图 8显示多个本发明瓶盖所拼接组成的样式, 在此样式中, 是借由本发明瓶盖拼接成 一图案 3。 该图案 3是事先分解成多个拼图单元 31而分别印刷于各个瓶盖的盖体 la的顶 面 10a。 各拼图单元 31也可选择是事先阳刻或阴刻于各个瓶盖的模具的模穴内壁, 如此, 在一塑胶射出成形制造过程中, 借由该模具所射出成形的瓶盖, 其盖体 la的顶面 10a上就 会有凸出或凹陷的拼图单元 31。 在此实施例中的盖体 la, 其可相同于上述的盖体 1, 但较 佳是没有上述的卡块 101及卡槽 111, 而只有上述的卡块 121及卡槽 120。而且每个瓶盖可 以有任何颜色, 可以标示数学或文字或字母, 不仅限于前述的拼图单元 31。
图 9及图 10显示本发明的瓶盖的一第二实施例, 此瓶盖包括一盖体 4及一拼接结构。 该盖体 4大致相同于该第一实施例中提及的盖体, 然而, 该拼接结构则包括设于该盖体 4 上的一实心立柱 40及一空心立柱 41, 且该实心立柱 40被配置成能插、 拔于另一个相同的 瓶盖的拼接结构的空心立柱 41内部 (图 10) 。 该实心立柱 40—旦插入该空心立柱 41内 部, 两者就会暂时卡在一起, 不会随意分离, 但可经由施力将两者分开。 如图 10所示, 可 利用本发明瓶盖上的实心立柱 40配合该另一瓶盖上的空心立柱 41, 完成此二者的拼接组 合。 在此例子中, 该实心立柱 40凸出于盖体 4的外部顶面, 而该空心立柱 41则凸出于盖 体 4的内部底面, 但其两者的位置可以互换。 另外, 该实心立柱 40及空心立柱 41的数量 均不以一支为限, 亦可各有多支, 且其形状可以是圆柱体、 三角柱体、 六角柱体或其它形 状。
图 11及图 12显示本发明的瓶盖的一第三实施例,此瓶盖包括一盖体 6及一拼接结构。 该盖体 6大致相同于该第一实施例中提及的盖体, 然而, 该拼接结构则包括凸出于该盖体 6顶面的多支空心的凸柱 61a及多支实心的凸柱 61b, 各凸柱 61a、 61b较佳一共可以是 2 支、 3支或 4支。 该盖体 6具有一接收槽 60, 其内壁具有一内螺纹 601, 该内螺纹 601可 螺合于上述瓶子 2的进出口部 21上的外螺纹。各凸柱 61a、 61b的位置位于该接收槽 60所 对应涵盖的范围内, 且每一支凸柱 61a、 61b各自具有一接触壁 610, 相邻的两支凸柱 61a、 61b上的接触壁 610之间的距离 W1略大于或等于该盖体 6的接收槽 60的内径 W2, 因此, 如图 12所示, 当本发明瓶盖的盖体 6叠合于本发明另一瓶盖的盖体 6的顶面时, 该瓶盖上 的凸柱 61a、 61b则位于另一瓶盖的盖体 6的接收槽 60内, 且该瓶盖上的每一凸柱 61a、 61b的接触壁 610紧抵着另一瓶盖的盖体 6的接收槽 60的内壁(即该内螺纹 601处) , 使 得这两个瓶盖在叠合后即卡在一起而不会随意分离, 但可经由施力将两者分开。 此外, 相 邻的两凸柱 61a、 61b之间的间隙 611的大小是配置成刚好可供相对的凸柱 61a或凸柱 61b 卡入, 如此, 就可如图 15所示地进行拼组。
图 13、 14显示利用多个该第三实施例中的瓶盖所拼接组成的一个样式, 其中图 14是 图 13的 A-A断面图。但同样数量的瓶盖,实际上是可以变化组合出更多的样式,容不赘述。 图 15显示利用该第三实施例中的瓶盖所拼接组成的另一个样式, 在此样式中, 其中一瓶盖 是倒置的, 各凸柱 61a、 61b是分别插入并卡于相对应的间隙 611中, 此时,各间隙 611的 作用就相当于上述的卡槽。在这一实施例中, 本发明瓶盖的盖体 6的接收槽 60的形状及构 造可维持跟传统瓶盖一样, 所改变的, 只是在盖体的顶面多了几支凸柱, 实施上相当简单、 容易而具有降低制造成本的优点。 此外, 每一支凸柱的形状可以是圆柱体、 三角柱体、 六 角柱体或其它形状。该凸柱可全部都是空心的(如同该第二较佳实施例的空心立柱那样), 也可以是全部都是实心的, 或是, 部分空心的、 部分实心的。
较佳地, 图 16及图 17显示本发明该第一实施例的另一种形式的卡块 101a, 其进一步 地在该卡块 101a的外侧壁形成多条细长凸肋 5,例如 2条或 4条,如此,可减少各卡块 101a 与其相对应的卡槽 111之间的摩擦力, 以方便各卡块 101a插、 拔于相对应的卡槽 111。 同 样的作法也可以实施在该第二较佳实施例的实心立柱 40上, 以使该实心立柱 40上也都具 有多条细长凸肋, 达到方便该实心立柱 40插、 拔于相对应的空心立柱 41的内部的目的。 至于该第三实施例的凸柱 61a、 61b, 当然也可以援用前述作法, 使其上亦具有多条细长凸 肋, 容不赘述。
图 18显示本发明的该第三实施例的瓶盖上的另一种形式的实心的凸柱 61c,该凸柱 61c 被配置成可倒置后插组于另一瓶盖上的空心的凸柱 61a内。
图 19及图 20显示本发明的该第一实施例的瓶盖上的另一种形式的多个卡槽 llla, 各 卡槽 111a分别位于该盖体 1的各个角落, 形状大致为三角形, 在此情况下, 另一瓶盖上的 卡块 101可以对应插入并卡于各卡槽 llla, 以达到利用多个瓶盖进行拼接组合的目的。 相 较于图 2所示的卡槽 111,该卡槽 111a可有效地节省材料的使用, 以降低制造成本。此外, 本发明的第二、第三实施例中的实心立柱、凸柱也可以对应插入并卡于此种形式的卡槽 111a 中, 容不赘述。 此外, 上述本发明瓶盖, 其较佳是由塑胶材料以塑胶射出方式一体制作成形, 但不以 此为限, 也可以是金属材料制成。 此外, 本发明的瓶盖的盖体, 其外形较佳为正方体或长 方体, 但也可以是圆柱体、 三角柱体、 六角柱体或其它任何形状。
相对于传统瓶盖, 本发明瓶盖不但仍具备盖合或螺合于一瓶子的进出口部的功能, 还 进一步具备一拼接功能, 使其能当作组合玩具 (例如积木玩具或拼图玩具) 供人使用。 由 于本发明瓶盖具有该拼接功能, 使其具有可收集、 玩乐的特点, 因此, 它不会像传统瓶盖 那样总是在使用过后即被丢弃, 从而达到避免资源浪费的目的。
以上所举仅为本发明示意性的部分实施例,并非用以限制本发明的范围,任何本领域的 技术人员, 在不脱离本发明的构思和原则的前提下所作出的等同变化与修改, 均应包括在 本专利保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1. 一种具有组合功能的瓶盖, 用于盖合于一瓶子的进出口部, 其特征在于, 该瓶盖 包括:
一盖体, 具有用于接收该瓶子的进出口部的一接收槽; 及
一拼接结构, 设于该盖体上, 且能拼接于另一瓶盖的拼接结构。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的瓶盖, 其特征在于, 该拼接结构包括至少一卡块及至少一 卡槽, 该卡块被配置成能插、 拔于该另一瓶盖的拼装结构的卡槽。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的瓶盖, 其特征在于, 该拼接结构包括至少一实心立柱。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的瓶盖, 其特征在于, 该拼接结构包括至少一空心立柱。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的瓶盖, 其特征在于, 该盖体具有一内螺纹形成于该接收槽 的内壁面, 该拼接结构包括凸出于该盖体顶面的多支凸柱, 各凸柱被配置成能插、 拔于该 另一瓶盖的盖体的接收槽, 且当各凸柱位于该另一瓶盖的盖体的接收槽内时, 各凸柱的外 壁各有一部分抵贴于该另一瓶盖的盖体的内螺纹。
6. 根据权利要求 2所述的瓶盖, 其特征在于, 该卡块凸出于该盖体的一表面, 该卡 槽位于该盖体的另一表面, 这两个表面分别面向不同方向。
7. 根据权利要求 2所述的瓶盖, 其特征在于, 该卡块与该卡槽共同位于该盖体的同 一个表面。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的瓶盖, 其特征在于, 该接收槽位于该盖体的底面, 该盖体 的顶面具有一拼图单元。
9. 根据权利要求 1所述的瓶盖, 其特征在于, 该盖体具有一内螺纹形成于该接收槽 的内壁面。
10. 根据权利要求 2所述的瓶盖, 其特征在于, 该卡块具有多条细长凸肋位于其外侧
11. 根据权利要求 3所述的瓶盖, 其特征在于, 该实心柱体具有多条细长凸肋位于其 外侧壁。
12. 根据权利要求 5所述的瓶盖, 其特征在于, 该凸柱具有多条细长凸肋位于其外侧
