背景技术
酒店拥有多间客房,每间客房都具备对应的门锁。为了方便用户,并提高客房居住的安全性,可对酒店客房的门锁进行控制。
酒店可通过磁卡来控制客房门锁的开关。每间客房配备至少一张磁卡,磁卡中存储有其对应的客房的标识信息。可将该磁卡放在客房门锁的磁卡感应区,通过NFC(Near Field Communication,近距离无线通信技术)将磁卡中的标识信息传输给门锁,门锁对该标识信息进行验证,若验证通过,则打开该客房的门锁。
发明内容
本示例公开提供一种门锁的网络控制方法、装置、服务器,提高门锁控制的效率和安全性。

接收订房请求信息,根据所述订房请求信息生成相应的订单信息;
生成所述订单信息对应的客房开锁密码;

在本公开示例提供的方法、装置、服务器及PMS中,接收订房请求信息,根据订房请求信息生成相应的订单信息;生成订单信息对应的客房开锁密码;存储订单信息对应的客房标识与客房开锁密码的对应关系;将所述客房开锁密码发送给所述客房标识对应的门锁。本公开中根据用户订房的订单信息生成客房开锁密码,存储客房标识与客房开锁密码的对应关系,实现对门锁的网络控制,且只需将客房开锁密码告知用户,用户就可通过该客房开锁密码打开对应的客房,减少了门锁控制过程中人工干预成分,提高了门锁控制的效率。且客房开锁密码无实体载体,降低了客房开锁密码丢失的可能性,提高了门锁控制的安全性。

下面将结合本公开示例中附图,对本公开示例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的示例仅仅是本公开一部分示例,而不是全部的示例。通常在此处附图中描述和示出的本公开示例的组件可以以各种不同的配置来布置和设计。因此,以下对在附图中提供的本公开的示例的详细描述并非旨在限制要求保护的本公开的范围,而是仅仅表示本公开的选定示例。基于本公开的示例,本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他示例,都属于本公开保护的范围。
考虑到每间客房配备至少一张磁卡,对所有客房的磁卡进行管理及分配可能会涉及过多的人工干预,对门锁的管理及控制效率很低。且只要有磁卡就可打开该磁卡对应的客房,若磁卡不慎丢失,则可能带来安全隐患,因此通过磁卡来控制客房门锁的安全性很低。基于此,本公开示例提供了一种门锁的网络控制方法及装置。下面通过示例进行描述。
示例1
本公开示例提供了一种门锁的网络控制方法。本方法适用于为门锁的网络控制装置,该门锁的网络控制装置可以为酒店的PMS(Property Management System,酒店管理系统)。该方法对应的网络架构如图1A所示,该网络架构中可包括用户的终端1001、门锁的网络控制装置1002、门锁控制盒1003及门锁。其中,用户终端可以为用户的手机、PC(Personal Computer,个人计算机)或PAD(Portable Android Device,平板电脑)等,门锁控制盒为门 锁的网络控制装置与门锁之间进行网络通信的中转网络元件,一个门锁控制盒可以与一个或多个门锁进行网络通信。图1A中示意性地画出了一个门锁控制盒,及该门锁控制盒对应的多个门锁:门锁1、门锁2,…,门锁N。当用户通过用户终端在门锁的网络控制装置中预定酒店客房时,可以通过本公开示例提供的方法来实现对客房门锁的网络控制,提高控制客房门锁的效率及安全性。
参见图1B,该方法具体包括以下步骤:
步骤101:可接收订房请求信息,根据订房请求信息生成相应的订单信息。
上述订房请求信息可包括用户的个人信息、酒店信息及用户的订房需求信息。用户的个人信息可以包括用户的姓名、联系方式及身份证号等。酒店信息包括用户想要预定的酒店的名称。用户的订房需求信息包括用户需要预定的客房的类型及入住时间等信息。客房的类型包括单人客房、豪华套房或标准间等。入住时间可以包括用户入住的开始时间及截止时间。
用户可以通过用户终端登录门锁的网络控制装置,通过用户终端发送上述订房请求信息给门锁的网络控制装置。门锁的网络控制装置接收到用户终端发送的订房请求信息时,可根据该订房请求信息为用户生成订单信息。
另外,还可以将上述订房请求信息人工输入到门锁的网络控制装置中,门锁的网络控制装置再根据该订房请求信息为用户生成订单信息。
门锁的网络控制装置为用户生成订单信息时,可以根据订房请求信息包括的订房需求信息,为用户分配满足用户订房需求的客房,并记录分配的客房对应的客房标识,客房标识可以为客房的房间号。
上述生成的订单信息中包括订单号、用户信息、酒店信息和客房信息。该用户信息可以为上述订房请求信息包括的用户的个人信息,酒店信息可以为用户需要预定的酒店的名称及地址等,客房信息包括上述为用户分配的客房对应的客房标识及入住时间等。
门锁的网络控制装置生成订房请求信息对应的订单信息后,还存储该订单信息。
步骤102:可生成订单信息对应的客房开锁密码。
本公开示例中,在门锁的网络控制装置中预先设置了密码生成规则。预设的密码生成规则可以规定生成客房开锁密码的位数及采用的密码生成算法等。
另外,在酒店日常管理中,保洁等酒店日常维护人员在清洁客房卫生及管理客房安全时需要打开客房,酒店经理等酒店管理者在酒店管理过程中有时也需要打开客房,所以不仅需 要为用户生成开锁的客房开锁密码,还需要为保洁等酒店日常维护人员以及酒店经理等酒店管理者生成对应的客房开锁密码。本公开示例中,可在门锁的网络控制装置预先设置预设密码等级,该预设密码等级包括用户等级、保洁等级和管理等级。用户可以使用用户等级的客房开锁密码来打开客房,保洁等酒店日常维护人员可以使用保洁等级的客房开锁密码来打开客房,酒店经理等管理者可以通过管理等级的客房开锁密码来打开客房。
在生成客房开锁密码时,可以根据预设的密码生成规则及预设密码等级,生成订单信息对应的客房开锁密码。在生成客房开锁密码时可以采用密码随机生成算法。
除上述生成客房开锁密码的方式外,还可以根据生成的订单信息包括的内容来生成客房开锁密码。具体可根据预设的密码生成规则、预设密码等级和订单信息,生成该订单信息对应的客房开锁密码。
当预设密码等级为用户等级时,可根据预设的密码生成规则、预设密码等级包括的用户等级以及订单信息包括的用户信息和客房信息,生成用户对应的客房开锁密码。
当预设密码等级为保洁等级时,可根据预设的密码生成规则、预设密码等级包括的保洁等级以及订单信息包括的客房信息,生成保洁人员对应的客房开锁密码。
当预设密码等级为管理等级时,可根据预设的密码生成规则,预设密码等级包括的管理等级以及订单信息包括的酒店信息和客房信息,生成酒店管理者对应的客房开锁密码。
在生成用户等级的客房开锁密码后,还可发送该订单信息及用户等级的客房开锁密码给用户终端,以使用户终端可存储该客房开锁密码。同样地,可发送该订单信息对应的管理等级的客房开锁密码给酒店经理等管理者的终端,以及发送保洁等级的客房开锁密码给保洁人员等酒店日常维护人员的终端。
在本公开示例中,在生成订单信息对应的客房开锁密码时,还可根据订房请求信息,生成客房开锁密码对应的有效期,并可存储客房开锁密码与该有效期的对应关系。其中,可以将订房请求信息中包括的入住时间确定为该客房开锁密码对应的有效期,即该有效期可以为用户入住的开始时间至截止时间。
步骤103:可存储订单信息对应的客房标识与客房开锁密码的对应关系。
在生成客房开锁密码后,可存储为用户分配的客房对应的客房标识与各等级的客房开锁密码的对应关系。后续用户到达酒店办理入住手续时,用户可向酒店服务人员出示身份证或订单信息,酒店服务人员可根据用户出示的身份证或订单信息,从存储的订单信息中获得用户预订的客房对应的客房标识,然后根据该客房标识从存储的客房标识与客房开锁密码的对 应关系中调取对应的用户等级的客房开锁密码,并将客房开锁密码告知用户。
另外,在本公开示例中,还可以在步骤102中生成订房请求信息对应的订单信息及用户等级的客房开锁密码后,通过网络将用户等级的客房开锁密码发送给用户终端。
步骤104:可将客房开锁密码发送给客房标识对应的门锁。
在本公开示例中,门锁控制盒可以与一个或多个门锁进行网络通信,门锁控制盒中存储有其可进行网络通信的门锁对应的客房标识,且对于每个门锁控制盒,门锁的网络控制装置中也存储有门锁控制盒的标识与可进行网络通信的门锁对应的客房标识。
门锁的网络控制装置在存储客房标识与客房开锁密码的对应关系之后,可根据该客房标识确定与该客房标识对应的门锁进行网络通信的门锁控制盒,将该客房标识、该客房标识对应的客房开锁密码及该客房开锁密码的密码等级及有效期发送给确定的门锁控制盒。该门锁控制盒接收到该客房标识及对应的客房开锁密码、密码等级和有效期后,可发送接收到的客房开锁密码、密码等级及有效期给该客房标识对应的门锁。该门锁接收到门锁控制盒发送的客房开锁密码、密码等级及有效期后,可存储该客房开锁密码、密码等级及有效期。
通过上述步骤101-104的操作,可将用户订房的订单信息与酒店客房的门锁控制关联起来,生成该订单信息对应的各等级的客房开锁密码,后续用户、酒店日常维护人员及酒店管理者可以通过各自对应等级的客房开锁密码来打开客房。
在本公开示例中,根据客房开锁密码打开客房的方式,与用户获知用户等级的客房开锁密码的方式相关。酒店日常维护人员根据保洁等级的客房开锁密码打开客房的方式,及酒店管理者根据管理等级的客房开锁密码打开客房的方式,均与用户打开客房的方式相似,下面仅以用户根据用户等级的客房开锁密码打开客房的过程来详细说明。
当用户是在办理入住时酒店管理人员告知其用户等级的客房开锁密码时,用户开锁的过程为:用户到达其预定的客房门口,客房的房门门锁上都安装有密码输入面板,用户在该密码输入面板上输入用户等级的客房开锁密码,门锁从该密码输入面板中获取用户输入的客房开锁密码,验证其已存储的用户等级的客房开锁密码与用户输入的客房开锁密码是否相同,若相同,则验证当前时间是否在该客房开锁密码的有效期内,如果在有效期内,则门锁自动打开,允许用户进入该客房,若不在有效期内,则不打开门锁,可以通过语音提醒用户当前未到入住时间。若验证已存储的用户等级的客房开锁密码与用户输入的客房开锁密码不相同,则验证失败,门锁不打开,并提醒用户密码错误,用户可以再次尝试输入客房开锁密码或向酒店服务人员询问正确的客房开锁密码。
在本公开示例中,用户的终端上安装有用于门锁控制的APP(Application,应用程序),该APP为用户提供开锁触发按键,用户可以通过该开锁触发按键实现远程开锁。
当用户是在网上预订客房时通过用户终端接收到门锁的网络控制装置发送的用户等级的客房开锁密码时,用户可以通过用户终端实现远程开锁。远程开锁的具体过程包括:
用户可在上述APP显示的开锁界面中选择需要开锁的客房对应的客房信息,该客房信息包括该客房对应的客房标识,然后点击开锁触发按键;用户的终端检测到用户点击开锁触发按键时,可获取用户选择的客房信息及该客房信息对应的客房开锁密码,将该客房信息及客房开锁密码组成开锁信息,发送该开锁信息给门锁的网络控制装置;门锁的网络控制装置可接收用户终端发送的开锁信息,根据该客房信息,通过对应的门锁控制盒将该客房开锁密码转发给该客房信息对应的门锁;该门锁接收到该客房开锁密码后,可根据预先存储的客房开锁密码对接收的该客房开锁密码进行验证,验证通过则打开客房,验证失败则不打开客房。
对于酒店日常维护人员及酒店管理者通过各自对应等级的客房开锁密码的开锁过程,与上述用户的开锁过程相似,同样可以采取在门锁的密码输入面板上输入客房开锁密码来开锁,也可以在酒店日常维护人员的终端及酒店管理者的终端上安装上述用于门锁控制的APP来实现远程开锁,具体开锁过程相同,只是使用的客房开锁密码不同,所以在此不再赘述。
本公开示例将订单信息与门锁控制关联起来,可实现酒店客房门锁的网络控制,大大减少了门锁控制过程中的人工干预,提高了门锁控制的效率。且本公开示例提供了输入开锁密码及远程开锁的门锁开锁方式,用户可以根据自己的需求灵活选择开锁方式,提高了门锁控制的灵活性,改善了用户体验。另外,通过客房开锁密码来开锁,大大降低了客房开锁密码丢失的可能性,提高了门锁控制的安全性。
在本公开示例中,可接收订房请求信息,根据订房请求信息生成相应的订单信息;生成订单信息对应的客房开锁密码;存储订单信息对应的客房标识与客房开锁密码的对应关系;将所述客房开锁密码发送给所述客房标识对应的门锁。本公开中可根据用户订房的订单信息生成客房开锁密码,存储客房标识与客房开锁密码的对应关系,实现对门锁的网络控制,且只需将客房开锁密码告知用户,用户就可通过该客房开锁密码打开对应的客房,减少了门锁控制过程中人工干预成分,提高了门锁控制的效率。且客房开锁密码无实体载体,降低了客房开锁密码丢失的可能性,提高了门锁控制的安全性。

本公开示例提供了一种门锁的网络控制方法。本方法中可通过设立服务器及PMS(Property  Management System,酒店管理系统)来配合实现门锁的网络控制,如图2A所示,根据本方法的网络架构中包括用户的终端2001、服务器2002、PMS 2003、门锁控制盒2004及门锁。其中,用户的终端可以为用户的手机、PC或PAD等,服务器可以为团购网站的服务器或酒店的网络服务器等,门锁控制盒为PMS与门锁之间进行网络通信的中转网络元件,一个门锁控制盒可以与一个或多个门锁进行网络通信。图2A中示意性地画出了一个门锁控制盒,及该门锁控制盒对应的多个门锁:门锁1、门锁2,…,门锁N。当用户通过用户的终端在服务器中预定酒店客房时,可以通过本公开示例提供的方法来实现对客房门锁的网络控制,提高控制客房门锁的效率及安全性。
参见图2B,该方法具体包括以下步骤:
步骤201:服务器可接收订房请求信息,根据该订房请求信息生成相应的订单信息。
上述订房请求信息可包括用户的个人信息、酒店信息及用户的订房需求信息。用户的个人信息可以包括用户的姓名、联系方式及身份证号等。酒店信息可包括用户想要预定的酒店的名称。用户的订房需求信息可包括用户需要预定的客房的类型及入住时间等信息。客房的类型可包括单人客房、豪华套房或标准间等。入住时间可以包括用户入住的开始时间及截止时间。
用户可以通过用户的终端登录服务器,通过用户的终端发送上述订房请求信息给服务器。服务器接收到用户的终端发送的订房请求信息时,可根据该订房请求信息为用户生成订单信息。
在服务器为用户生成订单信息时,可以根据订房请求信息包括的订房需求信息,为用户分配满足用户订房需求的客房。在本公开示例中,服务器也可以不直接为用户分配客房,而是将订房请求信息包括的订房需求信息通过网络发送给用户需要预定的酒店的PMS,由该酒店的PMS根据用户的订房需求信息为用户分配客房,然后将分配的客房对应的客房标识返回给服务器。客房标识可以为客房的房间号。
上述生成的订单信息中可包括订单号、用户信息、酒店信息和客房信息。该用户信息可以为上述订房请求信息包括的用户的个人信息,酒店信息可以为用户需要预定的酒店的名称及地址等,客房信息可包括上述为用户分配的客房对应的客房标识及入住时间等。
在本公开示例中,用户除通过服务器来预定酒店客房以外,还可以直接登录酒店的PMS来预定酒店客房,此时用户终端可发送订房请求信息给酒店的PMS,PMS接收到该订房请求信息后,可根据该订房请求信息为用户分配客房,并生成该订房请求信息对应的订单信息。 PMS生成该订单信息之后,还可存储该订单信息,并将该订单信息发送给服务器,以使服务器根据该订单信息生成对应的客房开锁密码。
步骤202:服务器可生成该订单信息对应的客房开锁密码。
本公开示例中,在服务器中预先设置了密码生成规则。预设的密码生成规则可以规定生成的客房开锁密码的位数及采用的密码生成算法等。
另外,在酒店日常管理中,保洁等酒店日常维护人员在清洁客房卫生及管理客房安全时需要打开客房,酒店经理等酒店管理者在酒店管理过程中有时也需要打开客房,所以不仅需要为用户生成开锁的客房开锁密码,还需要为保洁等酒店日常维护人员以及酒店经理等酒店管理者生成对应的客房开锁密码。本公开示例中,在服务器预先设置了预设密码等级,该预设密码等级包括用户等级、保洁等级和管理等级。用户可以使用用户等级的客房开锁密码来打开客房,保洁等酒店日常维护人员可以使用保洁等级的客房开锁密码来打开客房,酒店经理等管理者可以通过管理等级的客房开锁密码来打开客房。
服务器在生成客房开锁密码时,可以根据预设的密码生成规则及预设密码等级,生成订单信息对应的客房开锁密码。在生成客房开锁密码时可以采用密码随机生成算法。
除上述生成客房开锁密码的方式外,服务器还可以根据生成的订单信息包括的内容来生成客房开锁密码。例如,可根据预设的密码生成规则、预设密码等级和订单信息,生成该订单信息对应的客房开锁密码。
当预设密码等级为用户等级时,服务器可根据预设的密码生成规则、预设密码等级包括的用户等级以及订单信息包括的用户信息和客房信息,生成用户对应的客房开锁密码。
当预设密码等级为保洁等级时,服务器可根据预设的密码生成规则、预设密码等级包括的保洁等级以及订单信息包括的客房信息,生成保洁人员对应的客房开锁密码。
当预设密码等级为管理等级时,服务器可根据预设的密码生成规则,预设密码等级包括的管理等级以及订单信息包括的酒店信息和客房信息,生成酒店管理者对应的客房开锁密码。
服务器通过上述方式生成各等级的客房开锁密码后,可存储该订单信息与客房开锁密码之间的对应关系。进一步地,在存储订单信息与客房开锁密码的对应关系时,可区分存储订单信息对应的各个等级的客房开锁密码。
在本公开示例中,服务器可发送该订单信息及用户等级的客房开锁密码给用户终端,以使用户终端存储该客房开锁密码。同样地,服务器也可以发送该订单信息对应的管理等级的 客房开锁密码给酒店经理等管理者的终端,以及发送保洁等级的客房开锁密码给保洁人员等酒店日常维护人员的终端。
在本公开示例中,服务器在生成订单信息对应的客房开锁密码时,还可根据订房请求信息,生成客房开锁密码对应的有效期。其中,可以将订房请求信息中包括的用户入住时间,确定为该客房开锁密码对应的有效期。即该有效期为用户入住的开始时间至截止时间。在存储该订单信息与客房开锁密码之间的对应关系时,还可存储该客房开锁密码对应的有效期。
通过上述步骤201和202的操作生成订单信息及客房开锁密码后,服务器可通过如下步骤203的操作将该订单信息及对应的客房开锁密码同步到酒店的PMS中。
步骤203:服务器可将订单信息及客房开锁密码发送给订房请求信息对应的PMS。
在本公开示例中,服务器与酒店的PMS可通过互联网进行网络通信。服务器可通过与酒店的PMS之间的网络连接将该订单信息及对应的客房开锁密码发送给酒店的PMS。服务器还可将该客房开锁密码对应的有效期发送给酒店的PMS。另外,服务器还可将客房开锁密码对应的有效期发送给PMS。
步骤204:PMS可接收服务器发送的订单信息及客房开锁密码,存储订单信息对应的客房标识与客房开锁密码的对应关系。
酒店的PMS接收到服务器发送的订单信息、客房开锁密码及客房开锁密码对应的有效期时,PMS可存储该订单信息对应的客房标识与各等级的客房开锁密码的对应关系。另外PMS还可存储客房开锁密码对应的有效期。
后续用户到达酒店办理入住手续时,用户可向酒店服务人员出示身份证或订单信息,酒店服务人员可根据用户出示的身份证或订单信息,从PMS存储的订单信息与客房标识的对应关系中获得用户预订的客房对应的客房标识,然后根据该客房标识从PMS存储的客房标识与客房开锁密码的对应关系中调取对应的用户等级的客房开锁密码,并将客房开锁密码告知用户。
另外,在本公开示例中,也可以不在办理入住手续时通过酒店服务人员告知用户客房开锁密码,而是在步骤102中服务器生成用户等级的客房开锁密码时,由服务器通过网络将用户等级的客房开锁密码发送给用户的终端。
步骤205:PMS可将客房开锁密码发送给客房对应的门锁。
在本公开示例中,门锁控制盒可以与一个或多个门锁进行网络通信,门锁控制盒中存 储有其可进行网络通信的门锁对应的客房标识,且对于每个门锁控制盒,酒店的PMS中也存储门锁控制盒的标识与可进行网络通信的门锁对应的客房标识。
酒店的PMS存储订单信息对应的客房标识与客房开锁密码的对应关系之后,PMS可根据该客房标识确定与该客房标识对应的门锁进行网络通信的门锁控制盒,PMS可将该客房标识、该客房标识对应的客房开锁密码及该客房开锁密码的有效期发送给确定的门锁控制盒。该门锁控制盒接收到该客房标识及对应的客房开锁密码和有效期后,可发送接收到的客房开锁密码及有效期给该客房标识对应的门锁。该门锁接收到门锁控制盒发送的客房开锁密码及有效期后,可存储该客房开锁密码及有效期。
在本公开示例中,对于用户等级、保洁等级及管理等级的客房开锁密码,酒店的PMS均通过上述方式将各等级的客房开锁密码发送给对应门锁,门锁存储接收到的各等级的客房开锁密码。
通过上述步骤201-205的操作,可将用户订房的订单信息与酒店客房的门锁控制关联起来,生成该订单信息对应的各等级的客房开锁密码,后续用户、酒店日常维护人员及酒店管理者可以通过各自对应等级的客房开锁密码来打开客房。
在本公开示例中,根据客房开锁密码打开客房的方式,与用户获知用户等级的客房开锁密码的方式相关。酒店日常维护人员根据保洁等级的客房开锁密码打开客房的方式,及酒店管理者根据管理等级的客房开锁密码打开客房的方式,均与用户打开客房的方式相似,下面仅以用户根据用户等级的客房开锁密码打开客房的过程来详细说明。
当用户是在办理入住时酒店管理人员告知其用户等级的客房开锁密码时,用户开锁的过程为:用户到达其预定的客房门口,客房的房门门锁上都安装有密码输入面板,用户可在该密码输入面板上输入用户等级的客房开锁密码,门锁从该密码输入面板中获取用户输入的客房开锁密码,可验证其已存储的用户等级的客房开锁密码与用户输入的客房开锁密码是否相同,若相同,则验证当前时间是否在该客房开锁密码的有效期内,如果在有效期内,则门锁可自动打开,允许用户进入该客房,若不在有效期内,则不打开门锁,可以通过语音提醒用户当前未到入住时间。若验证已存储的用户等级的客房开锁密码与用户输入的客房开锁密码不相同,则验证失败,门锁不打开,并提醒用户密码错误,用户可以再次尝试输入客房开锁密码或向酒店服务人员询问正确的客房开锁密码。
在本公开示例中,用户的终端上可安装有用于门锁控制的APP(Application,应用程序),该APP为用户提供开锁触发按键,用户可以通过该开锁触发按键实现远程开锁。
当用户是在网上预订客房时通过用户的终端接收到服务器发送的用户等级的客房开锁密码时,用户可以通过用户的终端实现远程开锁。远程开锁的具体过程包括:
用户在上述APP显示的开锁界面中可选择需要开锁的客房对应的客房信息,该客房信息包括该客房对应的客房标识,然后可点击开锁触发按键,用户的终端检测到用户点击开锁触发按键时,可获取用户选择的客房信息及该客房信息对应的客房开锁密码,发送该该客房信息及该客房开锁密码给服务器;服务器接收用户的终端发送的该该客房信息及该客房开锁密码,可根据该客房信息,通过对应的门锁控制盒将该客房开锁密码转发给该客房信息对应的门锁;该门锁接收到该客房开锁密码后,可根据预先存储的客房开锁密码对接收的该客房开锁密码进行验证,验证通过则打开客房,验证失败则不打开客房。
对于酒店日常维护人员及酒店管理者通过各自对应等级的客房开锁密码的开锁过程,与上述用户的开锁过程相似,同样可以采取在门锁的密码输入面板上输入客房开锁密码来开锁,也可以在酒店日常维护人员的终端及酒店管理者的终端上安装上述用于门锁控制的APP来实现远程开锁,具体开锁过程相同,只是使用的客房开锁密码不同,所以在此不再赘述。
本公开示例将订单信息与门锁控制关联起来,可实现酒店客房门锁的网络控制,大大减少了门锁控制过程中的人工干预,提高了门锁控制的效率。且本公开示例提供了输入开锁密码及远程开锁的门锁开锁方式,用户可以根据自己的需求灵活选择开锁方式,提高了门锁控制的灵活性,改善了用户体验。另外,通过客房开锁密码来开锁,大大降低了客房开锁密码丢失的可能性,提高了门锁控制的安全性。

所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本示例方案的目的。
另外,在本公开各个示例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。
所述功能如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本公开的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本公开各个示例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本公开的具体实施方式,但本公开的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本公开揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本公开的保护范围之内。因此,本公开的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种门锁的网络控制方法,包括:
    接收订房请求信息,根据所述订房请求信息生成相应的订单信息;
    生成所述订单信息对应的客房开锁密码;
    存储所述订单信息对应的客房标识与所述客房开锁密码的对应关系;
    将所述客房开锁密码发送给所述客房标识对应的门锁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,生成所述订单信息对应的客房开锁密码,包括:
    根据预设的密码生成规则及预设密码等级,生成所述订单信息对应的客房开锁密码;或者,
    根据预设的密码生成规则、预设密码等级和所述订单信息,生成所述订单信息对应的客房开锁密码。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述预设密码等级包括用户等级、保洁等级和管理等级,所述订单信息包括用户信息、酒店信息和客房信息;
    根据预设的密码生成规则、预设密码等级和所述订单信息,生成所述订单信息对应的客房开锁密码,包括:
    根据预设的密码生成规则、所述预设密码等级包括的用户等级以及所述订单信息包括的用户信息和客房信息,生成用户对应的客房开锁密码;
    根据所述预设的密码生成规则、所述预设密码等级包括的保洁等级以及所述订单信息包括的客房信息,生成保洁人员对应的客房开锁密码;
    根据所述预设的密码生成规则,所述预设密码等级包括的管理等级以及所述订单信息包括的酒店信息和客房信息,生成酒店管理者对应的客房开锁密码。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述订房请求信息,生成所述客房开锁密码对应的有效期;
    发送所述有效期给所述客房标识对应的门锁,以使所述门锁存储所述客房开锁密码对应的有效期。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    在生成所述订单信息对应的客房开锁密码之后,
    发送所述客房开锁密码给用户终端,以使所述用户终端存储所述客房开锁密码;或者,
    在用户到达酒店办理入住手续时,根据所述订单信息对应的客房标识从存储的客房标识与客房开锁密码的对应关系中调取客房开锁密码,显示所述客房开锁密码。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    接收用户终端发送的开锁信息,所述开锁信息包括客房开锁密码及客房信息;
    发送所述客房开锁密码给所述客房信息对应的门锁,以使所述门锁对所述客房开锁密码进行验证。
  7. 一种非易失性存储介质,其上存储有一个或多个处理器可执行的机器可执行指令,其中,所述机器可执行指令被所述一个或多个处理器执行时实现权利要求1至6任意一项所述方法的步骤。
  8. 一种门锁的网络控制装置,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收订房请求信息,根据所述订房请求信息生成相应的订单信息;
    生成模块,用于生成所述订单信息对应的客房开锁密码;
    存储模块,用于存储所述订单信息对应的客房标识与所述客房开锁密码的对应关系;
    发送模块,用于将所述客房开锁密码发送给所述客房标识对应的门锁。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述生成模块包括:
    第一生成单元,用于根据预设的密码生成规则及预设密码等级,生成所述订单信息对应的客房开锁密码;或者,
    第二生成单元,用于根据预设的密码生成规则、预设密码等级和所述订单信息,生成所述订单信息对应的客房开锁密码。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述预设密码等级包括用户等级、保洁等级和管理等级,所述订单信息包括用户信息、酒店信息和客房信息;
    所述第二生成单元包括:
    第一生成子单元,用于根据预设的密码生成规则、所述预设密码等级包括的用户等级以及所述订单信息包括的用户信息和客房信息,生成用户对应的客房开锁密码;
    第二生成子单元,用于根据所述预设的密码生成规则、所述预设密码等级包括的保洁等级以及所述订单信息包括的客房信息,生成保洁人员对应的客房开锁密码;
    第三生成子单元,用于根据所述预设的密码生成规则,所述预设密码等级包括的管理等级以及所述订单信息包括的酒店信息和客房信息,生成酒店管理者对应的客房开锁密码。
  11. 根据权利要求8-10任一项所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    有效期生成模块,用于根据所述订房请求信息,生成所述客房开锁密码对应的有效期;发送所述有效期给所述客房标识对应的门锁,以使所述门锁存储所述客房开锁密码对应的有效期。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,
    所述发送模块,还用于发送所述客房开锁密码给用户终端,以使所述用户终端存储所述客房开锁密码;
    或者,所述装置还包括:
    调取模块,用于在用户到达酒店办理入住手续时,根据所述订单信息对应的客房标识从存储的客房标识与客房开锁密码的对应关系中调取客房开锁密码,显示所述客房开锁密码。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,
    所述接收模块,还用于接收用户终端发送的开锁信息,所述开锁信息包括客房开锁密码及客房信息;
    所述发送模块,还用于发送所述客房开锁密码给所述客房信息对应的门锁,以使所述门锁对所述客房开锁密码进行验证。
  14. 一种服务器,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收订房请求信息,根据所述订房请求信息生成相应的订单信息;
    生成模块,用于生成所述订单信息对应的客房开锁密码;
    发送模块,用于将所述订单信息及所述客房开锁密码发送给所述订房请求信息对应的酒店管理系统(PMS),以使所述PMS根据所述客房开锁密码对所述订单信息对应的门锁进行控制。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的服务器,其中,所述生成模块包括:
    第一生成单元,用于根据预设的密码生成规则及预设密码等级,生成所述订单信息对应的客房开锁密码;或者,
    第二生成单元,用于根据预设的密码生成规则、预设密码等级和所述订单信息,生成所述订单信息对应的客房开锁密码。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的服务器,其中,所述预设密码等级包括用户等级、保洁等级和管理等级,所述订单信息包括用户信息、酒店信息和客房信息;所述第二生成单元包括:
    第一生成子单元,用于根据预设的密码生成规则、所述预设密码等级包括的用户等级以及所述订单信息包括的用户信息和客房信息,生成用户对应的客房开锁密码;
    第二生成子单元,用于根据所述预设的密码生成规则、所述预设密码等级包括的保洁等级以及所述订单信息包括的客房信息,生成保洁人员对应的客房开锁密码;
    第三生成子单元,用于根据所述预设的密码生成规则,所述预设密码等级包括的管理等级以及所述订单信息包括的酒店信息和客房信息,生成酒店管理者对应的客房开锁密码。
  17. 根据权利要求14-16所述的服务器,其中,所述服务器还包括:
    有效期生成模块,用于根据所述订房请求信息,生成所述客房开锁密码对应的有效期;
    所述发送模块,还用于发送所述有效期给所述PMS,以使所述PMS将所述有效期发送给所述订单信息对应的门锁。
  18. 根据权利要求14所述的服务器,其中,
    所述发送模块,还用于发送所述客房开锁密码给用户终端,以使所述用户终端存储所述客房开锁密码。
  19. 根据权利要求14所述的服务器,其中,所述服务器还包括:
    接收模块,用于接收用户终端发送的开锁信息,所述开锁信息包括客房开锁密码及客房信息;
    所述发送模块,还用于发送所述开锁信息给所述PMS,以使所述PMS控制所述客房信息对应的门锁对所述客房开锁密码进行验证。
  20. 一种酒店管理系统PMS,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收服务器发送的订单信息及客房开锁密码;
    存储模块,用于存储所述订单信息对应的客房标识与所述客房开锁密码的对应关系;
    发送模块,用于将所述客房开锁密码发送给所述客房标识对应的门锁。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的PMS,其中,
    所述接收模块,还用于接收服务器发送的开锁信息,所述开锁信息包括客房开锁密码及客房信息;
    所述发送模块,还用于发送所述客房开锁密码给所述客房信息对应的门锁,以使所述门锁对所述客房开锁密码进行验证。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述的PMS,其中,所述PMS还包括:
    调取模块,用于在用户到达酒店办理入住手续时,根据所述订单信息对应的客房标识从存储的客房标识与客房开锁密码的对应关系中调取客房开锁密码,显示所述客房开锁密码。
  23. 根据权利要求20所述的PMS,其中,
    所述接收模块,还用于接收所述服务器发送的所述客房开锁密码对应的有效期;
    所述发送模块,还用于发送所述有效期给所述客房标识对应的门锁,以使所述门锁存储所述有效期。
