Abstract

본 발명은 아암의 용이한 체결을 위해 와이퍼 중앙의 클램프에 결합되는 어댑터 조립체에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세히는 다종의 아암들에 대한 유효한 겸용 대등이 가능할 뿐 아니라, 아암 체결의 편의성과 함께 체결 후에 요구되는 이탈방지기능의 안정감 있는 결속 및 그 자세의 확립에도 크게 도움이되는 신규 형식의 와이퍼 블레이드용 어댑터 조립체에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 와이퍼 블레이드에 설치되는 아암 체결용 어댑터 조립체(A)를 구성함에 있어서, 하부에는 상기 중앙 베이스 커버(10)와 일정 각도 회전이 자유롭도록 힌지(21)로 결합되고, 상부에는 걸고리 형태로 구부러진 후크아암이 맞춤형 조립이 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 후크아암조립부(22)가 형성되며, 중심부의 전후방향으로는 아암핀 조립홈(23)이 관통되어 있는 아암 체결용 어댑터(20)가 설치된 것과; 상기 아암 체결용 어댑터(22)의 후측에는 어댑터의 후 방향 일부를 커버링하는 동시에 후크 아암(hook arm) 또는 사이드 락형 아암(side lock arm)의 결속시 그 아암의 상부를 일정하게 눌러서 이탈방지 및 안정된 자세 확보에 유리한 리어 탑 클립부재(40)를 추가로 더 조립 구성시켜서 된 것이다.

Description

와이퍼 블레이드용 어댑터 조립체
본 발명은 아암의 용이한 체결을 위해 와이퍼블레이드 중앙의 클램프에 결합되는 어댑터 조립체에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세히는 다종의 아암들에 대한 유효한 겸용 대응이 가능할 뿐 아니라, 아암 체결의 편의성과 함께 체결 후의 이탈방지기능 및 그 안정성과 결속력의 확립에도 크게 도움이 되는 새로운 방식의 와이퍼 블레이드용 어댑터 조립체에 관한 것이다.
통상 사용자의 조작에 따라 일정한 반경으로 선회(회전)하면서 유리창면에 묻은 이물질(빗물, 눈, 먼지 등) 따위를 닦아 내는 와이퍼 블레이드(또는 와이퍼 장치) 는, 차체의 동력원과 연결됨에 따라 일정한 반경으로 선회(회전)운동이 가능하도록 하는 작동아암의 끝단부와 용이하게 결속이 가능하고, 필요시(교체 또는 점검 등)에는 탈거도 가능한 어댑터의 구성이 요구된다.
그러나 와이퍼에 구성되는 종래의 와이퍼용 어댑터 조립체는, "ㄷ"형의 후크 아암(hook arm) 또는 사이드 락형 아암(side lock arm)이 결합될 때, 특별한 구성없이 단순하게 결속시키는 구조로 되어 있기 때문에,
와이핑 동작시 진동이나 떨림 및 악성 소음이 발생할 뿐 아니라, 그 아암의 상면이 외부에 그대로 누출되어 그 안정성이 크게 결여되는 문제점이 있었다.
물론, 아암의 일부가 외부로 노출되고, 와이핑 작동 중 소음이 발생되더라도 와이핑의 기본 동작에는 특별한 문제점은 없으되, 일정한 기간이 경과하면 진동이나 떨림에 따라 서로 밀착되는 부위에 마모가 생기도 하고 크랙이 발생하는 등 고장 및 파손률이 커질 수 있고, 수명 또한 크게 단축될 수 있으며, 더군다나 차량 소음의 증가로 와이퍼 및 자동차의 품질 또는 성능의 저하로 신뢰성이 떨어지는 등 시급한 개선이 요구된다.
이에 본 발명에서는 자동차 와이퍼장치에 설치되는 아암 체결용 어댑터에 "ㄷ"형의 후크 아암(hook arm) 또는 사이드 락형 아암(side lock arm)이 결속될 때, 외부로 노출되는 것을 최대한 억제하여 외관적 안전성을 갖추는 동시에 이탈성 방지를 위한 신뢰성 높은 결속력까지 갖춤에 따라 와이퍼의 기능 및 품질 증대에 크게 기여할 수 있는 와이퍼블레이드용의 새로운 어댑터 조립체를 제공함에 주안점을 두고 그 기술적 과제로서 완성한 것이다.
위 기술적 과제를 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 본 발명은 와이퍼 블레이드에 설치되는 아암 체결용 어댑터 조립체(A)를 구성함에 있어서, 하부에는 상기 중앙 베이스 커버(10)와 일정 각도 회전이 자유롭도록 힌지(21)로 결합되고, 상부에는 걸고리 형태로 구부러진 후크아암이 맞춤형 조립이 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 후크아암조립부(22)가 형성되며, 중심부의 전후방향으로는 아암핀 조립홈(23)이 관통되어 있는 아암 체결용 어댑터(20)가 설치된 것과; 상기 아암 체결용 어댑터(22)의 후측에는 어댑터의 후 방향 일부를 커버링하는 동시에 후크 아암(hook arm) 또는 사이드 락형 아암(side lock arm)의 결속시 그 아암의 상부를 일정하게 눌러서 이탈방지 및 안정된 자세 확보에 유리한 리어 탑 클립부재(40)를 추가로 더 조립 구성시켜서 된 것이다.
이상과 같은 본 발명의 자동차 와이퍼용 어댑터 조립체는 자동차 와이퍼장치에 설치되는 아암 체결용 어댑터에 "ㄷ"형의 후크 아암(hook arm) 또는 사이드 락형 아암(side lock arm) 또는 핀치 탭형 아암(pinch tap arm)이 결속될 때, 그 이탈성 방지에 크게 도움이 되는 동시에 외부로 노출되는 것을 최대로 억제하여 보다 깔끔한 마감처리가 가능할 뿐 아니라 보다 안정감이 있고 견실하면서 높은 신뢰도의 결속력 유지가 가능하게 되는 등 유용한 발명이다.

본 발명의 와이퍼 블레이드용 어댑터 조립체는 첨부된 각 도면에 의거 보다 상세히 설명하면 하기와 같다.
즉, 본 발명은 와이퍼 블레이드장치의 베이스 커버(10) 위에 힌지로 결합되는 아암 체결용 어댑터 조립체(A)를 구성함에 있어서,
상기 아암 체결용 어댑터 조립체(A)의 상방향 후측에는, 아암 체결용 어댑터(20)에 체결되는 와이퍼 작동아암(Arm)의 윗면 일부를 눌러서 강제로 고정시키는 것이 가능한 리어 탑 클립부재(40)를 설치하여서 된 것을 그 특징적 요지로 하였다.
한편, 아암 체결용 어댑터 조립체(A)의 하부에는 상기 중앙 베이스 커버(10)와 회전이 가능하게 힌지(21)로 결합되고, 상부에는 걸고리 형태로 구부러진 후크아암이 맞춤형으로 조립되는 후크아암조립부(22)가 형성되며, 중심부의 전후방향으로는 아암핀 조립홈(23)이 관통되어 있는 아암 체결용 어댑터(20)가 설치된다.
그리고 상기 아암 체결용 어댑터(20)의 전방에는 어댑터의 앞쪽 부분을 커버링하는 동시에 핀치탭타입아암이 결속되 때 그 상측 끝단을 눌러서 이탈을 방지하는 프론트 캡부재(30)가 더 조립될 수 있는데,
이는 전체적으로 캡모양으로 이루어지되, 그 일측에 자유회전이 가능토록하는 힌지핀과 결합되는 힌지결합홈(31)이 형성되는 동시에,
상기 힌지결합홈(31)과 일정한 간격이 유지된 다른 일측에는 일정한 힘으로 밀어서 결합하거나 당기면 체결 해제되면서 분리도 가능한 착탈형 결속홈(32)이 형성되어 있고,
상측의 중심부 내향에는 핀치탭타입아암(Pinch tap arm)의 결속시 그 상측 끝단부를 일정한 힘으로 눌러서 그 이탈성의 방지가 가능하도록 하는 누름부(33)가 형성되어 있는 구조를 갖는다.
한편, 후방에 조립되는 상기 리어 탑 클립부재(40)는 상부에 어댑터 후방의 위면 일부를 커버링하는 동시에 특히 사이드 락형 아암(side lock arm) 상측의 거치대를 눌러서 그 이탈성의 방지가 가능하도록 터치하는 터치부(41a)가 포함된 탑커버부(41)가 형성되고,
상기 탑커버부(41) 전측의 하부에는 자유회전이 가능토록하는 힌지핀과 결합 되는 힌지 결합홈(42)이 형성되는 동시에,
상기 힌지결합홈(42)과 일정한 간격이 유지된 다른 일측에는 일정한 힘으로 밀어서 결합하거나 당기면 그 체결이 용이하게 해제하면서 분리도 가능한 착탈형 결속구(43)가 형성되어 있는 구조로 이루어진다.
또한, 상기 프론트 캡부재(30)와 상기 리어 탑 클립부재(40)가 상기 아암 체결용 어댑터(20)에 용이하게 조립이 가능하도록,
상기 아암 체결용 어댑터(20) 전측의 하부에는 프론트 캡 힌지핀(25)이 돌출될 뿐 아니라,
상기 프론트 캡 힌지핀(25)과 일정한 간격이 유지된 그 후방의 일단에는 힌지 및 결속 겸용핀(26)이 구성되고,
상기 아암 체결용 어댑터(20)의 후측 상면에는 상기 착탈형 결속구(32)가 탄력적으로 체결될 수 있는 착탈형 결속홈(27)이 천공되어 있는 구조로 설계될 수 있다.
한편, 상기 아암 체결용 어댑터(20)의 전방에는 프론트 캡부재(30)가 그 프론트 캡부재(30)의 전후측에 각각 형성되어 있는 상기 힌지결합홈(31)과 착탈형 결속홈(32)이,
상기 프론트 캡 힌지핀(25)과 힌지 및 결속 겸용핀(26)에 의해 결합이 가능한 동시에,
상기 프론트 캡 힌지핀(25)을 중심으로 회전에 의한 젖힘동작이 이루어지면서 핀치탭타입아암(Pinch tap arm)의 상측 끝단부를 안정적으로 눌러서 그 이탈성을 방지하거나 또는 해제하는 동작이 가능하게 된다.
또한, 상기 아암 체결용 어댑터(20)의 후방에는 상기 리어 탑 클립부재(40)가 그 전,후측에 각각 형성되어 있는 힌지 결합홈(42)과 착탈형 결속구(43)가,
상기 아암 체결용 어댑터(20)의 전후측에 형성되어 있는 상기 힌지 및 결속 겸용핀(26)과 착탈형 결속홈(27)에 결합된 상태에서,
상기 힌지 및 결속 겸용핀(26)을 중심으로 회전에 의한 젖힘동작이 이루어지면서,
"ㄷ"형의 후크 아암(hook arm) 또는 사이드 락형 아암(side lock arm)의 결속시 그 아암의 상부를 일정하게 눌러서 이탈방지를 실시하거나 또는 해제하여 분리도 자유롭게 구성될 수 있다.
특히 하나의 상기 힌지 및 결속 겸용핀(26)에는, 상기 리어 탑 클립부재(40)의 힌지 결합홈(42)과 상기 프론트 캡부재(30)의 착탈형 결속홈(32)이 이중으로 결속이 이루어지기 때문에,
상기 리어 탑 클립부재(40)의 힌지 결합홈(42)과 상기 프론트 캡부재(30)의 착탈형 결속홈(32)이 한꺼번에 수용이 가능할 수 있도록 그 돌출되는 길이를 상기 프론트 캡 힌지핀(25) 보다 좀 더 길게 구성시키는 것이 필요하다.
뿐만 아니라, 상기 힌지 및 결속 겸용핀(26)의 바깥쪽에는 상기 착탈형 결속홈(32)이 결합될 때, 좀더 확실한 결속력을 갖출 수 있도록 보조 걸림홈(26a)을 추가로 더 형성시킬 수 있고,
상기 보조 걸림홈(26a)이 맞대응하는 상기 상기 착탈형 결속홈(32)의 일측에는 보조 걸림턱(32a)이 추가로 더 형성될 수도 있다.
또, 상기 아암 체결용 어댑터(20)의 전방 양측에는 상,하 방향으로 음각된 삽입홈(20a)이 형성되고, 상기 삽입홈(20a) 아래쪽 끝의 바로 직후단에는 전방걸림턱(20b)이 형성되고, 이와 일정한 간격이 유지된 뒤쪽에는 바깥으로 돌출된 량이 좀 더 큰 후방걸림턱(20c)이 형성됨에 따라,
탑록크아암(Top lock arm)의 일측 내향으로 형성되어 있는 좁은 걸림부(T-1)가 상기 삽입홈(20a)을 통해 위에서 아래로 끼워진 다음 뒤쪽으로 당길 때 상기 전방걸림턱(20b)에 걸림되어 이탈이 제한되는 한편, 반대측의 넓은 걸림부(T-2)의 경우에는 상기 삽입홈(20a)에 미삽입 상태로 위에서 아래로 내려온 후 후방으로 당겨질 때 그 뒤쪽 끝부분이 상기 후방걸림턱(20c)에 턱걸림되면서 이틸이 제한됨으로써, 탑록크아암(Top lock arm) 또한 용이한 체결이 가능할 수 있도록 하였다.
결국, 본 발명의 아암 체결용 어댑터 조립체에는, "ㄷ"형 후크 아암(hook arm)과 사이드 락형 아암(side lock arm)은 물론 핀치탭 아암(pinch tap arm) 뿐 아니라 도면과 같이 탑록크 아암(top lock arm)까지도 불문하고 선택적으로 결속될 수 있음으로 상당히 용이하다.

Claims (4)

  1. 와이퍼 블레이드의 베이스 커버(10) 위에 힌지로 결합되는 아암 체결용 어댑터 조립체(A)를 구성함에 있어서,
    상기 아암 체결용 어댑터 조립체(A)의 상방향 후측에는, 아암 체결용 어댑터(20)에 체결되는 와이퍼 작동아암(Arm)의 윗면 일부를 눌러서 강제로 고정될 수 있도록 한 리어 탑 클립부재(40)를 설치하여서 된 것과;
    리어 탑 클립부재(40)는, 상부에 어댑터 후방의 위면 일부를 커버링하는 동시에 사이드 락형 아암의 거치대를 눌러서 그 이탈성의 방지가 가능하도록 하는 터치부(41a)를 포함하는 탑커버부(41)가 형성되고, 상기 탑커버부(41) 전측의 하부에는 자유회전이 가능토록하는 힌지핀과 결합되는 힌지 결합홈(42)이 형성되는 동시에, 상기 힌지결합홈(42)과 일정한 간격이 유지된 다른 일측에는 일정한 힘으로 밀어서 결합하거나 당기면 그 체결이 용이하게 해제하면서 분리도 가능한 착탈형 결속구(43)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한 와이퍼 블레이드용 어댑터 조립체.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 아암 체결용 어댑터(20) 전측의 하부에는 프론트 캡 힌지핀(25)이 돌출되고,
    상기 프론트 캡 힌지핀(25)과 일정한 간격이 유지된 그 후방의 일단에는 힌지 및 결속 겸용핀(26)이 구성되며,
    상기 아암 체결용 어댑터(20)의 후측 상면에는 착탈형 결속구(43)가 탄력적으로 체결될 수 있는 착탈형 결속홈(27)이 천공되는 것을 특징으로 한 와이퍼 블레이드용 어댑터 조립체.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 힌지 및 결속 겸용핀(26)의 바깥쪽에는, 상기 착탈형 결속홈(32)이 결합될 때, 좀더 확실한 결속력을 갖출 수 있도록 보조 걸림홈(26a)을 추가로 더 형성되고,
    상기 보조 걸림홈(26a)이 맞대응하는 상기 착탈형 결속홈(32)의 일측에는 보조 걸림턱(32a)이 추가로 더 형성될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한 와이퍼 블레이드용 어댑터 조립체.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 아암 체결용 어댑터(20)의 전방 양측에는, 상,하 방향으로 음각된 삽입홈(20a)이 형성되고, 상기 삽입홈(20a) 아래쪽 끝의 바로 직후단에는 전방걸림턱(20b)이 형성되고, 이와 일정한 간격이 유지된 뒤쪽에는 바깥으로 돌출된 량이 좀 더 큰 후방걸림턱(20c)이 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한 와이퍼 블레이드용 어댑터 조립체.
