Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé et un système de service intelligent de plats lors d'un service de restauration. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à : recevoir des plats commandés par un utilisateur (101) ; calculer un temps de service de plat de chaque plat sur la base du nombre des plats commandés par l'utilisateur et du nombre de chefs cuisiniers (102) ; et émettre le temps de service de plat à destination d'un terminal de commande de plats à des fins d'affichage (103). Le procédé et le système offrent l'avantage d'un affichage en temps réel du temps de commande de plat.
