与现有技术相比,本发明的技术效果是:把手在手握部和拎菜部之间设置开口,可将需要提的物品通过开口位置放入到把手内并悬挂在拎菜部上,使用者握住手握部就方便使用者提。本发明的拎菜器还在开口位置设置锁扣以及用于控制锁扣的按键,将按键安装固定在手握部的端部的通道内,使用者在使用过程中将手拿握住手握部,并将大拇指放置到按键上,通过大拇指按压按键,按键受力沿通道运动并驱动第一弹性杆,第一弹性杆受力沿按压方向产生形变,由于力的作用原理,从而第一弹性杆两端的部分向与按压方向相反的方向运动,这样位于第一弹性杆一端的封闭部就逐渐脱离开口位置,以打开此开口;第一弹性杆的另一端由限位件限位,从而确保第一弹性杆在受力产生形变时能够带动封闭部随之产生运动。本发明通过按压按键驱动锁扣使得锁扣封闭开口的封闭部打开,从而将物品挂在拎菜部上后使得封闭部闭合开口就防止物品掉出;在取下物品时,由于按键安装固定在手握部的端部,这样使用者用手拿握住手握部,并将大拇指放置到按键位置处,就可以通过单手按压按键,以打开封闭部,方便取下位于拎菜部的物品。本发明通过设置在手握部的端部的按键来驱动锁扣的封闭部,以便控制封闭部对开口的封闭和打开,从而方便使用者将物品挂到拎菜部上或将物品从拎菜部上取下。

下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“横向”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本发明的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。另外,术语“包括”及其任何变形,意图在于覆盖不排他的包含。

下面参考图1至图5描述本发明实施例的拎菜器。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:本发明公开一种拎菜器100,包括:把手110、锁扣120和按键130。
其中,所述把手110为环形结构,所述把手110包括手握部150和与手握部150相对的拎菜部160,所述把手110在所述手握部150和拎菜部160之间设置有开口111,如图2所示。具体的,环形结构的把手方便使用者拿握,使用者在使用时用手拿握住手握部150,将所需拎的物品(比如菜)从开口111位置悬挂在拎菜部160,本发明的手握部和拎菜部相对,从而就方便使用者通过此拎菜器携带物品。
如图4所示为锁扣的结构示意图,所述锁扣120包括用于封闭所述开口111的封闭部121,参见图1,封闭部121位于开口111的位置处,适合开口111的大小设置,封闭此开口111。所述锁扣120设置有第一销轴孔122,所述手握部150设置有用于插入到所述第一销轴孔122的第一销轴113,如图3所示为锁扣120、按键130及把手110相互配合的示意图,具体是锁扣和按键安放在把手的部分上的示意图,本实施例把手包括左把手和右把手,此处的锁扣和按键安放在右把手上。所述锁扣120还包括设置在所述手握部150内的第一弹性杆123,所述第一销轴孔122位于所述第一弹性杆123和封闭部121之间。所述手握部150设置有用于限位所述第一弹性杆123的限位件,所述限位件对第一弹性杆起到限位固定的作用,防止第一弹性杆脱离。
如图2所示,所述手握部150的端部设置有用于放置所述按键130的通道112,参见图3,所述按键130可活动的放置在所述通,112内,并与所述第一弹性杆123固定连接,通过按压所述按键130驱动所述第一弹性杆123产生形变,使得所述封闭部打开。
具体的,把手110在手握部150和拎菜部160之间设置开口111,可将需要提的物品通过开口111位置放入到把手110内并悬挂在拎菜部160上,使用者握住手握部150就方便使用者提。本发明的拎菜器100还在开口111位置设置锁 扣120以及用于控制锁扣120的按键130,将按键130安装固定在手握部150的端部的通道112内,使用者在使用过程中将手拿握住手握部150,并将大拇指放置到按键130上,通过大拇指按压按键130,按键130受力沿通道112运动并驱动第一弹性杆123,第一弹性杆123受力沿按压方向产生形变,由于力的作用原理,从而第一弹性杆123两端的部分向与按压方向相反的方向运动,这样位于第一弹性杆123一端的封闭部121就逐渐脱离开口111位置,以打开此开口111;第一弹性杆123的另一端由限位件限位,不会脱离,从而确保第一弹性杆123在受力产生形变时能够带动封闭部121随之产生运动。本发明通过按压按键130驱动锁扣120使得锁扣120封闭开口111的封闭部121打开,从而将物品挂在拎菜部160上后使得封闭部121闭合开口111就防止物品掉出;在取下物品时,由于按键130安装固定在手握部150的端部,这样使用者用手拿握住手握部150,并将大拇指放置到按键130位置处,就可以通过单手按压按键130,以打开封闭部121,方便取下位于拎菜部160的物品。本发明通过设置在手握部150的端部的按键130来驱动锁扣120的封闭部121,以便控制封闭部121对开口111的封闭和打开,从而方便使用者将物品挂到拎菜部160上或将物品从拎菜部160上取下。
其中,所述手握部150设置有用于限位所述第一弹性杆123的限位件,所述限位件包括一限位柱114和一限位板115,所述第一弹性杆123的端部位于所述限位柱114和限位板115之间,所述第一弹性杆123端部朝向与所述限位板115配合的方向凸出,在朝向与所述限位柱114配合的方向形成内凹;所述限位柱114和按键130都位于所述第一弹性杆123的同一侧。这是对第一弹性杆限位的一种具体方式;具体的,在按压按键130,并通过按键130将作用力作用到第一弹性杆123上时,第一弹性杆123中部向下产生形变,此时由于受力第一弹性杆123的边沿向中部方向收缩,此时第一弹性杆123的端部沿着限位柱114和限位板115运动,将第一弹性杆123设置成向下弯曲结构就使得第一弹性杆123适合限位柱114的结构,从而使得第一弹性杆123的端部始终位于限位柱 114和限位板115之间,防止第一弹性杆123的端部从限位板115和限位柱114之间脱离。
其中,所述锁扣120在所述第一弹性杆123上设置有第二销轴孔124,所述按键130设置有用于插入到所述第二销轴孔124内的第二销轴131。这是按键130和锁扣120固定连接的一种具体方式,这样在按压按键130时,按键130在手握部150的通道112内运动,按键130的第二销轴顶压第二销轴孔周围侧壁,这样第一弹性杆123受力产生形变,从而使得位于第一销轴孔122一侧的封闭部121向外产生形变,从而打开开口111。
具体的,按键130设置有向其底部延伸的运动板132,当按键130放置到通道112内时运动板132紧贴通道112内的一侧壁,并可沿此侧壁上下运动。其中,第一销轴131设置在此运动板132的端部位置,这样按键130在通道内运动时,连同运动板132一起运动,从而驱动第二销轴131运动,以便第二销轴131驱动第一弹性杆123产生形变,进而使得封闭部打开或闭合开口111。
进一步的,如图3和图4所示,所述锁扣120设置有环绕所述第二销轴孔124向外凸出,且呈弯弓型结构的第二弹性杆125,所述按键130设置有与所述第二弹性杆125顶压配合的底部平台,即按键130的底部顶压到第二弹性杆125上。第二弹性杆125和按键的底部平台相互配合,在按压按键130时不仅通过第二销轴131驱动第一弹性杆123,还通过第二弹性杆125驱动第一弹性杆123,防止因通过单一点驱动第一弹性杆123而容易使第一弹性杆123损坏。
其中,如图5所示,所述按键130外表面设置有多个条形结构的凸条133。凸条130起到防滑作用,方便使用者用大拇指按压。
其中,所述按键130外表面中部设置有向下的凹陷。在按键130外表面中部设置凹陷以使得按键130外表面适合大拇指放置,方便使用者按压按键130。
其中,如图1和图2所示,所述拎菜器100还包括设置在所述手握部150外表面上的弹性垫片140。弹性垫片140具有弹性,而且柔软,设置弹性垫片140方便使用者拿握,增加使用者拿握的舒适度。
其中,如图3所示,所述手握部150设置有用于放置手指的手指槽118。设置手指槽方便使用者拿握,增加使用者拿握的舒适度。
其中,在本实施例中,所述拎菜部160呈半圆形结构。这是拎菜部160的一种具体结构,方便放置悬挂物。当然,拎菜部也可以设置成其他结构。
其中,本实施例的按键130上设置有多个间隔设置的第一减重孔134,第一减重孔起到减轻重量的作用。以及本实施例的锁扣120的封闭部121上设置有多个间隔设置的第二减重孔127,第二减重孔也起到减轻重量的作用。
作为本实施例的优选方案,所述开口111的一端,且位于所述拎菜部160的端部设置有用于凹槽116,如图3所示,所述凹槽116一侧边沿设置有第一卡扣117,对应的,所述封闭部121的端部设置向外凸出的用于与所述第一卡扣117卡配的第二卡扣126。在将封闭部121闭合到开口111位置时第二卡扣126放置到凹槽116内,且第二卡扣126和第一卡扣117相互扣合,这样整个把手110形成环形结构,在提物品时使得把手110受力均匀。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种拎菜器,其特征在于,包括:
    把手,所述把手为环形结构,所述把手包括手握部和与手握部相对的拎菜部,所述把手在所述手握部和拎菜部之间设置有开口;
    锁扣,所述锁扣包括用于封闭所述开口的封闭部,所述锁扣设置有第一销轴孔,所述手握部设置有用于插入到所述第一销轴孔的第一销轴;所述锁扣还包括设置在所述手握部内的第一弹性杆,所述手握部设置有用于限位所述第一弹性杆的限位件,所述第一销轴孔位于所述第一弹性杆和封闭部之间;
    按键,所述手握部的端部设置有用于放置所述按键的通道,所述按键可活动的放置在所述通道内,并与所述第一弹性杆固定连接,通过按压所述按键驱动所述第一弹性杆产生形变,使得所述封闭部打开。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的拎菜器,其特征在于,所述开口的一端,且位于所述拎菜部的端部设置有用于凹槽,所述凹槽一侧边沿设置有第一卡扣,对应的,所述封闭部的端部设置向外凸出的用于与所述第一卡扣卡配的第二卡扣。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的拎菜器,其特征在于,所述锁扣在所述第一弹性杆上设置有第二销轴孔,所述按键设置有用于插入到所述第二销轴孔内的第二销轴。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的拎菜器,其特征在于,所述锁扣设置有环绕所述第二销轴孔向外凸出,且呈弯弓型结构的第二弹性杆,所述按键设置有与所述第二弹性杆顶压配合的底部平台。
  5. 如权利要求1或2所述的拎菜器,其特征在于,所述限位件包括一限位柱和一限位板,所述第一弹性杆的端部位于所述限位柱和限位板之间,所述第一弹性杆端部朝向与所述限位板配合的方向凸出,在朝向与所述限位柱配合的方向形成内凹;所述限位柱和按键都位于所述第一弹性杆的同一侧。
  6. 如权利要求1或2所述的拎菜器,其特征在于,所述按键外表面设置有 多个条形结构的凸条。
  7. 如权利要求1或2所述的拎菜器,其特征在于,所述按键外表面中部设置凹陷。
  8. 如权利要求1或2所述的拎菜器,其特征在于,所述拎菜器还包括设置在所述手握部外表面上的弹性垫片。
  9. 如权利要求1或2所述的拎菜器,其特征在于,所述手握部设置有用于放置手指的手指槽。
  10. 如权利要求1或2所述的拎菜器,其特征在于,所述拎菜部呈半圆形结构。
