具体实施方式
如图4-7所示,本发明所述一种滚筒洗衣机的加热管支架4,所述加热管支架4由金属丝弯折形成,包括用于安装在洗衣机外筒1的安装部5、用于支撑加热管3的夹持部6、和用于连接安装部5、夹持部6的连接部7,所述夹持部6位于安装部5的上方,且夹持部6和安装部5之间具有一定距离,所述连接部7由安装部5的一侧与安装部5连接后延伸至安装部5的另一侧对应的夹持部6与夹持部6连接,所述夹持部6、连接部7和安装部5形成接近“Z”形,使得加热管支架4可以具有一定的弹性变形,可以克服加热管3安装产生的竖直方向内的安装误差或加热管支架4的制造误差导致的加热管支架4和加热管3不能对应配合的问题,同时也可以避免洗衣机发生振动时如果是刚性的加热管支架4会对加热管3起到破坏作用。
本发明所述加热管支架4尤其适用于外筒1内设置清洁颗粒33的自清洁洗衣机,夹持部6和安装部5之间具有一定距离,该距离大于清洁颗粒33的最大直径,优选该距离大于清洁颗粒33的最大直径的1-3倍,保证清洁颗粒33能在其间自由活动。
所述安装部5和所述夹持部6均为具有开口的U形框体,所述夹持部为至少两个U形框体平行设置形成托架,保证加热管的上下定位,还便于加热管支架4和加热管3之间的安装,优选所述安装部5的U形框体水平设置,所述夹持部6的U形框体竖直设置,且安装部5的U形框体的开口与夹持部6的U形框体的开口的朝向相反,所述连接部7为杆状结构,分别由安装部5的U形框体的开口延伸至夹持部的U形框体的开口并连接。
具体的,所述安装部5,为一侧设有开口的第一框体8,包括两相对的第一框9、第二框10和连接第一框9、第二框10的第三框11,第三框11与第一框体8的开口相对;
所述夹持部6,至少包括两个接近平行设置的U形夹持架且开口朝向同一方向:第一夹持架13、第二夹持架14,第一夹持架13、第二夹持架14所在平面分别与安装部5的框体所在面接近垂直,且第一夹持架13、第二夹持架14的开口朝向第三框11侧;即安装部5的开口与夹持部6的开口的朝向相反,便于连接部7的连接形成“Z”形。
所述连接部7,至少包括倾斜设置的第一杆15和第二杆16,所述第一杆15连接第一框9和第一夹持架13,第二杆16连接第二框10和第二夹持架14。
第三框11的中部向第一框体8的开口侧弯折形成一侧设有开口的第二框体17,所述第二框体17包括两相对的第四框18、第五框19和连接第四框18、第五框19的第六框20,所述第六框20与第二框体17的开口相对,所述第六框20位于第一框体8的开口侧,所述第二框体17的开口位于第一框体8的第三框11侧。上述设置能够增大安装部5与外筒1的接触面积,增大支撑强度,防止安装部5从外筒1的安装凹槽内脱落。
所述第一框9、第一杆15和第一夹持架13在同一平面内,所述第二框10、第二杆16和第二夹持架14与在同一平面内,可方便加热管支架4的加工。
第一夹持架13包括相对的第一段22、第二段23和连接第一段22、第二段23的第三段24,所述第一段22、第二段23为直线段,所述第三段24为圆弧段,且第三段24两端圆滑过渡至与第一段22、第二段23连接,第二夹持架14包括相对的第四段25、第五段26和连接第四段25、第五段26的第六段27,所述第四段25、第五段26为直线段,所述第六段27为圆弧段,且第六段27的两端圆滑过渡至与第四段25、第五段26连接。各段之间圆滑过渡,避免产生清洗颗粒清洗不到的死角,也避免对洗涤衣物造成破坏。
第一段22比第二段23靠近安装部,第一段22的一端与第一杆15连接,第二段23自与第三段24连接的一端至另一端向远离第一段的方向倾斜设置;所述第四段25比第五段26靠近安装部5,第四段25的一端与第二杆16连接,第五段26自与第六段27连接的一端至另一端向远离第四段25的方向倾斜设置。便于与加热管3的配合安装,且可以支撑不同型号不同直径的加热管。
所述第一段22、第四段25与所述第一框体8所在平面平行设置,所述第一段22与第一框体8所在平面之间的距离大于滚筒内清洁颗粒的最大直径优选为滚筒内清洁颗粒的最大直径的1-2倍,优选1.4-1.8倍,所述第四段25与第一框体8所在平面之间的距离大于滚筒内清洁颗粒的最大直径优选为滚筒内清洁颗粒的最大直径的1-2倍,优选1.4-1.8倍。保证清洁颗粒33能在其间自由活动。
第一框9与第一杆15之间设置第一圆弧段28圆滑过渡,所述第二框10与所述第二杆16之间设置第二圆弧段29圆滑过渡,所述第一杆15与第一段22之间设置第三圆弧段30圆滑过渡,所述第二杆16与第四段25之间设置第四圆弧段31圆弧过渡。各段之间圆滑过渡,避免产生清洗颗粒清洗不到的死角,也避免对洗涤衣物造成破坏。
所述夹持部6的第三段24、第六段27相对于第一框9与第一杆15的连接端、第二 框10与第二杆16的连接端向第三框10方向倾斜。便于加热管的安装,有效保证加热管支架的弹性和强度。
如图1-3所示,本发明所述滚筒洗衣机,所述滚筒洗衣机外筒1底部设有一沿外筒1轴向方向的凹槽2,所述凹槽2内设置加热管3,加热管3的一端与凹槽2的一端固定,加热管3的另一端通过所述加热管支架4支撑。优选加热管3的后端固定在外筒1底的后部,加热管支架4安装在外筒1底的前部,加热管3的前端避免悬空由加热管支架4支撑,尤其是外筒1内设置清洁颗粒33的时候,清洗颗粒33和加热管支架4接触时是点与点接触,而不是线和面接触,能够保证在水流的作用下,粒子可以被冲离所接触的加热管支架处。安装时从外筒底的后部安装加热管3,在从外筒1底的前部安装加热管支架4。
所述凹槽2底部靠近端部沿轴向方向设有一具有进口的容置槽32,所述进口位于容置槽沿轴向方向的一端朝向凹槽2的端部,所述加热管支架4的安装部5由进口插入容置槽32内以实现加热管支架4的安装,所述夹持部6包围住加热管的端部以实现加热管3的支撑。本发明中加热管支架4直接插入容置槽32实现加热管支架4和外筒1的安装,不需要螺钉固定,避免在外筒上打螺钉孔对外筒强度的影响,同时安装简单,节省拧螺钉的时间。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明原理前提下,还可以做出多种变形和改进,这也应该视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种滚筒洗衣机的加热管支架,其特征在于:所述加热管支架由金属丝弯折形成,包括连接洗衣机外筒的安装部、连接加热管的夹持部和用于连接安装部和夹持部的连接部,其中夹持部、连接部和安装部由上至下设置,侧面呈“Z”形。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种滚筒洗衣机的加热管支架,其特征在于:所述安装部,为一侧设有开口的第一框体,包括两相对的第一框、第二框和连接第一框、第二框的第三框,第三框与第一框体的开口相对;
    所述夹持部,至少包括两个接近平行设置的U形夹持架:第一夹持架、第二夹持架,第一夹持架、第二夹持架所在平面分别与安装部的框体所在面接近垂直,且第一夹持架、第二夹持架的开口朝向第三框侧;
    所述连接部,至少包括倾斜设置的第一杆和第二杆,所述第一杆连接第一框和第一夹持架,第二杆连接第二框和第二夹持架。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种滚筒洗衣机的加热管支架,其特征在于:所述第三框的中部向第一框体的开口侧弯折形成一侧设有开口的第二框体,所述第二框体包括两相对的第四框、第五框和连接第四框、第五框的第六框,所述第六框与第二框体的开口相对,所述第六框位于第一框体的开口侧,所述第二框体的开口位于第一框体的第三框侧;
    优选所述第一框、第一杆和第一夹持架在同一平面内,所述第二框、第二杆和第二夹持架与在同一平面内。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种滚筒洗衣机的加热管支架,其特征在于:第一夹持架包括相对的第一段、第二段和连接第一段、第二段的第三段,所述第一段、第二段为直线段,所述第三段为圆弧段,且第三段两端圆滑过渡至与第一段、第二段连接;
    第二夹持架包括相对的第四段、第五段和连接第四段、第五段的第六段,所述第四段、第五段为直线段,所述第六段为圆弧段,且第六段的两端圆滑过渡至与第四段、第五段连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种滚筒洗衣机的加热管支架,其特征在于:所述第一段比第二段靠近安装部,第一段的一端与第一杆连接,第二段自与第三段连接的一端至另一端向远离第一段的方向倾斜设置;
    所述第四段比第五段靠近安装部,第四段的一端与第二杆连接,第五段自与第六段连接的一端至另一端向远离第四段的方向倾斜设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种滚筒洗衣机的加热管支架,其特征在于:所述第一段、第四段与所述第一框体所在平面平行设置,所述第一段与第一框体所在平面之间的距离大于滚筒内清洁颗粒的最大直径,所述第四段与第一框体所在平面之间的距离大于滚筒内清洁颗粒的最大直径。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种滚筒洗衣机的加热管支架,其特征在于:所述第一框与第一杆之间设置第一圆弧段圆滑过渡,所述第二框与所述第二杆之间设置第二圆弧段圆滑过渡,所述第一杆与第一段之间设置第三圆弧段圆滑过渡,所述第二杆与第四段之间设置第四圆弧段圆弧过渡。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一所述的一种滚筒洗衣机的加热管支架,其特征在于:所述夹持部的第三段、第六段相对于第一框与第一杆的连接端、第二框与第二杆的连接端向第三框方向倾斜。
  9. 一种具有权利要求1-8任一所述加热管支架的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述滚筒洗衣机外筒底部设有一沿外筒轴向方向的凹槽,所述凹槽内设置加热管,加热管的一端与凹槽的一端固定,加热管的另一端通过所述加热管支架支撑。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述凹槽底部靠近端部沿轴向方向设有一具有进口的容置槽,所述进口位于容置槽沿轴向方向的一端朝向凹槽的端部,所述加热管支架的安装部由进口插入容置槽内以实现加热管支架的安装,所述夹持部包围住加热管的端部以实现加热管的支撑。
