Description

一种组合瓶 技术领域
本发明涉及一种可随时组合的瓶子,属于塑料瓶子制作技术领域。
背景技术
日常生活中,矿泉水瓶、饮料瓶、药瓶等是由塑料制成的,使用这些瓶子时,存在的缺陷是:一个瓶子只能盛装一种饮料或一种药,想喝多种饮料或既想喝矿泉水又想喝饮料时,需要拿两个以上的瓶子,瓶子不能随时组合,使用起来极为不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种结构简单、使用方便、能随时套接组合的瓶子,解决了现有瓶子不能随时组合的缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明所述的一种组合瓶,包括瓶顶1、瓶底2、瓶体4、瓶口5以及起到连接作用的卡柱3或卡垫7,其特征是,所述瓶口5能与另一瓶子的瓶底2套合在一起。所述卡柱3为内空的柱状体、置于瓶子底端口部202内边上并用胶水沾接,其口部设置两条对称的空槽301、两处对称的环状片302,所述瓶顶1上设置有顶面102、顶面半球粒103,所述瓶口5处设有两条向外伸出对称的卡条101,瓶底2处设置凹陷孔201、底端口部202,所述凹陷孔201位于瓶底边缘处并向内凹陷,所述空槽301的长宽度恰好能容下卡条101,所述瓶口5与另一瓶子的瓶底2通过卡柱3卡扣套合在一起。所述凹陷孔201数量是顶面半球粒103数量的两倍。所述顶面半球粒103位于瓶顶1呈半球状或柱状的突起,凹陷孔201为半球状或柱状的凹陷且恰好能套住顶面半球粒。所述卡柱3中的环状片302上设置挡堵块303;所述卡柱3中的空槽301的一侧设有隔栏片304。
本发明一种组合瓶的另一种组合方式为,所述瓶口5与另一瓶子的瓶底2通过内螺纹203与外螺纹105旋转拧紧后套接在一起。
本发明的第三种组合方式为,所述卡垫7为一内空的柱状体,在其内空部设卡垫内螺纹701,把卡垫7置放于瓶底2的内陷中,所述瓶底2通过卡垫内螺纹701与另一瓶子的瓶口5外螺纹105旋转拧紧后套接在一起。本发明所述的 瓶子还可以制成盒状。
本发明的有益效果是,提供了一种结构简单、能随时套接组合以及组合后又能随时拆分的瓶子。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例一,瓶口5与另一瓶底2通过卡柱3以卡扣方式连接,本实施例的的卡柱3制成六边形状,顶面半球粒103的数量为四个,凹陷孔201的数量为八个,按顺序依次为A、B、C、D、E、F、G、H,见图6、图7,按图1、图6、图7把各部件制作好,把卡柱3塞入底端口部202内,用胶水沾接,各边挤紧,把另一瓶子瓶口5上的卡条101对准空槽301插入,这时另一瓶子的四个顶面半球粒103分别对准八个凹陷孔201中的A、C、E、G四孔,接着顺时针旋转,卡条101卡扣在环状片302上,当转到挡堵块303时,卡条101被堵住不能再往前移动,这时瓶顶1上的四个顶面半球粒103刚好分别插入B、D、F、H四个凹陷孔201内,这时整个瓶口5不能再转,也不会落下,因为这时卡条卡扣在环状片上,即两个瓶子组合了,当需要把三个以上的瓶子组合时,依此顺序操作即可。需要拆散时,用手拿着下面的瓶子往上推,并往回即逆时针旋转,这时 四个顶面半球粒103脱离B、D、F、H凹陷孔201,分别进入A、C、E、G四个凹陷孔201内,而恰好这时卡条101碰到隔拦片304而不能再逆时针转动,且卡条101落入空槽301内,再往下拉即可把两个瓶子分开,互不损坏,又可以独立使用。当使用者把卡条101插入空槽301后忘记了顺时针旋转而进行逆时针旋转时也转不动,因为两片隔拦片304恰好位于两空槽301的左边。
实施例二,另一瓶子可以制成如图5的盒状瓶6的形状,在盒状瓶里制作多个分隔601,当外出绘画时,把不同的顔料分别放在分隔601里。再把盒状瓶6与另一盛装矿泉水瓶的瓶底组合,方法同实施例一。
实施例三,瓶口与另一瓶底通过内外螺纹旋转拧紧方式连接,见图1-1、图3,组合时,盖上瓶盖104后,把一个瓶子的瓶口插入另一瓶子的瓶底内旋转即可,反转即可分开,这样方便携带、使用。
实施例四,制作一卡垫7,并设卡垫内螺纹701,把卡垫7置放于底部2的内陷中,瓶底2通过卡垫内螺纹701与另一瓶子的瓶口5外螺纹105旋转拧紧后套接在一起。
实施例五,取消卡柱3,把卡柱3的各个部件直接制作在瓶底2内,其余部件及操作方法同实施例一。
这五种实施例中,最佳方式为实施例一,其次是实施例四,因为在大批量生产中,实施例一中的情形容易倒模,易于生产。
本发明的保护范围不局限于五个实施例,凡是本领域普通技术人员通过本发明权利要求书及说明书的内容及其描述,能推导出可想而知、显而易见的变化,仍属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种组合瓶,包括瓶顶(1)、瓶底(2)、瓶体(4)、瓶口(5)以及起到连接作用的卡柱(3)或卡垫(7),其特征在于,所述瓶口(5)能与另一瓶子的瓶底(2)套合在一起。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种组合瓶,其特征在于,所述卡柱(3)为内空的柱状体、置于瓶子底端口部(202)内边上并用胶水沾接,其口部设两条对称的空槽(301)、两处对称的环状片(302),所述瓶顶(1)上设置有顶面(102)、顶面半球粒(103),所述瓶口(5)处设有两条向外伸出对称的卡条(101),所述瓶底(2)处设置凹陷孔(201)、底端口部(202),所述凹陷孔(201)位于瓶底边缘处向内凹陷,所述空槽(301)的长宽度恰好能容下卡条(101),所述瓶口(5)与另一瓶子的瓶底(2)通过卡柱(3)卡扣套合在一起。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种组合瓶,其特征在于,所述凹陷孔(201)数量是顶面半球粒(103)数量的两倍。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种组合瓶,其特征在于,所述卡柱(3)中的环状片(302)上设置挡堵块(303);所述卡柱(3)中的空槽(301)的一侧设有隔栏片(304)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种组合瓶,其特征在于,所述顶面半球粒(103)位于瓶顶(1)且呈半球状或柱状的突起,凹陷孔(201)为半球状或柱状的凹陷且恰好能套住顶面半球粒(103)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种组合瓶,其特征在于,所述瓶口(5)与另一瓶子的瓶底(2)通过内螺纹(203)与外螺纹(105)旋转拧紧后套接在一起。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种组合瓶,其特征在于,所述卡垫(7)为一内空的柱状体,在其内空部设一螺纹(701),把卡垫(7)置放于瓶底(2)的内陷中,所述瓶底(2)通过卡垫(7)的螺纹(701)与另一瓶子的瓶口(5)外螺纹(105)旋转拧紧后套接在一起。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种组合瓶,其特征在于,所述瓶体(4)为盒状或瓶状。
