Abstract

一种用于显示模组的电路容纳装置及显示装置。电路容纳装置包括外接电路终端(1),外接电路终端(1)设置于显示模组(4)的外部,且在外接电路终端(1)内容纳有电路板,电路板与显示模组(4)电性连接。电路容纳装置可将多个外部电路容纳在同一终端内,从而使外接设备与显示装置连接更简单便捷。

Description

用于显示模组的电路容纳装置及显示装置 技术领域
本公开涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于显示模组的电路容纳装置及显示装置。
背景技术
目前,现有的显示装置如显示器或电视中,不同电路终端通过不同线路与显示装置连接,在组装过程中极为不便,而且因为布线较多,也易引起电路故障从而使信赖性降低。
发明内容
本公开的目的是提供了一种电路容纳装置,使得可将多个外部电路集成容纳在同一终端内以形成一整体,从而达到连接更简单便捷,组装更快速方便的目的。
根据本公开一方面,提供一种用于显示模组的电路容纳装置,其包括外接电路终端,所述外接电路终端设置于所述显示模组的外部,且在所述外接电路终端内容纳有电路板,所述电路板与所述显示模组电性连接。
根据本公开另一方面,还提供一种显示装置,包括所述的电路容纳装置。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例的附图,对本发明实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于所描述的本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在无需创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
除非另作定义,此处使用的技术术语或者科学术语应当为本发明所属领域内具有一般技能的人士所理解的通常意义。本发明专利申请说明书以及权利要求书中使用的“第一”、“第二”以及类似的词语并不表示任何顺序、数量或者重要性,而只是用来区分不同的组成部分。“包括”或者“包含”等类似的词语意指出现在“包括”或者“包含”前面的元件或者物件涵盖出现在“包括”或者“包含”后面列举的元件或者物件及其等同,并不排除其他元件或者物件。“连接”或者“相连”等类似的词语并非限定于物理的或者机械的连接,而是可以包括电性的连接,不管是直接的还是间接的。“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等仅用于表示相对位置关系,当被描述对象的绝对位置改变后,则该相对位置关系也可能相应地改变。
在本公开的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。
如图1至3所示,本公开实施例提供一种用于显示模组4的电路容纳装置,其包括外接电路终端1,外接电路终端1设置于显示模组4的外部,且在外接电路终端1内集成容纳有电路板,电路板与显示模组4电性连接。值得注意的是,电路板的数量并不局限,可根据不同电路功能来增减,即电路板的数量可以为一个或多个,其可集成于外接电路终端1上形成统一整体。而终端内的电路板通过信号线与显示设备预留的信号接口电学连接,从而使电路板导通工作。该结构可使外接电路终端1与显示模组4连接更简单便捷,同时也可使原有设置在显示模组4内部电路外设在模组外部而使显示模组4组装更方便。
至少一些实施例中,外接电路终端1包括壳体104,壳体的形状例如可以为长方体状,其长和宽可视显示模组4的尺寸设定。如图2所示,当显示面板2面向用户放置时,该壳体可分离地连接于显示模组4的底部。在壳体上还开设有用于容纳电路板的至少一个槽101,槽101内的电路板通过信号 线与显示模组4预留的信号线接口相连。当然,槽101的数量并不局限,可视要连接的电路板的数量而定。例如,可根据电路功能设置包括用于无线接收和发送信号的电路板、用于接收和发送3D信号的电路板、用于背光感光的电路板和用于电容式感应按键的电路板,此时外接电路终端1的外壳具有四个槽101,可使各个电路板分别容纳于该四个槽内。
可针对电路板的不同形状对槽101的形状和连接方式进行适配性设计。例如,电路板与槽101之间采用过盈配合连接,方便组装分离。在其他实施例中,还可增加限位部来固定电路板,即电路板与槽101之间通过限位部件固定连接,同样也具有方便组装的作用。槽101及限位部件例如均可通过浇注成模等方法制作。
为使电路板易于发射和接收信号,例如,槽101的槽口面向用户(即正面)或背向用户(即背面)。
至少一些实施例中,所述电路容纳装置还可包括半透半反膜,所述半透半反膜覆盖于所述槽的槽口。例如,在外接电路终端1正面(即壳体的正面)的表面粘接有半透半反膜,半透半反膜直接覆盖于槽101的槽口。这种半透半反膜具有从正面观察时无法观察到终端的镂空结构,但电路信号可透过该膜进行传播的功能。例如,该信号包括但不限于电磁波信号、声波信号、光信号。在一个示例中,该信号为红外光信号。
可替代地,槽101处的壳体的材料为可透光塑料,可使电路信号穿透,槽口被可透光的塑料覆盖,在该塑料上再覆盖一层半透半反膜(例如,半透半反膜覆盖于朝向用户的槽口上),从正面观察时同样无法观察到电路板。上述半透半反膜例如为亚克力、PET等材质,可通过涂覆工艺形成。
此外,该电路容纳装置可适配不同尺寸的显示模组4。至少一些实施例中,该显示模组4包括显示面板2及设置在显示面板2外周的前框3;对应的,壳体可分离地连接于前框底边301。可分离连接的具体形式可以有多种。例如,可以在壳体上设有接头,在前框3上设有插孔,接头与插孔之间卡合连接。接头可根据外接电路终端1的整体长度设置为不同的数量和位置。
例如,结合图1、图4及图5所示,接头包括连接部102和突出部103,突出部103设置于连接部102上,例如其两侧,且在突出部103上设有卡勾105,如图6所示;插孔包括平台302及形成在平台302内的狭槽303;狭槽 303为下凹状,可将连接部102嵌入在狭槽303内。同时,卡勾向后延伸,用于勾设于平台302的末端。这种连接方式有方便组装的优点,同时其结构简单,利于量产。
本公开的另一实施例还提供一种显示装置,包括以上任一实施例所述的用于显示模组的电路容纳装置。
以上实施例中,将多个外部电路集成容纳在同一终端内,从而实现了形成一整体的功能。该方案可使外部电路与显示模组的连接更简单便捷,而同时也可使原有设置在显示设备内部电路外设在模组外部而使显示设备组装更方便。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种用于显示模组的电路容纳装置,包括外接电路终端,所述外接电路终端设置于所述显示模组的外部,且在所述外接电路终端内容纳有电路板,所述电路板与所述显示模组电性连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电路容纳装置,其中,所述外接电路终端包括壳体,所述壳体可分离地连接于所述显示模组的底部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电路容纳装置,其中,所述壳体上开设有用于容纳所述电路板的槽,所述电路板通过信号线与所述显示模组的接口相连。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电路容纳装置,其中,所述电路板与槽之间采用过盈配合连接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的电路容纳装置,其中,所述电路板与槽之间通过限位部件固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求3-5中任一项所述的电路容纳装置,其中,所述槽的槽口设置在壳体的正面或壳体的背面。
  7. 根据权利要求3-6中任一项所述的电路容纳装置,其中,所述电路容纳装置还包括半透半反膜,所述半透半反膜覆盖于所述槽的槽口。
  8. 根据权利要求2-7中任一项所述的电路容纳装置,其中,所述显示模组包括显示面板以及设置在所述显示面板外周的前框;所述壳体可分离地连接于前框底边。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电路容纳装置,其中,所述壳体上设有接头,所述前框上设有插孔,所述接头与插孔之间卡合连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电路容纳装置,其中,所述接头包括连接部和突出部,所述突出部设置于连接部上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电路容纳装置,其中,所述插孔包括平台及设置在平台内的狭槽,所述连接部嵌入在所述狭槽内。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电路容纳装置,其中,所述突出部上设有卡勾,所述卡勾勾设于所述平台的末端。
  13. 一种显示装置,包括权利要求1至12中任一项所述的电路容纳装置。
