一种无人机异形机臂折叠装置,包括内部中空的机臂(1)、旋转座(2)和旋转柄(3),旋转柄(3)呈T形形状且T形纵向一端深入机臂(1)内部并通过螺丝与机臂固定锁紧;旋转柄(3)T形横向一端设置有通孔,旋转座(2)设置有与旋转柄(3)配合的凹形腔,凹形腔内壁对称设置有与通孔对应的螺孔,还包括贯穿螺孔和通孔的旋转螺杆(21)和与旋转螺杆(21)配合的螺帽(22),凹形腔还设置有与旋转螺杆(21)纵向平行的紧锁轴(23),紧锁轴(23)配合设置有用于锁紧的锁紧螺帽(24),旋转柄(3)T形横向端设置有用于卡入紧锁轴(23)的卡口(30);在需要进行折叠时,只需调松锁紧螺帽(24)后将卡口(30)从紧锁轴(23)上退出,而后旋转柄(3)围绕旋转螺杆(21)向下旋转即可,十分方便,且旋转柄(3)适用于各种异型机臂,适用性强,易于推广,整体结构简单,成本低。

一种无人机异形机臂折叠装置 技术领域
本发明涉及无人机技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种无人机异形机臂折叠装置。
背景技术
无人机因其体型较大,在使用和收纳时往往需要将其机臂进行支开和收纳,然而在机臂形状为椭圆等异形结构时,折叠需要专门对应的折叠结构,且折叠后较易产生松动情况。
技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种针对异形机臂也能很好解决折叠以及松动问题的无人机异形机臂折叠装置。
技术解决方案
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
构造一种无人机异形机臂折叠装置,包括内部中空的机臂、旋转座和旋转柄;其中,所述旋转柄呈T形形状且T形纵向一端深入所述机臂内部并通过螺丝与所述机臂固定锁紧;所述旋转柄T形横向一端设置有通孔;所述旋转座设置有与所述旋转柄配合的凹形腔,所述凹形腔内壁对称设置有与所述通孔对应的螺孔;还包括贯穿所述螺孔和所述通孔的旋转螺杆和与所述旋转螺杆配合的螺帽;所述凹形腔还设置有与所述旋转螺杆纵向平行的紧锁轴,所述紧锁轴配合设置有用于锁紧的锁紧螺帽;所述旋转柄T形横向端设置有用于卡入所述紧锁轴的卡口。
本发明所述的无人机异形机臂折叠装置,其中,所述紧锁螺帽上固定设置有用于快速旋转调节所述紧锁螺帽的横杆。
本发明所述的无人机异形机臂折叠装置,其中,还包括用于在所述旋转柄与所述机臂固定时导向的导向轴。
本发明所述的无人机异形机臂折叠装置,其中,所述螺帽与所述旋转座之间设置有开口挡圈。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于:在需要进行折叠时,只需调松紧缩螺帽后将卡口从紧锁轴上退出,而后旋转柄围绕旋转螺杆向下旋转即可,十分方便,且旋转柄适用于各种异形机臂,适用性强,易于推广;整体结构简单,成本低。

为了使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的部分实施例,而不是全部实施例。基于本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有付出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。
本发明较佳实施例的无人机异形机臂折叠装置如图1所示,同时参阅图2,包括内部中空的机臂1、旋转座2和旋转柄3,旋转柄3呈T形形状且T形纵向一端深入机臂1内部并通过螺丝与机臂1固定锁紧;旋转柄3T形横向一端设置有通孔(图中未标识);旋转座2设置有与旋转柄3配合的凹形腔20,凹形腔20内壁对称设置有与通孔(图中未标识)对应的螺孔(图中未标识);还包括贯穿螺孔(图中未标识)和通孔(图中未标识)的旋转螺杆21和与旋转螺杆21配合的螺帽22;凹形腔20还设置有与旋转螺杆21纵向平行的紧锁轴23,紧锁轴23配合设置有用于锁紧的锁紧螺帽24;旋转柄3T形横向端设置有用于卡入紧锁轴23的卡口30;在需要进行折叠时,只需调松紧缩螺帽24后将卡口30从紧锁轴23上退出,而后旋转柄3围绕旋转螺杆21向下旋转即可,十分方便,且旋转柄3适用于各种异形机臂,适用性强,易于推广;整体结构简单,成本低。
如图1和图2所示,紧锁螺帽24上固定设置有用于快速旋转调节紧锁螺帽24的横杆25,便于快速调节,避免了应用其他工具进行调节的麻烦。
如图1和图2所示,还包括用于在旋转柄3与机臂1固定时导向的导向轴10,便于快速固定,且能对固定角度进行调节。
如图1和图2所示,螺帽22与旋转座2之间设置有开口挡圈26,防止发生松动,同时也减小了转动时产生的摩擦损耗,延长了使用寿命。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种无人机异形机臂折叠装置,包括内部中空的机臂、旋转座和旋转柄;其特征在于,所述旋转柄呈T形形状且T形纵向一端深入所述机臂内部并通过螺丝与所述机臂固定锁紧;所述旋转柄T形横向一端设置有通孔;所述旋转座设置有与所述旋转柄配合的凹形腔,所述凹形腔内壁对称设置有与所述通孔对应的螺孔;还包括贯穿所述螺孔和所述通孔的旋转螺杆和与所述旋转螺杆配合的螺帽;所述凹形腔还设置有与所述旋转螺杆纵向平行的紧锁轴,所述紧锁轴配合设置有用于锁紧的锁紧螺帽;所述旋转柄T形横向端设置有用于卡入所述紧锁轴的卡口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的无人机异形机臂折叠装置,其特征在于,所述紧锁螺帽上固定设置有用于快速旋转调节所述紧锁螺帽的横杆。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的无人机异形机臂折叠装置,其特征在于,还包括用于在所述旋转柄与所述机臂固定时导向的导向轴。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的无人机异形机臂折叠装置,其特征在于,所述螺帽与所述旋转座之间设置有开口挡圈。
