能或动作的专用的基于硬件的系统来实现,或者可以用专用硬件与计算机指令的组合来实现。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能模块可以集成在一起形成一个独立的部分,也可以是各个模块单独存在,也可以两个或两个以上模块集成形成一个独立的部分。
所述功能如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-OnlyMemory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,RandomAccessMemory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。需要说明的是,在本文中,诸如第一和第二等之类的关系术语仅仅用来将一个实体或者操作与另一个实体或操作区分开来,而不一定要求或者暗示这些实体或操作之间存在任何这种实际的关系或者顺序。而且,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者设备不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者设备所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括所述要素的 过程、方法、物品或者设备中还存在另外的相同要素。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种语音网关,其特征在于,所述语音网关与至少一个移动终端通信连接,所述语音网关包括:
    终端连接模块,用于建立与所述移动终端的通信连接;
    处理器,与所述终端连接模块连接,用于处理所述移动终端发起的语音或数据业务请求;
    通信模块,与所述处理器相连接,用于根据所述语音或数据业务请求与外部网络通信。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述语音网关,其特征在于,所述通信模块包括移动电话通信单元和固定电话通信单元,其中:
    所述固定电话通信单元用于建立与公共交换电话网络的通信;
    所述移动电话通信单元用于建立与移动通讯网的通信。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述语音网关,其特征在于,所述固定电话通信单元通过外围交换局FXO接口与公共交换电话网络通信。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述语音网关,其特征在于,所述移动电话通信单元包括多个客户识别模块Subscriber IdentityModuleSIM卡插槽。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述语音网关,其特征在于,所述通信模块还包括:
    网络电话通信单元,用于与公共互联网连接实现网络电话通信。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述语音网关,其特征在于,所述通信模块还用于接收针对所述语音网关的呼入请求;
    所述终端连接模块还用于将所述呼入请求转发给所述移动终端。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述语音网关,其特征在于,所述终端连接模块采用无线局域网、蓝牙或移动通讯网与所述移动终端相连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述语音网关,其特征在于,还包括:
    与所述处理器相连接的存储器。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述语音网关,其特征在于,还包括:
    显示模块,与所述处理器相连接,用于显示所述存储器中存储的信息。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述语音网关,其特征在于,还包括:
    电源模块,用于分别向所述处理器、通信模块、网络连接模块供电。
