Le système comprend : une unité de gestion d'informations comprenant un module de gestion d'informations d'utilisateur, un module de gestion d'informations générales de zone désignée, un module de gestion d'informations de périmètre virtuel de zone désignée et un module de gestion d'informations de trajet virtuel de zone désignée; et une unité de gestion de base de données pour gérer une base de données d'informations d'utilisateur, une base de données d'informations générales de zone désignée, une base de données d'informations de périmètre virtuel de zone désignée et une base de données d'informations de trajet virtuel de zone désignée, qui sont générées ou signalées par l'unité de gestion d'informations, le module de gestion d'informations de périmètre virtuel de zone désignée comprenant les fonctions consistant à : interroger un nom de zone désignée, un fichier d'image et des informations de coordonnées GPS afin de déterminer une zone désignée; déterminer, pour la zone désignée déterminée, une forme de périmètre virtuel parmi une forme circulaire régulière ou irrégulière, une forme elliptique, une forme triangulaire, une forme carrée, une forme de pentagone, une forme de polygone irrégulier et une forme dont les deux extrémités sont ouvertes, en tenant compte d'une structure de terrain environnant d'installations devant être guidées, et configurer un périmètre virtuel ayant la forme déterminée; configurer simultanément la totalité d'une ligne de limite interne, d'une zone tampon interne, d'un périmètre virtuel, d'une zone tampon externe, et d'une ligne de limite externe pour chaque coordonnée GPS spécifique afin d'empêcher une reconnaissance erronée due à une erreur de GPS à un bord de chaque périmètre virtuel configuré; et configurer un périmètre virtuel à couches multiniveau ayant au moins deux couches multiniveau pour guider efficacement la zone désignée.
