随着智能电视的日益普及,对智能电视的智能化的功能也提出了新的要求。目前,电视节目在播放过程中常出现广告,并且随着商业化目的趋向越来越重,广告播放的时长越来越长。在当前频道正在播放广告时,用户通常会进行频道切换来避开广告时间,然而用户在频道切换后,对原先的频道便失去了任何信息,使得用户在原先的频道的广告播放完之后很难准时切换回原先频道继续观看节目,不能自动的根据节目信息进行频道切换。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种频道切换方法及装置,旨在解决不能自动的根据节目信息进行频道切换的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种频道切换方法,所述频道切换方法包括以下步骤:
在电视机进行频道切换后,监控标记的频道所在频点的码流;
判断所述码流的类型是否为节目流,其中,所述码流的类型包括节目流和广告流;
若是,则将当前频道切换回标记的所述频道。
可选地,所述在电视机进行频道切换后,监控标记的频道所在频点的码流的步骤之前,还包括:
接收用户基于当前频道触发的标记指令;
在接收到所述标记指令时,判断所述标记指令对应的频道与已标记的频道是否相同;
若不相同,则采用所述标记指令对应的频道更新已标记的频道。
可选地,所述判断所述码流的类型是否为节目流的步骤包括:
检测所述码流中是否存在内容描述符;

本发明通过在电视机进行频道切换后实时或定时监控标记的频道所在频点的码流,从而判断所述码流类型是否为节目流,并在判断出所述码流类型为节目流时,触发返回指令,根据所述返回指令自动将当前频道切换回标记的所述频道,有效解决了不能自动的根据节目信息进行频道切换的问题,提高了频道切换的准时性。

在本实施例中,所述频道切换方法包括:
步骤S10,在电视机进行频道切换后,监控标记的频道所在频点的码流;
在本实施例中,应用场景为具有两个高频头的电视接收机或者具有一个全频高频头的电视接收机。用户在观看视频节目时,如此时当前频道播放的节目内容为插播的广告,而用户不想观看该广告,会将当前频道切换至其他频道,但同时用户希望当前频道的广告播放完后能及时自动切换回当前频道继续观看当前频道的节目,则用户需要在将当前频道切换至其他频道之前对当前频道进行标记。具体的,在对当前频道进行标记时,可以通过按压遥控器上的具有频道标记功能的按键触发对当前频道的标记指令,或者通过按压电视接收机的按键面板提供的具有频道标记功能的按键触发对当前频道的标记指令。电视接收机在接收到用户触发的对当前频道的标记指令后,对当前频道进行标记,并保存标记的所述频道,以便后续自动切换回标记的所述频道。
当电视机进行频道切换后,监控标记的频道所在频点的码流。所述频道切换可以为一次频道切换,也可以为多次频道切换。当接收到频道切换指令时,对标记的频道所在频点的码流开始监控,直到当前频道切换回标记的频道为止。在本实施例中,对所述标记的频道所在频点的码流进行监控时存在两种方式。1)若电视接收机存在两个高频头,则所述电视接收机的其中一个高频头以标记的频道的频点为监控频点,对所述频点的码流进行实时或定时监控,另一个高频头负责接收切换频道后的频道的频点的码流,并将接收到的码流进行解复用、解码等一系列的操作,最终将处理后的码流传输至电视机的显示端口,以供电视机播放所述码流对应的电视节目。2)若电视接收机的高频头为全频高频头,则所述全频高频头实时或定时对标记的频道所在频点的码流进行监控,同时接收切换频道后的频道的频点的码流,并将接收到的码流进行解复用、解码等一系列的操作,最终将处理后的码流传输至电视机的显示端口,以供电视机播放所述码流对应的电视节目。
步骤S20,判断所述码流的类型是否为节目流,其中,所述码流的类型包括节目流和广告流;
通过对标记的频道对应的频点的码流进行实时或定时监控,从而判断所述码流的类型是否为节目流。在本实施例中,所述码流的类型包括节目流和广告流。所述节目流指的是所述码流对应的视频画面内容为视频节目,该视频节目包括电影,电视剧,综艺节目等,所述广告流指的是所述码流对应的视频画面内容为插播的广告。
步骤S30,若是,则将当前频道切换回标记的所述频道。
通过对标记的频道对应的频点的码流进行实时或定时监控,在确定标记的频道对应的频点的码流的类型为节目流时,将当前频道切换回标记的所述频道。具体的,在监控到所述码流为节目流时,触发一个频道返回指令,电视接收机在接收到该频道返回指令后,将当前频道切换回标记的所述频道。例如,在一实施例中,当接收到频道返回指令时,可以将监控标记的频道的高频头接收的码流进行解复用、解码等一系列的操作后,最终将处理后的码流传输至电视机的显示端口,以供电视机播放所述码流对应的电视节目,同时将另一个高频头停止工作,从而实现将当前频道切换回标记的所述频道;在本发明的另一实施例中,当接收到频道返回指令时,可以直接将全频高频头当前传输至电视机的显示端口的码流切换成标记的频道对应的频点的码流,以供电视机播放所述码流对应的电视节目,从而实现将当前频道切换回标记的所述频道。
本发明通过在频道切换后实时或定时监控标记的频道所在频点的码流,从而判断所述码流类型是否为节目流,并在判断出所述码流类型为节目流时,触发返回指令,根据所述返回指令自动将当前频道切换回标记的所述频道,有效解决了不能自动的根据节目信息进行频道切换的问题,提高了频道切换的准时性,提高了频道切换的准时性,进而使得用户获得更好的体验感。
进一步地,基于第一实施例提出本发明频道切换方法的第二实施例,参照图2,在本实施例中,所述步骤S20包括:

步骤S22,在所述码流中存在所述内容描述符时,根据所述码流中的内容描述符判断所述码流的类型是否为节目流;
在检测到所述码流中存在内容描述符时,由于所述内容描述符中存在节目类型的描述,故根据所述内容描述符中的节目类型的描述可直接判断出所述码流的类型是节目流还是广告流。
步骤S23,在所述码流中不存在所述内容描述符时,根据所述码流的特征信息判断所述码流的类型是否为节目流。
当检测到所述码流中不存在内容描述符,则可以根据所述码流的特征信息判断所述码流的类型是否为节目流,所述码流的特征信息包括码流的图像特性信息及音频特征信息。
具体的,参照图3,所述根据所述码流的特征信息判断所述码流的类型是否为节目流的步骤包括:
步骤S231,获取所述码流的图像特征信息和/或音频特征信息;
步骤S232,根据所述图像特征信息和/或所述音频特征信息判断所述码流的类型是否为节目流。
在本实施例中,所述码流包括视频码流及音频码流。所述码流的图像特性信息为所述视频码流的图像特征信息,所述图像特征信息包括相邻帧之间的相关性,广告商标信息及视频画面的切换频率。具体的,可以通过对视频码流中相邻的图像帧进行分析,从而获得视频码流中相邻帧之间的相关性,通过相邻帧之间的相关性可以判断出当前视频画面的连续性,相邻帧之间的相关性越大,视频画面越连续,通常广告流的画面连续性低于节目流的画面连续性,故可根据相邻帧的相关性来判断所述码流是节目流还是广告流,若相邻帧的相关性大于或等于预设值,则判定所述码流为节目流,若相邻帧的相关性小于预设值,则判定所述码流为广告流;可以通过对视频码流中的图像帧进行特征提取,提取所述图像帧中的广告商标信息,需要说明的是,系统中预存有各种广告商标信息,若所有的图像帧中都提取不到广告商标信息,则可确定所述码流为节目流,若从图像帧中能提取到广告商标信息,则所述码流可能为节目流,也可能为广告流;可以通过对视频码流中的画面切换频率进行分析,从而获得视频码流中的画面切换频率,通常广告流的画面切换频率高于节目流的画面切换频率,故可根据画面的切换频率来判定所述码流是节目流还是广告流,若画面的切换频率小于预设值,则判断所述码流为节目流,若画面的切换频率大于或等于预设值,则判定所述码流为广告流。通过上述方法判定出码流的类型后,根据各个方法的不同权重从而最终判断出所述码流是节目流还是广告流。所述码流的音频特征信息为所述音频码流的音频特征信息,该音频特征可以为所述音频码流的频谱特征,通过预先存有各种广告的音频码流的频谱特征,将获得的所述码流的频谱特征与预存的广告音频码流的频谱特征进行匹配从而识别出所述音频码流是节目流还是广告流。进一步地,为了更准确的判断出所述码流的类型,可以在获取到所述码流的图像特征信息及音频特征信息后,结合获取的所述图像特征信息及音频特性信息来判断所述码流是否为节目流。
本实施例通过检测所述码流中是否存在内容描述符,在所述码流中存在内容描述符时,根据所述内容描述符中的内容判断所述码流的类型是否为节目流,在所述码流中不存在内容描述符时,根据所述码流的特征信息判断所述码流的类型是否为节目流,从而准确的识别出所述码流的类型,为频道的准时切换回标记的频道提供了基础。
进一步地,基于上述第一或第二实施例提出本发明频道切换方法的第三实施例,参照图4,在本实施例中,所述监控标记的频道所在频点的码流的步骤之前,所述频道切换方法还包括:
步骤S40,在电视机进行频道切换后,判断当前频道与标记的频道是否相同;
若当前频道与标记的频道不同,则执行步骤S10,即监控标记的频道所在频点的码流。

当电视机进行频道切换后,监控标记的频道所在频点的码流。所述频道切换可以为一次频道切换,也可以为多次频道切换。当接收到频道切换指令时,对标记的频道所在频点的码流开始监控,直到当前频道切换回标记的频道为止。在本实施例中,对所述标记的频道所在频点的码流进行监控时存在两种方式。1)若电视接收机存在两个高频头,则所述电视接收机的其中一个高频头以标记的频道的频点为监控频点,对所述频点的码流进行实时或定时监控,另一个高频头负责接收切换频道后的频道的频点的码流,并将接收到的码流进行解复用、解码等一系列的操作,最终将处理后的码流传输至电视机的显示端口,以供电视机播放所述码流对应的电视节目。2)若电视接收机的高频头为全频高频头,则所述全频高频头实时或定时对标记的频道所在频点的码流进行监控,同时接收切换频道后的频道的频点的码流,并将接收到的码流进行解复用、解码等一系列的操作,最终将处理后的码流传输至电视机的显示端口,以供电视机播放所述码流对应的电视节目。
所述判断模块20,用于判断所述码流的类型是否为节目流,其中,所述码流的类型包括节目流和广告流;
通过对标记的频道对应的频点的码流进行实时或定时监控,从而判断所述码流的类型是否为节目流。在本实施例中,所述码流的类型包括节目流和广告流。所述节目流指的是所述码流对应的视频画面内容为视频节目,该视频节目包括电影,电视剧,综艺节目等,所述广告流指的是所述码流对应的视频画面内容为插播的广告。
进一步地,所述判断模块20,还用于在电视机进行频道切换后,判断当前频道与标记的频道是否相同;
所述监控模块10,还用于监控标记的频道所在频点的码流。
在电视机进行频道切换后,用户可能在切换了多个频道后又将频道切换回了标记的频道,此时为了节约能耗,可以停止对标记的频道所在频点的码流进行监控,因此,为了节约能耗,可以在电视机进行频道切换后,判断当前频道与标记的所述频道是否相同,在当前频道与标记的所述频道相同时,直接停止对标记的频道所在频点的码流的监控,在当前频道与标记的所述频道不同时,继续对标记的所述频道所在频点的码流进行监控。
所述切换模块30,用于若所述码流的类型为节目流,则将当前频道切换回标记的所述频道。
通过对标记的频道对应的频点的码流进行实时或定时监控,在确定标记的频道对应的频点的码流的类型为节目流时,将当前频道切换回标记的所述频道。具体的,在监控到所述码流为节目流时,触发一个频道返回指令,电视接收机在接收到该频道返回指令后,将当前频道切换回标记的所述频道。例如,在一实施例中,当接收到频道返回指令时,可以将监控标记的频道的高频头接收的码流进行解复用、解码等一系列的操作后,最终将处理后的码流传输至电视机的显示端口,以供电视机播放所述码流对应的电视节目,同时将另一个高频头停止工作,从而实现将当前频道切换回标记的所述频道;在本发明的另一实施例中,当接收到频道返回指令时,可以直接将全频高频头当前传输至电视机的显示端口的码流切换成标记的频道对应的频点的码流,以供电视机播放所述码流对应的电视节目,从而实现将当前频道切换回标记的所述频道。
本发明通过在频道切换后实时或定时监控标记的频道所在频点的码流,从而判断所述码流类型是否为节目流,并在判断出所述码流类型为节目流时,触发返回指令,根据所述返回指令自动将当前频道切换回标记的所述频道,有效解决了不能自动的根据节目信息进行频道切换的问题,提高了频道切换的准时性,提高了频道切换的准时性,进而使得用户获得更好的体验感。
进一步地,基于第一实施例提出本发明频道切换装置的第二实施例,参照图7,在本实施例中,所述判断模块20包括:检测单元21及判断单元22。
所述检测单元21,用于检测所述码流中是否存在内容描述符;
在判断所述码流的类型是否为节目流,可以通过检测所述码流中是否存在内容描述符的方式进行判断。具体的,对标记的频道所在频点的码流进行解复用,并获取解复用后的码流中的事件信息表。所述事件信息表按时间顺序提供每一个业务包含的事件信息,是对某一路节目的进一步描述,包含了与事件或节目相关的数据,例如事件或节目的名称、开始时间、持续时间、播放状态、是否加密、基本码流类型、节目类型、限定年龄级别等,分为present、following和schedule,分别包含当前事件和下一个事件的信息及在一个较长时间段内所安排的所有事件的信息。在获得所述事件信息表后,检测所述事件信息表中是否存在Content descriptor(内容描述符),所述内容描述符提供了节目的内容信息,包含有节目的类型、开始时间及持续时间。
所述判断单元22,用于在所述码流中存在所述内容描述符时,根据所述码流中的内容描述符判断所述码流的类型是否为节目流;
在检测到所述码流中存在内容描述符时,由于所述内容描述符中存在节目类型的描述,故根据所述内容描述符中的节目类型的描述可直接判断出所述码流的类型是节目流还是广告流。
所述判断单元22,还用于在所述码流中不存在所述内容描述符时,根据所述码流的特征信息判断所述码流的类型是否为节目流。
当检测到所述码流中不存在内容描述符,则可以根据所述码流的特征信息判断所述码流的类型是否为节目流,所述码流的特征信息包括码流的图像特性信息及音频特征信息。具体的,参照图7,所述判断单元22包括获取子单元221及判断子单元222。
所述获取子单元221,用于获取所述码流的图像特征信息和/或音频特征信息;
所述判断子单元222,用于根据所述图像特征信息和/或所述音频特征信息判断所述码流的类型是否为节目流。
在本实施例中,所述码流包括视频码流及音频码流。所述码流的图像特性信息为所述视频码流的图像特征信息,所述图像特征信息包括相邻帧之间的相关性,广告商标信息及视频画面的切换频率。具体的,可以通过对视频码流中相邻的图像帧进行分析,从而获得视频码流中相邻帧之间的相关性,通过相邻帧之间的相关性可以判断出当前视频画面的连续性,相邻帧之间的相关性越大,视频画面越连续,通常广告流的画面连续性低于节目流的画面连续性,故可根据相邻帧的相关性来判断所述码流是节目流还是广告流,若相邻帧的相关性大于或等于预设值,则判定所述码流为节目流,若相邻帧的相关性小于预设值,则判定所述码流为广告流;可以通过对视频码流中的图像帧进行特征提取,提取所述图像帧中的广告商标信息,需要说明的是,系统中预存有各种广告商标信息,若所有的图像帧中都提取不到广告商标信息,则可确定所述码流为节目流,若从图像帧中能提取到广告商标信息,则所述码流可能为节目流,也可能为广告流;可以通过对视频码流中的画面切换频率进行分析,从而获得视频码流中的画面切换频率,通常广告流的画面切换频率高于节目流的画面切换频率,故可根据画面的切换频率来判定所述码流是节目流还是广告流,若画面的切换频率小于预设值,则判断所述码流为节目流,若画面的切换频率大于或等于预设值,则判定所述码流为广告流。通过上述方法判定出码流的类型后,根据各个方法的不同权重从而最终判断出所述码流是节目流还是广告流。所述码流的音频特征信息为所述音频码流的音频特征信息,该音频特征可以为所述音频码流的频谱特征,通过预先存有各种广告的音频码流的频谱特征,将获得的所述码流的频谱特征与预存的广告音频码流的频谱特征进行匹配从而识别出所述音频码流是节目流还是广告流。进一步地,为了更准确的判断出所述码流的类型,可以在获取到所述码流的图像特征信息及音频特征信息后,结合获取的所述图像特征信息及音频特性信息来判断所述码流是否为节目流。
本实施例通过检测所述码流中是否存在内容描述符,在所述码流中存在内容描述符时,根据所述内容描述符中的内容判断所述码流的类型是否为节目流,在所述码流中不存在内容描述符时,根据所述码流的特征信息判断所述码流的类型是否为节目流,从而准确的识别出所述码流的类型,为频道的准时切换回标记的频道提供了基础。
进一步地,基于上述任一实施例提出本发明频道切换装置的第三实施例,参照图8,在本实施例中,所述频道切换装置还包括:接收模块40及更新模块50。
所述接收模块40,用于接收用户基于当前频道触发的标记指令;
所述判断模块20,还用于在接收到所述标记指令时,判断所述标记指令对应的频道与已标记的频道是否相同;
所述更新模块50,用于若所述标记指令对应的频道与已标记的频道不相同,则采用所述标记指令对应的频道更新已标记的频道。
当用户将标记的频道切换到其他频道后,用户可能更喜欢观看当前频道的视频节目,则用户会再次对当前频道进行标记,电视接收机在接收到该标记指令时,会判断接收到的标记指令对应的频道与已标记的频道是否相同,以确定是否需要更新已标记的频道,若不同,则会采用所述标记指令对应的频道更新已标记的频道,并保存,在该新标记的频道播放广告时,用户将该频道又切换至其他频道,在以后的自动返回标记的频道时,会自动切换回新标记的频道,而不会切换回以前标记的频道。例如,以前的标记频道为频道1,切换后的频道为频道2,该切换后的频道为新的标记频道,再次切换后的频道为频道3,若接收到频道返回指令,则将从当前频道3自动切换回新的标记频道2,而不是切换回频道1。
本实施例通过在对一个频道进行标记后再次标记一个新的频道,在标记新的频道后将更新标记频道,把更新的标记频道作为新的标记的所述频道,从而使得在自动返回时切换回该新的标记的所述频道,提高了用户的观看舒适度。
上述本发明实施例序号仅仅为了描述,不代表实施例的优劣。通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,空调器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种频道切换方法,其特征在于,所述频道切换方法包括以下步骤:
    在电视机进行频道切换后,监控标记的频道所在频点的码流;
    判断所述码流的类型是否为节目流,其中,所述码流的类型包括节目流和广告流;
    若是,则将当前频道切换回标记的所述频道。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的频道切换方法,其特征在于,所述在电视机进行频道切换后,监控标记的频道所在频点的码流的步骤之前,还包括:
    接收用户基于当前频道触发的标记指令;
    在接收到所述标记指令时,判断所述标记指令对应的频道与已标记的频道是否相同;
    若不相同,则采用所述标记指令对应的频道更新已标记的频道。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的频道切换方法,其特征在于,所述判断所述码流的类型是否为节目流的步骤包括:
    检测所述码流中是否存在内容描述符;
    在所述码流中存在所述内容描述符时,根据所述码流中的内容描述符判断所述码流的类型是否为节目流。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的频道切换方法,其特征在于,所述在电视机进行频道切换后,监控标记的频道所在频点的码流的步骤之前,还包括:
    接收用户基于当前频道触发的标记指令;
    在接收到所述标记指令时,判断所述标记指令对应的频道与已标记的频道是否相同;
    若不相同,则采用所述标记指令对应的频道更新已标记的频道。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的频道切换方法,其特征在于,所述检测所述码流中是否存在内容描述符的步骤之后,还包括:
    在所述码流中不存在所述内容描述符时,根据所述码流的特征信息判断所述码流的类型是否为节目流。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的频道切换方法,其特征在于,所述在电视机进行频道切换后,监控标记的频道所在频点的码流的步骤之前,还包括:
    接收用户基于当前频道触发的标记指令;
    在接收到所述标记指令时,判断所述标记指令对应的频道与已标记的频道是否相同;
    若不相同,则采用所述标记指令对应的频道更新已标记的频道。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的频道切换方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述码流的特征信息判断所述码流的类型是否为节目流的步骤包括:
    获取所述码流的图像特征信息和/或音频特征信息;
    根据所述图像特征信息和/或所述音频特征信息判断所述码流的类型是否为节目流。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的频道切换方法,其特征在于,所述在电视机进行频道切换后,监控标记的频道所在频点的码流的步骤之前,还包括:
    接收用户基于当前频道触发的标记指令;
    在接收到所述标记指令时,判断所述标记指令对应的频道与已标记的频道是否相同;
    若不相同,则采用所述标记指令对应的频道更新已标记的频道。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的频道切换方法,其特征在于,所述监控标记的频道所在频点的码流的步骤之前,所述频道切换方法还包括:
    在电视机进行频道切换后,判断当前频道与标记的频道是否相同;
    若不同,则执行所述监控标记的频道所在频点的码流的步骤。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的频道切换方法,其特征在于,所述在电视机进行频道切换后,监控标记的频道所在频点的码流的步骤之前,还包括:
    接收用户基于当前频道触发的标记指令;
    在接收到所述标记指令时,判断所述标记指令对应的频道与已标记的频道是否相同;
    若不相同,则采用所述标记指令对应的频道更新已标记的频道。
  11. 一种频道切换装置,其特征在于,所述频道切换装置包括:
    监控模块,用于在电视机进行频道切换后,监控标记的频道所在频点的码流;
    判断模块,用于判断所述码流的类型是否为节目流,其中,所述码流的类型包括节目流和广告流;
    切换模块,用于若所述码流的类型为节目流,则将当前频道切换回标记的所述频道。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的频道切换装置,其特征在于,所述频道切换装置还包括:
    接收模块,用于接收用户基于当前频道触发的标记指令;
    所述判断模块,还用于在接收到所述标记指令时,判断所述标记指令对应的频道与已标记的频道是否相同;
    更新模块,用于若所述标记指令对应的频道与已标记的频道不相同,则采用所述标记指令对应的频道更新已标记的频道。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的频道切换装置,其特征在于,所述判断模块包括:
    检测单元,用于检测所述码流中是否存在内容描述符;
    判断单元,用于在所述码流中存在所述内容描述符时,根据所述码流中的内容描述符判断所述码流的类型是否为节目流。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的频道切换装置,其特征在于,所述频道切换装置还包括:
    接收模块,用于接收用户基于当前频道触发的标记指令;
    所述判断模块,还用于在接收到所述标记指令时,判断所述标记指令对应的频道与已标记的频道是否相同;
    更新模块,用于若所述标记指令对应的频道与已标记的频道不相同,则采用所述标记指令对应的频道更新已标记的频道。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的频道切换装置,其特征在于,所述判断单元,还用于在所述码流中不存在所述内容描述符时,根据所述码流的特征信息判断所述码流的类型是否为节目流。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的频道切换装置,其特征在于,所述频道切换装置还包括:
    接收模块,用于接收用户基于当前频道触发的标记指令;
    所述判断模块,还用于在接收到所述标记指令时,判断所述标记指令对应的频道与已标记的频道是否相同;
    更新模块,用于若所述标记指令对应的频道与已标记的频道不相同,则采用所述标记指令对应的频道更新已标记的频道。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的频道切换装置,其特征在于,所述判断单元包括:
    获取子单元,用于获取所述码流的图像特征信息和/或音频特征信息;
    判断子单元,用于根据所述图像特征信息和/或所述音频特征信息判断所述码流的类型是否为节目流。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的频道切换装置,其特征在于,所述频道切换装置还包括:
    接收模块,用于接收用户基于当前频道触发的标记指令;
    所述判断模块,还用于在接收到所述标记指令时,判断所述标记指令对应的频道与已标记的频道是否相同;
    更新模块,用于若所述标记指令对应的频道与已标记的频道不相同,则采用所述标记指令对应的频道更新已标记的频道。
  19. 如权利要求11所述的频道切换装置,其特征在于,所述判断模块,还用于在电视机进行频道切换后,判断当前频道与标记的频道是否相同;
    所述监控模块,还用于监控标记的频道所在频点的码流。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的频道切换装置,其特征在于,所述频道切换装置还包括:
    接收模块,用于接收用户基于当前频道触发的标记指令;
    所述判断模块,还用于在接收到所述标记指令时,判断所述标记指令对应的频道与已标记的频道是否相同;
    更新模块,用于若所述标记指令对应的频道与已标记的频道不相同,则采用所述标记指令对应的频道更新已标记的频道。
