具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明实施例提供的透明橱窗展示装置进行详细的说明。
本发明实施例提供的一种透明橱窗展示装置,如图1所示,包括透明显示屏101,底座102,背板103,顶板104,后凸起105,光源106,旋钮结构107,扩散板108,前凸起109,第一侧壁111和第二侧壁112。图2中示出的透明橱窗展示装置的侧视图更清晰地示出了其所包括的各个部件的位置关系。透明显示屏101位于透明橱窗展示装置面向观测者的最近一端,即位于透明橱窗展示装置的正面,背板103与透明显示屏101相对设置、位于透明橱窗展示装置的背面,底座102位于透明橱窗展示装置底部,与顶板104相对设置,第一侧壁111和第二侧壁112位于两侧也相对设置。透明显示屏101、底座102、背板103、顶板104、第二侧壁111和第二侧壁112形成了用于放置和固定展品的内部。
通常,底座102用于放置并固定展品110,如图1所示,但是本发明不限于此,展品110也可以通过其他方式放置并固定在透明橱窗展示装置的内部空间。光源106位于顶板104和扩散板108之间。透明显示屏101和背板103内侧分别设置有前凸起109和后凸起105,用以实现扩散板108的固定,防止其脱落。扩散板108表面具有周期性排列的透镜或棱镜等光学元件,用以将例如点状或线状光源的光源发出的光进行扩散从而获得期望的例如面状的光。
扩散板108倾斜地设置在透明橱窗展示装置的内部空间,与背板103构成一夹角,优选的,所述夹角设置为60°~80°。当所述夹角设置为该区间之内时,可以最大限度地提高橱窗展示装置的内部储值空间,同时又能与光源进行良好的配合,达到更优的视觉效果。
顶板104和扩散板108之间的光源106优选为线状光源。相较于点状光源, 线状光源可以带来更高的光强度。线状光源例如可以为圆柱状光源。特别的,线状光源可以为棱柱体结构。当线状光源为棱柱体结构时,不同棱柱面的出光角度及其最终到达扩散板108的光强度、出光角度都不同,因而可以为透明橱窗展示装置的展品110展示和透明显示屏101显示提供不同的光强度和出光角度。
优选的,线状光源与扩散板108平行,并且线状光源为长方体结构,线状光源的两端分别延伸至所述橱窗展示装置的第一侧壁和第二侧壁外部,即,线状光源的一部分处在橱窗展示装置的橱窗体之外。又由于线状光源为一体化结构,所以当转动线状光源在橱窗展示装置的橱窗体之外的部分时,可以方便地调节线状光源在橱窗展示装置内部的出光角度及其最终到达扩散板108的光强度和出光角度,从而选择最佳的展示效果。当线状光源为长方体结构时,初始位置关系为:保持长方体结构的线状光源的出光的、较大面积的平面与扩散板108平面平行,此时从扩散板108导出的光强度值为最大值,出光角度垂直于扩散板108平面,照射到底座上的展品110的亮度值为最大值。实际使用时:可以采用扳动或扭转的方式通过对线状光源伸出两侧壁外部的部分进行转动,以带动线状光源在橱窗展示装置内部的转动,使长方体结构的线状光源的出光的、较大面积的平面与扩散板108平面不再平行,从而使从扩散板108导出的光强度值降低、出光角度变化,照射到底座110上的展品110的亮度降低。
特别的,透明橱窗展示装置还包括有旋钮结构107,其位于第一侧壁111和第二侧壁112的朝向橱窗展示装置外部的表面上,用于分别与所述线状光源的两端连接以调节所述线状光源的出光角度。旋钮结构107与线状光源伸出两侧壁的端部之间可以通过螺纹的方式进行连接,也可以通过插拔的方式进行拼接,从而在实际使用时,仅通过调节两侧旋钮结构107,即可以方便地调节线状光源经由扩散板108导出的光强度值。具体的,方式(1):当旋钮结构107与线状光源伸出两侧壁的端部之间以螺纹的方式进行连接时,旋钮结构107可以内设有螺孔107a、外设有横截面为椭圆的把手,旋钮结构107内设的螺孔 107a通过与线状光源伸出两侧壁的端部的第一凸起106a表面的螺纹106b相配合实现拧紧,见图3;方式(2):当旋钮结构107与线状光源伸出两侧壁的端部之间以插拔的方式进行拼接时,旋钮结构107可以内设有卡槽107a’、外设有横截面为椭圆的把手,其与线状光源伸出两侧壁的端部的第二凸起106a’表面的图案106b’尺寸相当、形状相匹配,转动旋钮结构107时,因其相互垂直的旋转截面为非对称结构,使得旋钮结构107可以带动线状光源位于透明橱窗展示装置内部的棱柱面,使其出光角度及其最终到达扩散板的光强度和出光角度改变,见图4。方式(1)更为紧固,使得旋钮结构107不易脱落;方式(2)则更为方便,易于拆卸。
线状光源的数目依据内部空间的大小及环境的需求自由设定,本发明对此不作限定。
特别地,当透明橱窗展示装置包括至少两个线状光源时,在所述顶板104和扩散板108之间,沿从背板103至透明显示屏101的方向,所述线状光源依次排布,并且随着所述线状光源与所述背板103之间距离的增加,所述线状光源与所述顶板104之间的距离减小。其中,所述至少两个线状光源与所述扩散板108之间的距离可以保持不变,则此时,如图2所示,可以从侧视图看到线状光源的连线与扩散板108平行;此外,所述至少两个线状光源与所述扩散板108之间的距离可以变化,从侧视图的角度观察时,顶板104延长线与扩散板108延长线构成一夹角,线状光源的连线位于此夹角的平分线上(图中未给出)。以上两种情况都可以使光源在扩散板108与顶板104之间的混光进行得更为充分,而具体采用哪种情况可以依实际情况而定。此外,为使混光进行得更为充分,顶板104内侧优选为光亮的反射面。为防止漏光,扩散板108与两侧壁的接触位置设有黑色弹性密封体,例如黑色橡胶。优选的,所述线状光源为LED灯。
优选的,透明显示屏101为液晶显示屏。透明展示橱窗装置中的光源106和扩散板108共同作为背光源为透明显示屏101提供背光。同样地,通过调节 透明展示橱窗装置两侧的旋钮结构107,可以根据需要提供给透明显示屏101需要的光强度和出光角度。如图5所示,实线表示的位置一时,长方体状的线状光源的出光的、较大面积的平面与扩散板平面平行;虚线表示的位置二时,长方体状的线状光源的出光的、较大面积的平面与扩散板平面不再平行,例如,沿图5所示的箭头方向进行旋转,则由扩散板108导出的光强度相应地降低,出光角度发生变化,照射到透明显示屏101上的背光强度相应降低。
此外,如图6所示,当线状光源106的数目不小于两个时,可以将线状光源进行并联,并联后的多个线状光源共用的两个端部分别伸出所述橱窗展示装置的第一侧壁和第二侧壁,与旋钮结构107连接。此时只需调节一个旋钮结构107即可实现两个线状光源的例如出光角度和光强度的光特性的同时改变,如图7所示,从线状光源106和旋钮结构107的实线表示的位置一转动到虚线表示的位置二,相应地从扩散板108导出的光强度和出光角度都会发生变化。
并且,除通过调节旋钮结构107来调节线状光源的出光角度外,还可以如图8所示,调节扩散板108与背板103的相对位置。值得注意的是,由于扩散板108尺寸为固定值,此时所指的扩散板108与背板103之间的夹角是指扩散板108的延长线与背板103的延长线之间所成的夹角。为了避免由于调节扩散板108与背板103的夹角带来的漏光问题,此时背板103上设有一调控机构113,通过调控机构113,可以导出黑色弹性体114,其末端与扩散板108靠近后凸起105的一端相连,黑色弹性体114可以以后凸起105作为支点,进而通过控制导出黑色弹性体114的长度,控制扩散板108与背板103之间的夹角。
通过如上设置,本发明实施例中的透明橱窗展示装置为产品等展品的展示提供了绝佳的途径,即,通过背板与扩散板之间的光源为展示展品和透明显示屏同时提供面状的光,在利用透明橱窗内光源效果实现产品等展品的外观展示的同时,还能够播放图片、动画、广告等信息的详细介绍,从而实现产品推广的目的。采用本发明中的透明橱窗展示装置的设计,还能节约成本、提供便利、提高效率。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种透明橱窗展示装置,包括透明显示屏、顶板、背板、底座、第一侧壁和第二侧壁,其中,透明显示屏和背板相对设置并且分别位于透明橱窗展示装置正面和背面,底座和顶板相对设置并且分别位于透明橱窗展示装置底部和顶部,第一侧壁和第二侧壁相对设置并且分别位于透明橱窗展示装置的两个侧面,透明显示屏、顶板、背板、底座、第一侧壁和第二侧壁形成了用于放置展品的内部空间,其特征在于,所述透明橱窗展示装置还包括设于内部空间的扩散板,所述扩散板与背板构成一夹角;以及光源,位于所述顶板和扩散板之间,其中所述扩散板用于将光源发出的光进行扩散从而获得期望的光来进行展品展示和/或为透明显示屏提供背光。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的透明橱窗展示装置,其特征在于,所述扩散板在其面向光源的表面上设置有周期性排列的透镜或棱镜等光学元件;和/或
    所述扩散板与所述背板之间的夹角为60°~80°。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的透明橱窗展示装置,其特征在于,所述光源包括一个或多个线状光源。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的透明橱窗展示装置,其特征在于,所述线状光源为棱柱体结构。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的透明橱窗展示装置,其特征在于,每个线状光源均与所述扩散板平行;并且
    每个线状光源的两端分别伸出所述橱窗展示装置的第一侧壁和第二侧壁,或当所述光源包括至少两个线状光源时,所述至少两个线状光源并联,并联后的至少两个线状光源共用的两端分别伸出所述橱窗展示装置的第一侧壁和第二侧壁。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的透明橱窗展示装置,还包括旋钮结构,其位于第一侧壁和第二侧壁的朝向透明橱窗展示装置外部的表面上,用于分别与所述两端连接以调节所述线状光源的出光角度。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的透明橱窗展示装置,其特征在于,所述旋钮结构与所述两端通过螺纹的方式进行连接或者通过插拔的方式进行拼接。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的透明橱窗展示装置,其特征在于,所述光源包括至少两个线状光源,在所述顶板和扩散板之间,沿从背板至透明显示屏的方向,所述至少两个线状光源依次排布,并且随着所述线状光源与所述背板之间距离的增加,所述线状光源与所述顶板之间的距离减小。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的透明橱窗展示装置,其特征在于,所述背板为透明背板。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的透明橱窗展示装置,其特征在于,所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁为透明侧壁。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的透明橱窗展示装置,其特征在于,所述透明显示屏内侧和所述背板内侧分别设有前凸起和后凸起,用以固定所述扩散板。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的透明橱窗展示装置,其特征在于,在背板上还设有调控机构,调控机构用于导出黑色弹性体,所述黑色弹性体的末端与扩散板靠近后凸起的一端相连,以调节扩散板与背板之间的夹角。
  13. 如权利要求3所述的透明橱窗展示装置,其特征在于,所述光源包括至少两个线状光源,在所述顶板和扩散板之间,沿从背板至透明显示屏的方向,所述至少两个线状光源依次排布,所述顶板延长线与扩散板延长线构成一夹角,所述至少两个线状光源的连线位于此夹角的平分线上。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的透明橱窗展示装置,其特征在于,所述顶板内 侧为光亮的反射面。
  15. 根据权利要求3所述的透明橱窗展示装置,其特征在于,所述线状光源为圆柱状光源。
  16. 根据权利要求4所述的透明橱窗展示装置,其特征在于,所述线状光源为长方体结构。
  17. 一种用于调节权利要求1至16中的任意一项所述的透明橱窗展示装置中由扩散板导出的光的方法,包括:
    通过调节光源发出的光的光强度和/或出光角度以及调节扩散板与背板的角度来调节由扩散板导出的光。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中所述光源包括一个或多个线状光源,所述线状光源与扩散板平行并且为长方体结构,所述方法包括:
    初始阶段,保持长方体结构的线状光源的出光的、较大面积的平面与扩散板平面平行,此时从扩散板导出的光强度值为最大值;以及
    使用阶段,通过对线状光源伸出第一侧壁和第二侧壁外部的两个端部进行转动,以带动线状光源在橱窗展示装置内部的转动,使长方体结构的线状光源的出光的、较大面积的平面与扩散板平面不再平行,从而以获得期望的从扩散板导出的光强度和/或出光角度。
