Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un procédé d'appel vocal, sur un dispositif d'appel vocal et sur un terminal. Le procédé d'appel vocal comprend les étapes consistant : après l'initiation d'une demande d'appel vocal de sous-système multimédia IP (IMS pour IP Multimedia Subsystem), à déterminer si une instruction de transfert d'appel à continuité d'appel vocal radio unique (SRVCC pour Single Radio Voice Call Continuity) a été reçue ; s'il est déterminé que l'instruction de transfert d'appel à continuité SRVCC a été reçue, à commuter vers un réseau 3G ou un réseau 2G ; à déterminer, en fonction de l'instruction de transfert d'appel à continuité SRVCC, si des informations de configuration d'une cellule actuelle prennent en charge un service de domaine à commutation de circuits (CS pour Circuit Switching) ; si un résultat de détermination indique une prise en charge du service à commutation CS, à établir directement un appel vocal CS ; sinon, à déclencher une procédure de mise à jour de zone de localisation (LAU pour Location Area Upddate), une procédure d'enregistrement de localisation, dans la cellule actuelle. La solution technique de l'invention résout un problème selon lequel, après la commutation vers un réseau 3G ou 2G à partir d'un réseau 4G en raison d'un transfert d'appel à continuité SRVCC, un appel vocal CS échoue car seul un service PS est pris en charge, ce qui permet d'augmenter le taux de succès d'appel et d'améliorer l'expérience de l'utilisateur dans un processus d'appel vocal.
