Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil de réduction de poids et de fermentation de boue comprenant : une cuve de fermentation dans laquelle une boue est introduite, et dont la partie inférieure est formée dans une forme d'entonnoir; une tige de tuyau disposée verticalement au centre de la cuve de fermentation, et ayant une vis de transfert disposée sur un côté de cette dernière et une pluralité de trous d'évacuation d'air formés sur la surface périphérique extérieure de cette dernière; un tuyau de transfert disposé au centre de la cuve de fermentation pour loger la vis de transfert; une soufflante disposée dans la cuve de fermentation pour fournir de l'air à la tige de tuyau; un moteur disposé de façon à être éloigné de la cuve de fermentation, pour transmettre une puissance de rotation à la tige de tuyau; et des pales d'agitation accouplées à l'autre côté de la tige de tuyau. La présente invention comprenant les éléments mentionnés ci-dessus comporte des trous d'alimentation en air formés sur la tige de tuyau comprenant la vis de transfert, en permettant ainsi à une fonction d'agitation et une fonction d'alimentation en air d'être exécutées simultanément. De plus, les pales d'agitation et une vis verticale sont disposées de façon à empêcher la boue de coller à la surface de paroi de la cuve de fermentation, et agiter plus efficacement la boue et les micro-organismes, en permettant ainsi d'améliorer le rapport de réduction de poids et la vitesse de la boue.
