一种人造草坪的制备方法,包括如下步骤:取经纱、纬纱和人造草丝纱线,将经纱设置在编织机的经轴上,将纬纱沿垂直于经纱的方向设置于编织机上,将人造草丝纱线设置在编织机的后方纱架上;启动编织机,经轴与主机同步转动,经纱平行进入编织机,经纱每向前运行一格,两个纬轴上的纬纱按照交错编织方式在经纱中穿行一次,依次循环编织成人造草坪的底布,纱架上的人造草丝纱线顺着经纱平行的方式参与到底布的编织中,然后利用编织上的提花设备机对人造草丝纱线进行提花织草处理;每根人造草丝纱线在底布中绕行2-10周后升出来成为一簇草丝,草丝簇的高度设置为10-70mm,任意相邻两个草丝簇之间设置6-12根经纱;竖向排列的草丝簇中任意相邻的2个草丝簇之间设置3-8根纬纱;进行提花织草处理时,通过编织机的内部程序控制提花设备对不同颜色的人造草丝纱线选择性提取织成相应的图案,将相应颜色的人造草丝纱线织入图案中,不需要的部分织入底部中。
本发明的实施例1-4中,经纱采用PA材料制成的经纱;纬纱采用麻制成 的纬纱;采用的所述编织机为VAVDEWIELE公司生产的SRX82型号的编织机,该编织机能够通过自身附带的程序控制2-8种不同颜色的人造草丝的进线顺序和编织规格,并可自身附带的程序对控制编织机上的提花设备对在底布上的人造草丝纱线进行提花处理,选择性提取织成相应的图案,将相应颜色的人造草丝纱线织入图案中,不需要的部分织入底部中;所采用的经纱的磅重为10000Dtex;所采用的纬纱的磅重为12000Dtex。
实施例1
一种人造草坪的制备方法,包括如下步骤:取PP制成的经纱、PE制成的纬纱和人造草丝纱线,将纬纱沿垂直于经纱的方向设置于编织机上,纬纱的两端分别设置在编织机的两个纬轴,将人造草丝纱线放置在编织机的后方纱架上;启动编织机,经轴与主机同步转动,经纱平行进入编织机,经纱每向前运行一格,两个纬轴上的纬纱按照交错编织方式在经纱中穿行一次,依次循环编织成人造草坪的底布,纱架上的人造草丝纱线顺着经纱平行的方式参与到底布的编织中,然后利用编织上的提花设备机对人造草丝纱线进行提花织草处理;每根人造草丝纱线在底布中绕行5周后升出来成为一簇草丝,草丝簇的高度设置为50mm,任意相邻两个草丝簇之间设置8根经纱;竖向排列的草丝簇中任意相邻的2个草丝簇之间设置4根纬纱;进行提花织草处理时,通过编织机的内部程序控制提花设备对不同颜色的人造草丝纱线选择性提取织成相应的图案,将相应颜色的人造草丝纱线织入图案中,不需要的部分织入底部中。利用本实施例的方法编织出一个绿色背景、白色“AVG”字样的人造草坪。
实施例2
一种人造草坪的制备方法,包括如下步骤:取PE制成的经纱、PA制成的纬纱和人造草丝纱线,将经纱设置在编织机的经轴上,将纬纱沿垂直于经纱的方向设置于编织机上,将人造草丝纱线设置在编织机的后方纱架上;启动编织机,经轴与主机同步转动,经纱平行进入编织机,经纱每向前运行一格,两个纬轴上的纬纱按照交错编织方式在经纱中穿行一次,依次循环编织成人造草坪的底布,纱架上的人造草丝纱线顺着经纱平行的方式参与到底布的编织中,然后利用编织上的提花设备机对人造草丝纱线进行提花织草处理;每根人造草丝纱线在底布中绕行2周后升出来成为一簇草丝,草丝簇的高度设置为10mm,任意相邻两个草丝簇之间设置6根经纱;竖向排列的草丝簇中任意相邻的2个草丝簇之间设置3根纬纱;进行提花织草处理时,通过编织机的内部程序控制提花设备对不同颜色的人造草丝纱线选择性提取织成相应的图案,将相应颜色的人造草丝纱线织入图案中,不需要的部分织入底部中。利用本实施例的方法编织出一个白色背景、七色花图案的人造草坪。
实施例3
一种人造草坪的制备方法,包括如下步骤:取棉制成的经纱、PP制成的纬纱和人造草丝纱线,将经纱设置在编织机的经轴上,将纬纱沿垂直于经纱的方向设置于编织机上,将人造草丝纱线设置在编织机的后方纱架上;启动编织机,经轴与主机同步转动,经纱平行进入编织机,经纱每向前运行一格,两个纬轴上的纬纱按照交错编织方式在经纱中穿行一次,依次循环编织成人造草坪的底布,纱架上的人造草丝纱线顺着经纱平行的方式参与到底布的编织中,然后利用编织上的提花设备机对人造草丝纱线进行提花织草处理;每 根人造草丝纱线在底布中绕行10周后升出来成为一簇草丝,草丝簇的高度设置为70mm,任意相邻两个草丝簇之间设置12根经纱;竖向排列的草丝簇中任意相邻的2个草丝簇之间设置8根纬纱;进行提花织草处理时,通过编织机的内部程序控制提花设备对不同颜色的人造草丝纱线选择性提取织成相应的图案,将相应颜色的人造草丝纱线织入图案中,不需要的部分织入底部中。利用本实施例的方法编织出一个绿色背景、白色“傲胜人造草”字样的人造草坪。
实施例4
一种人造草坪的制备方法,包括如下步骤:取麻制成的经纱、棉制成的纬纱和人造草丝纱线,将经纱设置在编织机的经轴上,将纬纱沿垂直于经纱的方向设置于编织机上,将人造草丝纱线设置在编织机的后方纱架上;启动编织机,经轴与主机同步转动,经纱平行进入编织机,经纱每向前运行一格,两个纬轴上的纬纱按照交错编织方式在经纱中穿行一次,依次循环编织成人造草坪的底布,纱架上的人造草丝纱线顺着经纱平行的方式参与到底布的编织中,然后利用编织上的提花设备机对人造草丝纱线进行提花织草处理;每根人造草丝纱线在底布中绕行8周后升出来成为一簇草丝,草丝簇的高度设置为40mm,任意相邻两个草丝簇之间设置10根经纱;竖向排列的草丝簇中任意相邻的2个草丝簇之间设置6根纬纱;进行提花织草处理时,通过编织机的内部程序控制提花设备对不同颜色的人造草丝纱线选择性提取织成相应的图案,将相应颜色的人造草丝纱线织入图案中,不需要的部分织入底部中。利用本实施例的方法编织出一个绿色背景、黄色向日葵图案的人造草坪。
实验例
取实施例1-4制得的人造草坪,以及采用申请号为CN201210288535.4的发明专利申请中实施例2的方法制得的人造草坪(记为对比例1)、以及采用对比例1的方法但不进行背胶处理得到的人造草坪(记为对比例2),然后测试上述各组的草丝拔出力,测试方法为:每组各取5块5cm×5cm大小的草坪块,每个草坪块随机测试10根草丝的数据,然后将50个测试数据求平均值,具体数据详见下表1:

从上表中数据可以看出,本发明的草坪,草丝的拔出力高、稳定性好。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种人造草坪的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:取经纱、纬纱和人造草丝纱线,将经纱设置在编织机的经轴上,将纬纱沿垂直于经纱的方向设置于编织机上,将人造草丝纱线设置在编织机的后方纱架上;启动编织机,经轴与主机同步转动,经纱平行进入编织机,经纱每向前运行一格,两个纬轴上的纬纱按照交错编织方式在经纱中穿行一次,依次循环编织成人造草坪的底布,纱架上的人造草丝纱线顺着经纱平行的方式参与到底布的编织中,然后利用编织机的提花设备对人造草丝纱线进行提花织草处理;每根人造草丝纱线在底布中绕行2-10周后升出来成为一簇草丝,草丝簇的高度设置为10-70mm,任意相邻两个草丝簇之间设置6-12根经纱;竖向排列的草丝簇中任意相邻的2个草丝簇之间设置3-8根纬纱。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的人造草坪的制备方法,其特征在于:所述经纱的磅重为2000-20000Dtex。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的人造草坪的制备方法,其特征在于:所述纬纱的磅重为2000-20000Dtex。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的人造草坪的制备方法,其特征在于:所述每根人造草丝纱线的中部交错编织在3-8根经纱上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的人造草坪的制备方法,其特征在于:所述经纱为PE、PP、PA、棉和麻中的至少一种材料制成的经纱。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的人造草坪的制备方法,其特征在于:所述纬纱为PE、PP、PA、棉和麻中的至少一种材料制成的纬纱。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的人造草坪的制备方法,其特征在于:所述编织机为VAVDEWIELE公司生产的SRX82型号的编织机。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的人造草坪的制备方法,其特征在于:进行提花织草处理时,通过编织机的内部程序控制提花设备对不同颜色的人造草丝纱线选择性提取织成相应的图案,将相应颜色的人造草丝纱线织入图案中,不需要的部分织入底部中。
  9. 一种根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的制备方法制得的人造草坪。
