一种蚊虫雌雄蛹分离器,包括设置在倾斜的底板(1)上的固定板(2)、与固定板(2)间隔设置且间隙自上而下逐渐收窄的调整板(3),分别自所述固定板(2)的上部和下部向调整板(3)的相应位置设置有间隙调整件,并在所述固定板(2)和调整板(3)的间隙出口下方设有导流盘(8)。所述分离器结构简单合理,能够依据不同胸宽尺寸,可以将蚊子幼虫、雄蛹、雌蛹依次分开,依次收集,其操作简单,分离速度快,分离效果好。

Description

一种蚊虫雌雄蛹分离器 技术领域
本发明涉及不育雄虫释放的技术领域,特别是涉及一种蚊虫雌雄蛹分离器。
背景技术
在害虫防治中,不育雄虫释放技术是一门新兴技术,即培育昆虫的不育雄虫并进行释放,使雌雄昆虫交配后无法繁衍后代,以达到消灭该有害昆虫的目的。
在大规模的蚊子雄虫释放计划中,需要将培育的雄蛹从大量蛹群中分离出来,雄蛹中雌蛹占的比例越小,其释放效果越好。所以有必要设计一种分离效果好、使用简便的分离器,以将雄蛹从混合的雌雄蛹中分离。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术存在的问题,提出了一种蚊虫雌雄蛹分离器,用于将培育的雄虫从混合的雌雄蛹中分离。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种蚊虫雌雄蛹分离器,包括设置在倾斜的底板上的固定板、与固定板间隔设置且间隙自上而下逐渐收窄的调整板,分别自所述固定板的上部和下部向调整板的相应位置设置有间隙调整件,并在所述固定板和调整板的间隙出口下方设有导流盘。
利用上述技术方案,依据蚊子幼虫、雌蛹、雄蛹的胸宽尺寸,通过间隙调整件设置好固定板与调整板之间的间隙,然后将需要分离的蚊蛹群和适量的水从固定板和调整板的间隙开口上方倒入间隙中,使蚊蛹群随水流沿调整板和固定板的相对表面下滑,到达间隙出口处时,只有符合分离要求的幼虫或雌雄蛹可以通过间隙并流到导流盘上,而大于间隙出口的部分滞留,由此按胸宽尺寸把幼虫、雄蛹和雌蛹分离。
所述的蚊虫雌雄蛹分离器还包括支架,在该支架的顶部设有活动支座,所述底板固定在活动支座上,并在所述底板的下部设置有固定支座,自该固定支座向所述支架设有用于调节底板相对于支架的倾斜角度的调整杆。
利用支架上的活动支座和角度调整杆,调节底板的倾斜角度,进而调节固定板和调整板的倾斜角度,可使水流顺畅,分离彻底,也便于操作者以合适的角度观察分离的过程。
所述间隙调整件为自固定板向调整板穿设的螺栓,并在螺栓上设有两端分别抵在固定 板和调整板的相对面上的压缩弹簧。能利用螺栓对固定板和调整板进行定位后,靠压缩弹簧将两块板材绷紧,克服因螺栓与板材配合不紧密而产生的间隙,由此有效地防止晃动,保证分离的间隙精度。
所述调整板的上端设有相对固定板向外折的挡板。能方便地将待分离的蚊蛹群和水倒入间隙中,并防止其溅出。
沿蚊虫雌雄蛹的流向,对于所述导流盘与蚊虫雌雄蛹流向相迎合的一条侧边,自该侧边的两侧端向中部逐渐伸出,并在该侧边的中部设有集蛹口,在该集蛹口以外的导流板边沿设置有翻边。能利用翻边防止参与分离的蚊蛹漏出或被水冲出,且分离的蚊蛹能够最大限度的收集到集蛹口中。
本发明的优点是:能够依据不同胸宽尺寸,可以将蚊子幼虫、雄蛹、雌蛹依次分开,依次收集,其操作简单,分离速度快,且分离后的雄蛹比例可达99%以上,分离效果好。

为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例
一种蚊虫雌雄蛹分离器,包括设置在倾斜的底板1上的固定板2、与固定板2间隔设置且间隙自上而下逐渐收窄的调整板3,分别自所述固定板2的上部和下部向调整板3的相应位置设置有间隙调整件,并在所述固定板2和调整板3的间隙出口下方设有导流盘8。
进一步地,所述的蚊虫雌雄蛹分离器还包括支架7,在该支架7的顶部设有活动支座6,所述底板1固定在活动支座6上,并在所述底板1的下部设置有固定支座4,自该固定支座4向所述支架7设有用于调节底板1相对于支架7的倾斜角度的调整杆5;所述间隙调整件为自固定板2向调整板3穿设的螺栓10,并在螺栓10上设有两端分别抵在固定板2和调整板3的相对面上的压缩弹簧12;所述调整板3的上端设有相对固定板2向外折的挡板9;沿 蚊虫雌雄蛹的流向,对于所述导流盘8与蚊虫雌雄蛹流向相迎合的一条侧边,自该侧边的两侧端向中部逐渐伸出,并在该侧边的中部设有集蛹口,在该集蛹口以外的导流板8边沿设置有翻边。
实际应用中,上述间隙调整件可以采用螺栓10,调整板3上部靠近两侧边的位置各穿上一条螺栓10,在每个螺栓10露在调整板3上的一端设置一个调节用的旋钮11,螺栓10的另一端连同固定板2穿到底板1上;同样的,调整板3下部靠近两侧边的位置也设置有两条作为间隙调整件的螺栓10。利用上述技术方案,可以依据蚊子幼虫、雌蛹、雄蛹的胸宽尺寸,先调好调整件与固定板2上部的间隙,使其能够比较方便地将需要分离的蚊蛹群和适量的水从固定板2和调整板3的间隙开口上方倒入间隙中,然后调节调整件与固定板2下部的间隙,使其恰好能够通过胸宽尺寸最小的幼虫,而雌雄蛹不能通过,接着将蚊蛹群和适量的水倒入,以分离出幼虫,并收集在导流盘8上,再适当调宽调整件与固定板2下部的间隙,使雄蛹恰好能通过、雌蛹不能通过,以分离出雄蛹,而雌蛹滞留在固定板2或调整板3上,由此达到幼虫、雄蛹、雌蛹分离的目的。
本发明结构简单合理,能够依据不同胸宽尺寸,可以将蚊子幼虫、雄蛹、雌蛹依次分开,依次收集,其操作简单,分离速度快,且分离后的雄蛹比例可达99%以上,分离效果好。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种蚊虫雌雄蛹分离器,其特征在于,包括设置在倾斜的底板上的固定板、与固定板间隔设置且间隙自上而下逐渐收窄的调整板,分别自所述固定板的上部和下部向调整板的相应位置设置有间隙调整件,并在所述固定板和调整板的间隙出口下方设有导流盘。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的蚊虫雌雄蛹分离器,其特征在于,还包括支架,在该支架的顶部设有活动支座,所述底板固定在活动支座上,并在所述底板的下部设置有固定支座,自该固定支座向所述支架设有用于调节底板相对于支架的倾斜角度的调整杆。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的蚊虫雌雄蛹分离器,其特征在于,所述间隙调整件为自固定板向调整板穿设的螺栓,并在螺栓上设有两端分别抵在固定板和调整板的相对面上的压缩弹簧。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的蚊虫雌雄蛹分离器,其特征在于,所述调整板的上端设有相对固定板向外折的挡板。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的蚊虫雌雄蛹分离器,其特征在于,沿蚊虫雌雄蛹的流向,对于所述导流盘与蚊虫雌雄蛹流向相迎合的一条侧边,自该侧边的两侧端向中部逐渐伸出,并在该侧边的中部设有集蛹口,在该集蛹口以外的导流板边沿设置有翻边。
