本发明的有益效果是:风道结构合理,能有效完成灰尘的分离和收集; 吸尘能力强,过滤效果良好,可保障排风的清洁度;具有地拖防撞保护功能,还具备对于墙根等死角的高效清洁能力,功能全面;整体稳定性好,噪音小。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的描述。
实施例1:如图1至图6所示的实施例中,一种旋风分离式吸尘器,包括主机身1、吸风电机11,主机身上设有尘杯体2、用于与吸尘管对接的吸口座3,所述尘杯体包括杯身21、与杯身配合连接的杯盖22、与杯身配合连接的杯底23,杯身上设有与吸口座连通的杯体进风口,尘杯体内设有若干分流旋风锥筒24,分流旋风锥筒上设有与分流旋风锥筒内部连通的切向进风支管242,分流旋风锥筒上、下端均开口且上端开口大于下端开口,各分流旋风锥筒的上端开口均通过中间风道与吸风电机的进风端连通,吸风电机的出风端与设在主机身上的外排风口连通,中间风道包括处在杯盖中的盖风道、处在主机身上的机风道,盖风道中设有过滤架体221,过滤架体与杯盖连接,过滤架体上设有进风海绵222,进风海绵处在所有分流旋风锥筒上方,杯盖与杯身卡接,杯盖内表面上设有压条223、用于将压条下端向杯盖外顶出的顶簧,压条上端与杯盖内表面铰接,压条下端设有钩压头2231,杯身内设有用于阻挡钩压头向杯盖靠近的挡钩部212,进风海绵处在挡钩部上方且完全盖住挡钩部。所述尘杯体内设有过滤筒25,过滤筒上设有多个过滤网孔,各切向进风支管的进风端均处在过滤筒中,过滤筒上端向上延伸至过滤架体下端。所述杯体进风口通过杯体进风道211与吸口座连通,杯体进风道的进风方向为尘杯体的一个切向。所述过滤筒下端设有细灰仓26,细灰仓上、下端均开 口,细灰仓上端开口与过滤筒下端连通,杯身底部具有开口,杯底上设有橡胶片28,杯底可相对杯身转动打开,杯底与杯身之间设有互相匹配的卡扣件27,当卡扣件扣合时,杯底盖住杯身底部的开口,橡胶片盖住细灰仓下端开口。杯盖与杯身卡接,当杯盖脱离杯身后,在顶簧的作用下,压条下端(和挡钩部一起)会被顶动至远离杯盖的位置。当需要重新盖上杯盖时,压条下端(和挡钩部一起)先接触进风海绵,从而压条受压转动,挡钩部贴向杯盖,同时杯盖可以顺利与杯身卡接。而当忘记置入进风海绵时,由于失去了进风海绵的阻隔,挡钩部露出,此时若想盖上杯盖,则钩压头会进入挡钩部下方并被移动(压条也不能继续转动),从而杯盖无法盖上。而挡钩部可以与杯身、过滤筒、甚至是任意一个分流旋风锥筒固定连接。
空气(带有灰尘、杂质)从外部吸入,进入吸口座后,从杯体进风口进入到尘杯体内,由于杯体进风道的进风方向为尘杯体的一个切向,所以空气先在尘杯体内进行贴壁旋流,灰尘、杂质等贴壁,空气则随后进入到过滤筒内,在此过程中,较大的灰尘、杂质被离心筛落、或被过滤网孔筛落,落在了尘杯体内、过滤筒外。继而,空气以切向进入到各分流旋风锥筒,在分流旋风锥筒内形成旋流,空气贴着分流旋风锥筒内壁螺旋下行,在下端汇聚后形成回压,再从分流旋风锥筒中心向上继续排出,并通过进风海绵从而被进一步过滤,在此过程中,空气贴着分流旋风锥筒内壁螺旋下行时,由于离心力的作用,灰尘杂质被进一步分离,并落入细灰仓中。而杯底可以打开,以方便倾倒灰尘、杂质。
所述分流旋风锥筒内设有至少一根抑尘档杆241。所述抑尘档杆与其自身所处分流旋风锥筒的轴线垂直。所述吸风电机底部设有减震垫。抑尘档杆 具有扰流减速效果,避免分流旋风锥筒内旋流的空气直接排出,而是降低其排出速度,并且勇于阻隔灰尘、杂质从中心随着气流排出,从整体上提升筛分灰尘、杂质的效果。减震垫可以是减震海绵、减震橡胶等,可起到减震降噪的效果。
实施例2:本实施例的基本结构与实施方式同实施例1,其不同之处在于,如图7至图10中所示,还包括一吸尘地拖,吸尘地拖通过吸尘管对接至吸口座,所述吸尘地拖包括地拖基体4、用于与吸尘管连接的弯头管41,地拖基体上设有若干后地轮42、至少一个前地轮43,地拖基体底部设有直接吸入口44,直接吸入口的进风方向向上,地拖基体内设有地拖内风道45,地拖内风道与直接吸入口连通,弯头管与地拖内风道连通,地拖基体上设有用于刷地的毛刷条461,毛刷条处在直接吸入口前方。后地轮、前地轮方便地拖在清理表面(地板、地毯等)上移动,直接吸入口就是最初吸尘的位置。毛刷条则可以刷起清理表面上的杂质,提高对清理表面(地板、地面、地毯等)的清理效果。
所述地拖基体上设有若干减震调节缸47,减震调节缸包括减震缸体471、与减震缸体滑动配合的调节活塞,调节活塞上设有外活塞杆472,外活塞杆内端连接调节活塞,外活塞杆外端朝向移动轮的前进方向,减震缸体内充有液压油,外活塞杆外端设有弹性接触球头473,减震缸体内设有复位弹簧,复位弹簧一端连接调节活塞,复位弹簧另一端连接减震缸体,调节活塞处在复位弹簧与外活塞杆之间。使用者推动吸尘地拖对地面(或其它清理表面)进行清理时,当清理到墙边或靠近柜子等处时,若不小心推动距离过大,就会导致吸尘地拖撞到墙面、柜子等处,引起墙面、柜子或是吸尘地拖本身的 损伤。而在本实施例中,在吸尘地拖前进、将要撞击到墙面前,弹性接触球头会预先接触到墙面,且外活塞杆受力内缩,起到减震、防撞损的效果。虽然没有复位弹簧,调节活塞也会自动复位(调节活塞移动时,液压油不能压缩,但缸内空气会压缩或膨胀,在外力消除后,空气受压处具有向外的推力,空气膨胀处具有负压吸力,皆能带动结构复位),但有了复位弹簧,可以在弹性接触球头离开接触的物体后帮助调节活塞复位,提升复位效果。
所述地拖基体包括地拖后基4a、地拖前罩4b,地拖前罩后端顶部与地拖后基铰接,前地轮、毛刷条均处在地拖前罩内,地拖前罩内设有毛刷架46,毛刷条包括刷条基4611、刷地条4612,刷条基与毛刷架滑动连接,滑动方向为上下方向,毛刷架上设有用于防止毛刷条脱离毛刷架的刷条限位板462,刷条基顶部设有配重块463,地拖后基上设有滑轮立杆48,滑轮立杆上设有与滑轮立杆转动连接的外辅助滑轮481,还包括一拉动索4c,拉动索穿过地拖后基的顶壁,拉动索与外辅助滑轮配合接触,还包括一液压拉动缸49,液压拉动缸包括拉动缸体491、与拉动缸体滑动配合的带动活塞,带动活塞上设有拉动活塞杆492,拉动缸体与减震缸体之间通过油管4d连通,拉动活塞杆内端与带动活塞相连,拉动活塞杆外端与拉动索的一端连接,拉动索的另一端与地拖前罩的顶壁连接,油管为一软管。油管可以是金属波纹管、塑胶管等可以弯曲变形的软管。墙体和地面之间,属于吸尘地拖较难清理的“死角”,因为吸尘地拖首先要利用毛刷条进行清刷,然后在利用负压进行吸尘、吸杂,但是由于毛刷条的存在,影响了直接吸入口与墙根之间的距离,容易导致对墙边角处的吸力不足。并且,前端外部壳体结构(在本实施例中为地拖前罩)的存在,也会加大直接吸入口与墙根之间的距离,这些都不利于吸 尘地拖对墙体和地面之间的角落进行吸尘。而在本实施例中,当吸尘地拖靠近墙体后,弹性接触球头接触墙体,在推力的作用下,外活塞杆受压,液压油从减震缸体流到拉动缸体,从而拉动活塞杆被向外推动、开始伸出,拉动活塞杆带着拉动索移动,拉动索拉动地拖前罩(拉动索的另一端与地拖前罩的顶壁连接)向上翻起(图6为地拖前罩上翻后的示意图),地拖前罩沿着铰接点开始转动。吸尘地拖越靠近墙体,则地拖前罩上翻越多(此外,为了方便拉动索的设置,可以在主机壳再多设几个内辅助滑轮4e,让拉动索也绕过内辅助滑轮,即与内辅助滑轮配合接触,以避免拉动索与其它结构干涉)。并且,地拖前罩无需设计成始终需要拉动索来带动上翻,只要地拖前罩上翻到一定角度后,墙体其实就会接触前地轮,此时若吸尘地拖继续靠近墙体,则在墙体的“推动”下地拖前罩也能继续上翻了,这样一来,既保证了平时地拖前罩的正常使用,也使得当需要对墙根处进行吸尘时,地拖前罩能够翻起、避让,让直接吸入口极度靠近需吸尘的位置(墙根),充分提高了对墙根等死角的清理效果。再者,地拖前罩在上翻过程中,在配重块和毛刷条自身重力的作用下,毛刷条会向下滑动伸出,从而可以补偿地拖前罩翻起时毛刷条的离地间隙,保障进一步提升对近墙根处、墙根处的清理效果。而吸尘地拖离开墙根、墙脚处时,由于重力,地拖前罩可以自动复位,使用者也可以快速后拉一下吸尘地拖,在惯性作用下,地拖前罩也能顺利复位。此外,也可以利用弹簧或者人工进行复位。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种旋风分离式吸尘器,包括主机身、吸风电机,主机身上设有尘杯体、用于与吸尘管对接的吸口座,其特征是,所述尘杯体包括杯身、与杯身配合连接的杯盖、与杯身配合连接的杯底,杯身上设有与吸口座连通的杯体进风口,尘杯体内设有若干分流旋风锥筒,分流旋风锥筒上设有切向进风支管,分流旋风锥筒上、下端均开口且上端开口大于下端开口,各分流旋风锥筒的上端开口均通过中间风道与吸风电机的进风端连通,吸风电机的出风端与设在主机身上的外排风口连通,中间风道包括处在杯盖中的盖风道、处在主机身上的机风道,盖风道中设有过滤架体,过滤架体上设有进风海绵,进风海绵处在所有分流旋风锥筒上方,杯盖与杯身卡接,杯盖内表面上设有压条、用于将压条下端向杯盖外顶出的顶簧,压条上端与杯盖内表面铰接,压条下端设有钩压头,杯身内设有用于阻挡钩压头向杯盖靠近的挡钩部,进风海绵处在挡钩部上方且完全盖住挡钩部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种旋风分离式吸尘器,其特征是,所述尘杯体内设有过滤筒,过滤筒上设有多个过滤网孔,各切向进风支管的进风端均处在过滤筒中。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种旋风分离式吸尘器,其特征是,所述分流旋风锥筒内设有至少一根抑尘档杆,所述抑尘档杆与其自身所处分流旋风锥筒的轴线垂直。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种旋风分离式吸尘器,其特征是,所述吸风电机底部设有减震垫。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种旋风分离式吸尘器,其特征是,所述杯体进风口通过杯体进风道与吸口座连通,杯体进风道的进风方向为尘杯体的一个切向。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种旋风分离式吸尘器,其特征是,所述过滤筒下端设有细灰仓,细灰仓上、下端均开口,细灰仓上端开口与过滤筒下端连通,杯身底部具有开口,杯底上设有橡胶片,杯底可相对杯身转动打开,杯底与杯身之间设有互相匹配的卡扣件,当卡扣件扣合时,杯底盖住杯身底部的开口,橡胶片盖住细灰仓下端开口。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种旋风分离式吸尘器,其特征是,还包括一吸尘地拖,吸尘地拖通过吸尘管对接至吸口座,所述吸尘地拖包括地拖基体、用于与吸尘管连接的弯头管,地拖基体上设有若干后地轮、至少一个前地轮,地拖基体底部设有直接吸入口,直接吸入口的进风方向向上,地拖基体内设有地拖内风道,地拖内风道与直接吸入口连通,弯头管与地拖内风道连通,地拖基体上设有用于刷地的毛刷条,毛刷条处在直接吸入口前方。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种旋风分离式吸尘器,其特征是,所述地拖基体上设有若干减震调节缸,减震调节缸包括减震缸体、与减震缸体滑动配合的调节活塞,调节活塞上设有外活塞杆,外活塞杆内端连接调节活塞,外活塞杆外端朝向移动轮的前进方向,减震缸体内充有液压油,外活塞杆外端设有弹性接触球头。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种旋风分离式吸尘器,其特征是,所述地拖基体包括地拖后基、地拖前罩,地拖前罩后端顶部与地拖后基铰接,前地轮、毛刷条均处在地拖前罩内,地拖前罩内设有毛刷架,毛刷条包括刷条基、刷地条,刷条基与毛刷架滑动连接,滑动方向为上下方向,毛刷架上设有用于防止毛刷条脱离毛刷架的刷条限位板,刷条基顶部设有配重块,地拖后基上设有滑轮立杆,滑轮立杆上设有与滑轮立杆转动连接的外辅助滑轮,还包括一拉动索,拉动索穿过地拖后基的顶壁,拉动索与外辅助滑轮配合接触,还包括一 液压拉动缸,液压拉动缸包括拉动缸体、与拉动缸体滑动配合的带动活塞,带动活塞上设有拉动活塞杆,拉动缸体与减震缸体之间通过油管连通,拉动活塞杆内端与带动活塞相连,拉动活塞杆外端与拉动索的一端连接,拉动索的另一端与地拖前罩的顶壁连接,油管为一软管。
