Abstract
Description
とで組立容器を組合す。他の連結手段としては、連結具に溝部を備える。そして、上記嵌合部が、上記連結具に備えた溝部に嵌合する嵌合凸溝部であると、凹凸溝部が連結することで組立容器を連結する。

以下本発明の組立容器100について説明する。図1、図2は、本発明の実施形態に係る組立容器を組立てる場合の全体構成を示す図面である。図3から図6は、本発明の実施形態に係る組立容器セットの全体構成を示す図面である。図7から図18は、本発明の実施形態に係る組立容器の全体構成を示す図面である。図19から図23は、本発明の実施形態に係る連結具の全体構成を示す図面である。図24から図29は、本発明の実施形態に係る連結補助材の全体構成を示す図面である。図30は、本発明の実施形態に係る連結容器の全体構成を示す断面図である。図31から図34は本発明の実施形態に係る補助部材の全体構成を示す図面である。ただし、本発明に直接には関係しない各部の詳細は省略
している。
0同士は連結具200で連結される。上述のように、底面を丸めた状態の凹部120同士が図3,4に示すように連結部材200で連結される。なお、連結具は連結容器の凹部120内に挿入されるため外からは視認できない。凹部に直接容器本体の凸部を嵌合してもよい。その場合連結部は凹部と凸部間の摩擦になる。本発明では、組立容器100に備えた凹部120には嵌合部として、ネジ210やはめ込み式の留め具が設けられる。連結具200により、上記嵌合部同士を連結することで、組立容器100同士が連結する。図19は、本発明の連結具200の一例を示している。上記嵌合部同士がネジの場合、上記ネジに嵌合するネジ部210が連結具200の両端に切られている。図20は、中央部に鍔部220を設けた連結具200である。上記嵌合部同士がネジの場合、上記ネジに嵌合するネジ部210が連結具200の両端に切られている。
0を付けた補助部材400である。上記リング440部分を紐等で吊り下げることで、組立容器100を壁や天井に吊り下げることが可能となる。図34は、組立容器100の凹部の嵌合部に嵌合する嵌合部に孔を形成した部材450を付けた補助材部材400である。上記孔部分を紐等で吊り下げることで、組立容器100を壁や天井に吊り下げることが可能となる。
(実施の形態2)
上記実施の形態1では、容器本体110の連結方法を説明した。本実施例では、WEB上の仮想空間を用いた上記容器本体110の連結方法を説明する。
予め組立容器100の情報(3Dでも2Dでもよい)、上記組立容器100を組立てる際に必要な情報を登録しておく。例えば、組立容器100の凹部の形状や連結具200の凸部の形状、さらに、どの連結具200がどの容器本体110と連結するかの情報が登録される。そして、利用者の仮想空間表示端末が、仮想空間制御装置に接続する。端末上には利用者の指定する視点位置から見た仮想空間の組立装飾容器の映像を表示する。このようにして、上記組立容器100の情報に基づいて、上記容器本体110の連結が仮想空間上で実行可能となる。利用者が、該組立容器100の組み立てを仮想空間内で行うことが可能な組立容器操作装置が構成できる。なお、仮想空間での操作に必要なソフトや装置は公知の技術を使用する。
上記組立容器100の情報、連結具200の情報、及び、上記組立容器100を組み立て
る際に必要な情報を利用者に提供する事で、該利用者が該組立容器の組立を仮想空間内でおこなうことが可能な組立容器操作装置が構成できる。さらに、上記組立可能容器操作装置を複数備えて、異業種または、同業種間で上記組立容器100、及び連結具200の情報を共有することで、上記組立容器100の組立を仮想空間内でおこなうことが可能なWEBシステムを構成することが出来る。

Claims (18)
- 容器外面に設けられる、該容器同士を連結するための少なくとも一以上の凹部と、
前記凹部内に設けられる嵌合部と、
前記凹部内の嵌合部同士が、取り外し自在に連結することで、互いに嵌合連結可能な組立容器。 - 組立容器外部に設けられる凹部同士を連結するための凸部を備え、
該凸部により、前記凹部内に設けられる嵌合部同士を取り外し自在に連結する連結具。 - 前記連結具が、容器である、請求項2に記載の連結具。
- 前記嵌合部が、ネジである、請求項1に記載の組立容器。
- 前記連結具が、前記組立容器を連結するための複数の突起物を備え、
前記嵌合部が、該突起物を挿入するための嵌合穴である、請求項1に記載の組立容器。 - 前記連結具が、嵌合穴を備え、
前記嵌合部が、前記組立容器を連結するための複数の突起物であり、
前記連結具に備えた嵌合穴に該突起物を挿入することで組み合わされる、請求項1に記載の組立容器。 - 前記連結具が、溝部を備え、
前記嵌合部が、該連結具に備えた溝部に嵌合する嵌合凸溝部である、請求項1に記載の組立容器。 - 請求項1または請求項4から7いずれか一項に記載の組立容器の凹部に備えた嵌合部に嵌合対応する形状と、
請求項2または3に記載の連結具の嵌合部の形状に嵌合対応する形状を備えた連結補助材 - 前記容器内を照らすための照明具を該容器の凹部に配置した、請求項1または、請求項4から7いずれか一項に記載の組立容器。
- 照明具を備えた前記連結補助材を連結することにより、前記容器内を照らす、請求項9に記載の組立容器。
- 前記組立容器の凹部の嵌合部に嵌合する部材に係止部材を備え、
該係止部材により、前記組立容器が外部に係止される、請求項1、請求項3から7、または請求項9,10に記載の組立容器。 - 前記容器の凹部に他の容器を連結する際、該凹部と他の容器が押し込まれることにより、容器同士の貫通孔が形成され、
容器内部の注入物が混ざりあう請求項1または請求項4から10いずれか一項に記載の組立容器。 - 前記容器の強度を増す補強材を前記容器に備え、
建築資材または、家具資材として利用可能な、請求項1または請求項4から10いずれか一項に記載の組立容器。 - 前記連結具が、建築資材または家具資材に組み合わせ可能であり、
建築資材または家具資材として利用可能な、請求項1または請求項4から10いずれか一項に記載の組立容器。 - 請求項1から14に記載の組立容器の情報、連結具の情報、及び、該組立容器を組み立てる際に必要な情報を利用者に提供する事で、該利用者が該組立容器の組立を仮想空間内でおこなうことが可能な組立容器操作装置。
- 請求項15に記載の組立可能容器操作装置を複数備え、
異業種または、同業種間で前記容器、及び連結具の情報を共有することで、該組立容器の組立を仮想空間内でおこなうことが可能なWEBシステム。 - 容器外面に設けられる、該容器同士を連結するための少なくとも一以上の凹部と、
前記凹部内に設けられる嵌合部と、
前記凹部内の嵌合部同士を連結するための連結具を備え、
前記連結具により互いに取り外し自在に連結される組み合わせ組立容器セット。 - 容器外面に設けられる、該容器同士を連結するための少なくとも一以上の凹部と、
前記凹部内に設けられる嵌合部と、
前記凹部内の嵌合部同士を連結するための連結具を備え、
前記連結具により互いに取り外し自在に連結される組み合わせ組立容器セットを用いた商品陳列販売方法。
