在智能家电能力逐渐加强的同时,对于输入能力要求也越来越强,以智能洗衣机为例,有些洗衣机的输入方式仅是按键输入,设置有一个或者几个LED窗口显示当前状态;有些洗衣机使用微型三基色或多基色屏来显示当前状态,并通过假触摸按键实现输入;在微型屏的崛起的今天,有些智慧洗衣机出现7寸的TFT触摸屏实现状态显示和输入,解决了大多数智能洗衣机对于输入的要求,如联网模块的配置、程序使用帮助等;还有些智能洗衣机突破了固有的洗涤程序,而是自由组合洗涤参数来完成洗涤。
但智能洗衣机的显示与输入方式的飞速发展也带来了一系列负面影响,如7寸的TFT屏本身的成本、驱动显示屏的外围电路成本、显示设备投入的开发人员成本等等一系列的成本增加,因此导致智能洗衣机不能够普及。
因此急需一种智能洗衣机不仅可完成智能洗衣机的多项功能,同时还大大节约成本,便于洗衣机的普及。
有鉴于此特提供本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种洗衣机,该洗衣机的控制面板上无需设置控制洗涤程序的按键、显示屏以及驱动显示屏和洗涤程序按键的外围电路,而是在洗衣机上设置一智能终端的连接部,使智能终端与洗衣机连接并控制洗衣机,巧妙将智能终端的控制中心作为洗衣机的控制中心,将智能终端的显示屏作为洗衣机的显示屏,大大节省了洗衣机的制造成本以及研发成本;通过智能终端还可实现洗衣机的升级更新,操作方便,有利于洗衣机的普及使用。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种用于上述洗衣机的控制方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
提供一种洗衣机,所述洗衣机设有一控制面板,还设有一智能终端的连接部,可与智能终端数据连接,通过智能终端控制洗衣机,所述的控制面板为不设有控制洗涤程序的按键、显示屏以及驱动显示屏和洗涤程序按键外围电路的面板结构。
进一步地,所述连接部为一媒体口,通过串口转媒体口的芯片与洗衣机中的串口相连;
所述串口转媒体口的芯片设置在洗衣机的主板电路中。
进一步地,所述媒体口包括USB口和/或miniUSB口。
进一步地,所述连接部为洗衣机上的串口,通过数据线与智能终端上的音频口相连。
进一步地,所述控制面板上设置有电源键和启动/暂停键;
在洗衣机和智能终端未连接时,所述启动/暂停键默认启动的洗涤程序为:
洗衣机中默认的洗涤程序;或者
通过智能终端预设的洗涤程序;或者
洗衣机执行次数最多的历史洗涤程序;或者
洗衣机最后一次执行的洗涤程序。
进一步地,洗衣机的台面上设置有可水平放置智能终端的第一凹槽,形状与智能终端的形状相配合;
优选的,其边长较长的两个侧壁上分别设置有弹性件,用于固定智能终端。
进一步地,洗衣机的台面上设置有可竖直放置智能终端的第二凹槽,形状与智能终端的形状相配合;
第二凹槽底部设置有两个V型支架,用于支撑并固定智能终端。
进一步地,所述连接部设置在两个V型支架的中间,与智能终端插接。
本发明还提供一种用于上述洗衣机的控制方法,所述控制方法包括:
S1:智能终端实时监听用户行为,监听到用户有操作时,查询洗衣机的功能配置表;
S2:智能终端解析功能配置表;
S3:智能终端将用户操作按照功能配置表要求转化为洗衣机可接收的操作指令,并发送给洗衣机;
S4:洗衣机接收操作指令,经解析后按照操作指令执行洗涤。
进一步地,在步骤S1之后还包括:智能终端判断查询功能配置表是否成功,如果是则进入步骤S2,如果否则提示用户当前连接设备异常;
在步骤S2之后还包括:智能终端判断解析功能配置表是否成功,如果是则进入步骤S3,如果否则提示用户当功能前配置表解析失败;
在步骤S3之后还包括:智能终端判断洗衣机接收操作指令是否成功,如果是则进入步骤S4,如果否则提示用户洗衣机接收指令失败。
进一步地,在步骤S4中,洗衣机对操作指令解析后还包括:
洗衣机判断解析是否成功;
如果是则按照操作指令执行洗涤;如果否则提示用户收到的指令异常。
本发明具体实施方式提供的技术方案的有益效果是:
第一、本发明洗衣机的控制面板上不设置控制洗涤程序的按键、显示屏以及驱动显示屏和洗涤程序按键的外围电路,不仅使得洗衣机外观简洁、大方,还大大节省了洗衣机的制造成本以及研发人员的开发成本等,有利于洗衣机的普及;
第二、在洗衣机上设置媒体口,通过媒体口连接智能终端,并由智能终端控制洗衣机,在智能终端飞速发展的今天,智能终端已经人手一部,利用智能终端的控制中心作为洗衣机的控制中心,利用智能终端的显示屏作为洗衣机的显示模块,在实现洗衣机功能的基础上,还进一步节约了洗衣机的成本,且智能终端方便拆卸,还可灵活更换,大大提升用户洗衣体验;
第三、洗衣机上设置的媒体口还可直接连接PC机或者调试设备,方便对洗衣机进行系统升级或者功能调试,解决了传统洗衣机无法及时更新功能的问题;
第四、洗衣机上还设有放置智能终端的凹槽,将智能终端固定到洗衣机上,使得智能终端与洗衣机一体化,方便用户在智能终端上的操作;
第五、更改传统洗衣机上启动/暂停键的功能,在洗衣机和智能终端未连接时,启动/暂停键默认启动的洗涤程序多样化,可由用户预先在智能终端中进行设置,提高洗衣机的人性化设置,并提升了用户体验;
第六、洗衣机与智能终端连接过程智能化,在多次连接失败时提示用户,并显示失败原因,方便用户查询失败原因。

具体实施方式
实施例一
本实施例提供一种洗衣机,如图1所示,该洗衣机设有一控制面板1,该控制面板1为不设有控制洗涤程序的按键、显示屏以及驱动显示屏和洗涤程序按键外围电路的面板结构;该洗衣机上还设有一智能终端的连接部,可与智能终端数据连接,通过智能终端控制洗衣机。
其中,智能终端上可安装控制洗衣机的应用程序,在洗衣机与智能终端连接成功后,用户可进入智能终端的应用程序中对洗衣机进行控制。
其中,传统洗衣机上的控制面板的主要作用是实现人机交互,通常包括各种功能输入按键、显示屏、驱动显示屏和功能按键的外围电路,用户可按相应的功能输入按键来控制洗衣机实现相应的功能,洗衣机通过显示窗口或显示屏反馈洗衣机的当前状态,安装有触摸屏(如TFT触摸屏)的控制面板不仅提供输入功能,还可显示洗衣机的当前反馈状态,满足了绝大多数智能洗衣机对于输入的要求,如联网模块的配置、程序使用帮助等,而设置有功能按键的控制面板可实现的功能较少,而能实现多功能的触摸屏制作成本又较高,而外围电路的开发和维护又会带来大量的制作成本和人力成本,因此为节约成本又不影响洗衣机智能功能的使用,控制面板1上不再设置控制洗涤程序的按键、显示屏以及驱动显示屏和洗涤程序按键的外围电路,而是通过洗衣机的连接部与智能终端相连,借用智能终端的显示屏及控制中心来控制洗衣机,不仅使得洗衣机外观简洁、大方,还大大节省了洗衣机的制造成本以及研发人员的开发成本等,有利于洗衣机的普及。
进一步,该连接部为一媒体口3,通过串口转媒体口的芯片与洗衣机中的串口相连,该串口转媒体口的芯片设置在洗衣机的主板电路中;优选的,该媒体口3为数据传输口,包括USB口和/或miniUSB口。
其中,对于传统洗衣机中的串口为预留接口,通常用来做开发过程中的调试、升级,并不作为外接接口利用,智能终端上的数据传输口通常是USB口或miniUSB口,由于串口与USB口/miniUSB口遵循的协议不同,不能直接相连,需要一个串口转媒体口的芯片来转化协议,而USB和miniUSB遵循的协议相同,可以直接相连或者通过数据线相连;因此可在洗衣机上设置一媒体口3(包括USB口和/或miniUSB口),通过数据线来连接智能终端,在媒体口3与洗衣机内部的串口之间增加串口转媒体口的芯片来转换协议,实现媒体口3与串口的数据通信。
其中,洗衣机的主板电路中增加了串口转媒体口的芯片后,还需定义与智能终端通讯的密码包,目的是要洗衣机与智能终端相互约定好要传输的内容,定义密码包时可先定义好要实现的功能,再按照功能内容约定传输的名称及参数;另外,智能终端需具有超级管理员权限的智能操作系统,可内置串口转媒体口芯片的驱动,作为主控设备,智能终端中还需安装可控制洗衣机的应用程序。
作为本发明的一个优选方式,连接部还可以是洗衣机上的串口,与洗衣机中的控制电路相连,将该串口设置成对外接口,通过数据线与智能终端上的音频口连接;智能终端中安装有可控制洗衣机的应用程序,用户可在应用程序中进行操作,智能终端将用户的操作转换成相应的控制命令经音频口传输到洗衣机上的串口,再传输到洗衣机上的控制电路中,控制电路根据智能终端发送的控制命令驱动相应的执行机构执行命令。
作为本发明的另一个优选方式,连接部还可以是洗衣机上的NFC芯片,通过NFC通信技术与智能终端进行数据交换;智能终端中安装可控制洗衣机的应用程序,用户可在应用程序中进行操作,智能终端将用户的操作转换成相应的控制命令并通过通信NFC技术发送给洗衣机,洗衣机接收控制命令,经解析后发送给相应的执行机构执行命令。
由于目前智能终端的普及已经达到人手一部甚至二到三部的状态,绝大多数的智能终端都是触摸屏,因此使用智能终端控制洗衣机不仅方便且可实现触控操作,还可在智能终端的显示界面显示洗衣机的反馈状态,智能终端方便拆卸,还可灵活更换,大大提升用户洗衣体验;洗衣机上设置的媒体口3还可直接连接PC机或者调试设备,方便对洗衣机进行系统升级或者功能调试,解决了传统洗衣机无法及时更新功能的困扰。
进一步,控制面板1上设置有电源键和启动/暂停键,电源键控制洗衣机的开/关机;启动/暂停键的功能包括以下两种情况:
(1)在洗衣机与智能终端连接后,可在智能终端上选择洗涤程序,智能终端将选择的洗涤程序发送至洗衣机,此时按下启动/暂停键可以启动当前选择的洗涤程序,洗涤程序运行过程中,按下启动/暂停键可以暂停或者继续运行当前洗涤程序;
(2)在洗衣机与智能终端未连接时,用户可直接操控洗衣机执行洗涤,具体方法是按下启动/暂停键来默认启动某一洗涤程序,洗涤程序运行过程中,按下启动/暂停键可以暂停或者继续运行当前洗涤程序;其中,对于启动/暂停键默认启动的洗涤程序可以是以下情况的任意一种:
a.洗衣机中默认的洗涤程序;
其中,该洗涤程序可由开发人员预设在洗衣机主板中。
b.通过智能终端预设的洗涤程序;
其中,可在洗衣机与智能终端连接后,在智能终端的应用程序中主动设置该洗涤程序,在设置完成后,智能终端将该洗涤程序发送至洗衣机保存。
c.洗衣机执行次数最多的历史洗涤程序;
其中,洗衣机对于每次运行的洗涤程序都有记忆功能,并可计算每一洗涤程序运行的总次数,比较计算出洗衣机执行次数最多的洗涤程序。
d.洗衣机最后一次执行的洗涤程序;
其中,洗衣机对于每次运行的洗涤程序都有记忆功能,并在洗涤程序运行结束后将本次运行的洗涤程序保存为洗衣机最后一次执行的洗涤程序。
相对于传统洗衣机启动/暂停键的单一功能,本发明的启动/暂停键可以根据用户或者市场需要及时调试,更有利于满足消费者的需求,同时也提高了洗衣机的人性化设置,并提升了用户体验。
进一步,如图2所示,在洗衣机的台面2上设置有可水平放置智能终端的第一凹槽4,形状与智能终端的形状相配合,优选的,其边长较长的两个侧壁上分别设置有弹性件6,用于固定智能终端;在智能终端与洗衣机连接后,智能终端可固定在凹槽中作为洗衣机的控制面板和显示屏使用,用户可在智能终端上进行触控操作,简单又方便。
其中,第一凹槽4靠近台面2边缘且边长较短的一侧还设有一开口,以方便智能终端与洗衣机通过数据线连接,优选的,洗衣机上的媒体口3(即连接部)还可设置在第一凹槽4中;其中,弹性件6可以是具有弹性的塑料片,两侧壁上的弹性件6相对设置,并相互向对方一侧凸起,优选的,弹性件6的凸起部分还设有一向外倾斜的坡度,便于将智能终端垂直按压入凹槽内,方便用户在智能终端上的操作。
优选的,弹性件6的设置可以如图3所示,弹性件6的两端均固定在第一凹槽4的侧壁上,且第一凹槽4的侧壁上设置有至少一个弹性件6
优选的,弹性件6的设置可以如图4所示,弹性件6的一端固定在第一凹槽4的侧壁上,另一端为自由端,且第一凹槽4的侧壁上设置有至少一个弹性件6;
优选的,弹性件6的设置还可以如图5所示,弹性件6的一端固定在第一凹槽4的侧壁上,另一端为自由端,位于同一侧壁上的两个弹性件6为一组配合使用,形成“人”字形,且第一凹槽4的侧壁上设置有至少一组“人”字形弹性件6,优选的相对两侧侧壁上的“人”字形弹性件6相对设置并配合使用。
作为本发明的另一种优选方式,如图6所示,洗衣机的台面2上设置有可竖直放置智能终端的第二凹槽5,形状与智能终端的形状相配合,第二凹槽5底部设置有两个V型支架7,用于支撑并固定智能终端,将智能终端方便用户操作。
优选的,连接部可设置在两个V型支架7的中间,与两个V型支架7形成一条直线,与智能终端插接;进一步优选的,连接部可以是miniUSB插头,通过串口转媒体口的芯片与洗衣机主板上的串口相连,智能终端与洗衣机连接时,可将智能终端的miniUSB口对准洗衣机上的miniUSB插头,将智能终端自上而下按下,两个V型支架7托住并固定智能终端,智能终端的miniUSB口直接与洗衣机上的miniUSB插头插接,而无需再使用数据线。
实施例二
本实施例提供一种用于上述洗衣机的控制方法,在智能终端上安装可控制洗衣机的应用程序,洗衣机与智能终端有线连接或者直接插接后,智能终端可控制洗衣机,如图7所示,该方法包括:
步骤101:智能终端实时监听用户行为,监听到用户有操作时,查询洗衣机的功能配置表。
步骤102:智能终端解析功能配置表。
步骤103:智能终端将用户操作按照功能配置表要求转化为洗衣机可接收的操作指令,并发送给洗衣机。
步骤104:洗衣机接收操作指令,经解析后按照操作指令执行洗涤。
实施例三
本实施例提供一种用于上述洗衣机的控制方法,在智能终端上安装可控制洗衣机的应用程序,洗衣机与智能终端有线连接或者直接插接后,智能终端可进入应用程序中控制洗衣机,如图8所示,该控制方法包括:
步骤201:判断是否监听到用户行为。
具体地,智能终端实时监听并判断是否监听到用户行为,如果是则进入步骤202;如果否重复步骤201。
其中,用户的行为可以是用户在智能终端上的操作,如用户按下手机的某一按键、在触摸屏上进行输入或者是进行语音输入等,用户有操作时,智能终端即判定监听到用户行为。
步骤202:查询当前洗衣机的功能配置表。
具体地,当智能终端监听到用户有操作时,查询当前洗衣机的功能配置表;
其中,洗衣机的功能配置表预设在洗衣机中,该功能配置表中记录了当前洗衣机的标识(如主板专用号)、当前洗衣机支持的功能列表以及相关参数等内容;由于智能终端可控制多台洗衣机,而不同型号的洗衣机有不同的功能和不同的传输协议,智能终端在控制洗衣机之前需要识别该洗衣机是哪种型号的洗衣机,可接收什么样的指令和控制方式等,因此需要查询当前洗衣机的功能配置表。
步骤203:判断查询功能配置表是否成功。
如果是则进入步骤204;如果否则继续查询功能配置表。
其中,如果洗衣机可以将功能配置表发送给智能终端,则智能终端判定查询功能配置表成功;如果智能终端与洗衣机的连接不稳定,或者洗衣机/智能终端出现异常时,都有可能查询功能配置表失败。
具体地,当智能终端第一次查询功能配置表失败时,智能终端自动尝试第二次查询功能配置表,查询成功则进入步骤204,如果还是查询失败,则提示用户当前连接设备异常,用户根据提示可以检查洗衣机或智能终端是否出现异常,或者是连接二者的数据线出现了异常。
步骤204:智能终端解析功能配置表。
其中,配置表在传输时实质是一串代码,智能终端通过串口获取到这段代码后,需要按照密码包的说明来识别功能配置表中的内容。
步骤205:智能终端判断是否解析成功。
如果是则进入步骤206;如果否则返回步骤202重新查询当前洗衣机的功能配置表,
具体地,当智能终端第一次解析功能配置表失败时,智能终端自动重新查询当前洗衣机的功能配置表并解析,解析成功则进入步骤206,如果还是解析失败,则提示用户当前功能配置表解析失败,用户根据提示可以检查洗衣机或智能终端是否出现异常,或者是连接二者的数据线出现了异常。
步骤206:智能终端将用户操作按照功能配置表要求转化为洗衣机可接收的操作指令。
具体地,智能终端在解析成功后,可按照配置表中预设好的对应关系,查找与用户操作对应的洗衣机可接收的操作指令。
步骤207:智能终端将操作指令发送给洗衣机。
步骤208:判断洗衣机是否接收成功。
如果是则执行步骤209;如果否则提示用户当前洗衣机接收指令失败。
具体地,洗衣机在接收到智能终端发送的操作指令后需要向智能终端发送一反馈信号,以说明洗衣机接收成功,若智能终端在预设时间内(如30S内)接收到洗衣机发送的反馈信号,则说明洗衣机接收指令成功,若智能终端在预设时间内没有接收到洗衣机发送的反馈信号,则智能终端判断当前洗衣机接收指令失败。
步骤209:洗衣机解析收到的操作指令。
其中,对于智能终端发送的操作指令,其实质是一串代码,洗衣机接收到这串代码后需要进行解析,才可控制对应的执行机构执行该操作指令。
步骤210:洗衣机判断是否解析成功。
如果是则进入步骤211,如果否则向智能终端发送重新查询指令的请求。
具体地,当洗衣机第一次解析指令失败时,向智能终端发送重新查询指令的请求,智能终端接收该请求后再次洗向洗衣机发送与用户操作相对应的操作指令,洗衣机接收后并解析,如果还是解析失败,则提示用户接收到的指令异常。
步骤211:洗衣机按照操作指令执行洗涤。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种洗衣机,所述洗衣机设有一控制面板,其特征在于,还设有一智能终端的连接部,可与智能终端数据连接,通过智能终端控制洗衣机,所述的控制面板为不设有控制洗涤程序的按键、显示屏以及驱动显示屏和洗涤程序按键外围电路的面板结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述连接部为一媒体口,通过串口转媒体口的芯片与洗衣机中的串口相连;
    所述串口转媒体口的芯片设置在洗衣机的主板电路中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述媒体口包括USB口和/或miniUSB口。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述连接部为洗衣机上的串口,通过数据线与智能终端上的音频口相连。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述控制面板上设置有电源键和启动/暂停键;
    在洗衣机和智能终端未连接时,所述启动/暂停键默认启动的洗涤程序为:
    洗衣机中默认的洗涤程序;或者
    通过智能终端预设的洗涤程序;或者
    洗衣机执行次数最多的历史洗涤程序;或者
    洗衣机最后一次执行的洗涤程序。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,洗衣机的台面上设置有可水平放置智能终端的第一凹槽,形状与智能终端的形状相配合;

    S1:智能终端实时监听用户行为,监听到用户有操作时,查询洗衣机的功能配置表;
    S2:智能终端解析功能配置表;
    S3:智能终端将用户操作按照功能配置表要求转化为洗衣机可接收的操作指令,并发送给洗衣机;
    S4:洗衣机接收操作指令,经解析后按照操作指令执行洗涤。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的控制方法,其特征在于,在步骤S1之后还包括:智能终端判断查询功能配置表是否成功,如果是则进入步骤S2,如果否则提示用户当前连接设备异常;
    在步骤S2之后还包括:智能终端判断解析功能配置表是否成功,如果是则进入步骤S3,如果否则提示用户当功能前配置表解析失败;
    在步骤S3之后还包括:智能终端判断洗衣机接收操作指令是否成功,如果是则进入步骤S4,如果否则提示用户洗衣机接收指令失败。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的控制方法,其特征在于,在步骤S4中,洗衣机对操作指令解析后还包括:
    洗衣机判断解析是否成功;
    如果是则按照操作指令执行洗涤;如果否则提示用户收到的指令异常。
