Description
本公开涉及门体轴套的固定技术领域,例如涉及一种门体轴套的固定结构及滚筒洗衣机。
相关技术中的滚筒洗衣机都设有一个门体,门体与滚筒洗衣机的机体通过门铰链连接,进而防止筒内的洗涤水外漏,用户还可随时通过门体上的观察窗观察筒内的洗涤状况。滚筒洗衣机的门体轴套直接采用门体内框和门体外框上相扣合的两个面的夹持进行固定,稳定性差,不牢固,在门体频繁打开和关闭时,门体外框、门体内框与门体轴套之间会发生频繁的转动,门体轴套磨损后产生松动,导致门体下垂,引起门体的开关故障;此外,随着洗衣机体积的增大,门体也随之相应的增大,相关技术中的门体强度不足,易造成门体下垂甚至脱落状况的发生。
发明内容
本公开提供一种门体轴套的固定结构,以加强内门体外框之间的强度,以及门体轴套的牢固程度,进而加强滚筒洗衣机门体的稳定性,避免门体出现下垂状况。
本公开实施例提供一种门体轴套的固定结构,包括:
门体外框,
与门体外框扣合的门体内框,
设置在所述门体外框和所述门体内框之间的门体轴套,设置在所述门体外框和所述门体内框扣合时相对的两个面上的多条加强筋;
所述多条加强筋分别沿所述门体轴套的轴孔的径向和轴向互相错开设置;
所述门体外框和/或所述门体内框上的加强筋与门体轴套接触并夹紧门体轴套。

本实施例所述门体外框1上的A类加强筋4与门体内框2上的A类加强筋4的自由端的端面的位置关系有两种,即在同一平面(图中未显示)和不在同一平面。如图4所示,本实施例中,门体内框2上的第六A类加强筋243自由端的端面与门体外框1上的A类加强筋的自由端的端面不在同一平面上,且第六A类加强筋243未插入门体外框1上与第六A类加强筋243对应的相邻两个A类加强筋之间的间隙内;门体内框2上的第四A类加强筋241自由端的端面与门体外框1上的A类加强筋的自由端的端面也不在同一平面上,但第四A类加强筋241插入第一A类加强筋141与第二A类加强筋142之间的间隙内。如图6所示,本实施例所述门体外框1上的A类加强筋4与门体内框2上的A类加强筋4的自由端的端面也可以在同一平面,该种情况图中未示出。
本实施例中,位于所述门体轴套3正上方或正下方的B类加强筋5接触并夹紧所述门体轴套3,即通过位于门体轴套3正上方或正下方的B类加强筋5相互夹紧门体轴套3的外表面。
所述门体外框1上位于所述门体轴套3两侧的B类加强筋5插入门体内框2上相邻两条B类加强筋5之间的间隙内,所述门体内框2上位于所述门体轴套3两侧的B类加强筋5插入门体外框1上相邻两条B类加强筋5之间的间隙内,即通过两侧相互插入的B类加强筋5加强门体轴套3的牢固程度以及内外框扣合后的牢固程度。
通过门体外框1和门体内框2上的两类加强筋的扣合将门体轴套3固定在门体外框1和门体内框2之间,增强了内门体外框之间的强度,以及门体轴套3的牢固程度;所述门体外框1和门体内框2扣合后通过螺钉固定,以加强门体外框1和门体内框2之间的连接强度。
在门体的开启与关闭过程中,门体轴套3有可能与门体外框1或门体内框2发生转动,进而产生磨损,使门体轴套3的固定不牢固,进而影响门体的稳定性;因此本实施例将所述门体轴套3的截面形状设计为非圆形,以限制门体轴套3与门体外框1、门体内框2之间的转动。如图7所示,本实施例所述门体轴套3的截面形状可选为方形。如图8所示,由于D形截面的门体轴套也可限制门体轴套3与门体外框1或门体内框2之间的转动,因此也可以采用D形截面的门体轴套。
本实施例还提供了一种滚筒洗衣机,包括门体,所述门体轴套3的固定采用上述门体轴套的固定结构,通过该固定结构加强门体轴套3的牢固程度以及门体内外框之间的连接强度,进而提高滚筒洗衣机门体的稳定性,防止滚筒洗衣机的门体下垂。
本公开的上述实施例仅仅是为了清楚说明本公开所作的举例,而并非是对本公开的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施
方式予以穷举。
本公开实施例提供一种门体轴套的固定结构及滚筒洗衣机,在门体外框和门体内框扣合时相对的两个面上沿门体轴套的径向和轴向分别设多条相互错开设置的加强筋,将门体外框和门体内框上的加强筋插入到对方加强筋的间隙内固定门体轴套,增强了门体内外框之间的强度,以及门体轴套的牢固程度,进而加强滚筒洗衣机门体的稳定性,避免门体出现下垂状况。
Claims (10)
- 一种门体轴套的固定结构,包括:门体外框(1),与门体外框(1)扣合的门体内框(2),设置在所述门体外框(1)和所述门体内框(2)之间的门体轴套(3),设置在所述门体外框(1)和所述门体内框(2)扣合时相对的两个面上的多条加强筋;所述多条加强筋分别沿所述门体轴套(3)的轴孔的径向和轴向互相错开设置;所述门体外框(1)和/或所述门体内框(2)上的加强筋与门体轴套(3)接触并夹紧门体轴套(3)。
- 根据权利要求1所述门体轴套的固定结构,其中,所述多条加强筋包括沿所述门体轴套(3)的轴向分布的A类加强筋(4)和沿所述门体轴套(3)的径向分布的B类加强筋(5),所述门体外框(1)上的B类加强筋(5)位于门体外框(1)上相邻的两条A类加强筋(4)之间并与该A类加强筋(4)连接,所述门体内框(2)上的B类加强筋(5)位于门体内框(2)上相邻的两条A类加强筋(4)之间并与该A类加强筋(4)连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述门体轴套的固定结构,其中,所述门体外框(1)和门体内框(2)上的A类加强筋(4)上具有与门体轴套(3)轴向局部轮廓相吻合的夹持部(6);所述门体外框(1)和门体内框(2)上相邻两条A类加强筋(4)上的夹持部(6)支撑并夹紧门体轴套(3);所述门体外框(1)上的A类加强筋(4)插入门体内框(2)上相邻两条A类加强筋(4)之间的间隙内,所述门体内框(2)上的A类加强筋(4)插入门体外框(1)上相邻两条A类加强筋(4)之间的间隙内。
- 根据权利要求2所述门体轴套的固定结构,其中,位于所述门体轴套(3)正上方或正下方的B类加强筋(5)接触并夹紧所述门体轴套(3)。
- 根据权利要求2所述门体轴套的固定结构,其中,所述门体外框(1)上位于所述门体轴套(3)两侧的B类加强筋(5)插入门体内框(2)上相邻两 条B类加强筋(5)之间的间隙内,所述门体内框(2)上位于所述门体轴套(3)两侧的B类加强筋(5)插入门体外框(1)上相邻两条B类加强筋(5)之间的间隙内。
- 根据权利要求2所述门体轴套的固定结构,其中,所述门体外框(1)和门体内框(2)上的所述A类加强筋(4)的自由端的端面在同一平面上。
- 根据权利要求2所述门体轴套的固定结构,其中,所述门体外框(1)和门体内框(2)上的所述A类加强筋(4)的自由端的端面不在同一平面上。
- 根据权利要求1所述门体轴套的固定结构,其中,所述门体外框(1)和门体内框(2)扣合后通过螺钉固定。
- 根据权利要求1至8所述门体轴套的固定结构,其中,所述门体轴套(3)的截面形状为非圆形。
- 一种滚筒洗衣机,包括门体,其中,所述门体采用上述权利要求1-9任一项所述门体轴套的固定结构固定。
