VPN:虚拟专用网络,其功能是:在公用网络上建立专用网络,进行加密通讯。
HTTPS:全称:Hyper Text Transfer Protocol over Secure Socket Layer,是以安全为目标的HTTP通道,简单讲是HTTP的安全版。
参见图1-2,本发明提供一种电子设备的远程修复方法,包括步骤:
S101第一设备触发自动修复指令;
S102将第二设备的SN和故障码加密获得第一密文;
S103将第一密文发送给第一服务器,第一服务器中存储各合法登记的电子设备的SN、各故障码,
S104第一服务器收到第一密文并解密获得第二设备的SN和故障码,
S105若解密获得的第二设备的SN为服务器中某一合法登记的电子设备的SN,并且解密获得的故障码为第一服务器中存储的各故障码之一,则第一信息对应的第二设备为合法设备,否则S106为非法设备;
若S107第二设备为合法设备,则S108根据故障码获得对应的修复信息, 第一设备使用修复信息修复第二设备;
所述第一服务器存储个故障码对应的修复信息。
第一设备触发自动修复指令可以是通过第一设备触发的,也可以是通过第二设备发送对应的指令到第一设备触发的。第一设备可以是电脑,第二设备可以是移动支付设备,例如POS机触发该指令后,其可以是第一设备获取第二设备的SN,并将其加密处理后获得第一密文,并将第一密文发送第一服务器;其也可以是第二设备加密第二设备的SN,并将第一密文发送第一服务器;
第二设备通过第一加密程序处理第二设备的SN和故障码后,获得第一密文。在一些实施例中第二设备将第一密文发送给第一服务器;在另一些实施例中,第二设备将第一密文发送给第一设备,第一设备将第一密文发送到第一服务器。其可以第一服务器可以通过VPN或https的方式收到第一密文。第一服务器通过第一解密程序处理第一密文,获得第二设备的SN和故障码。故障码为第二设备出现故障后生成的,例如可以通过第二设备的系统对应的程序获取该故障码。第一加密程序与第一解密程序是对应的。即经过第一加密程序处理得到的加密数据可以通过第一解密数据还原。第一加密程序和第一解密程序分别对应加密算法和解密算法。例如其可分别对应RSA加密算法和RSA解密算法,或AES加密算法和AES解密算法。根据上述说明,应该了解,其他的现有的基于上述方法改进的加密和解密算法也是可行的。可以理解的是第一可执行程或第第二可执行程需要使用的密钥或随机数可以是预存在第一设备或第二设备中,或第一设备或第二设备从服务器中获取。
第一服务器可以为生产后台系统,第一服务器存储有合法登记的电子设备的SN和故障码,在不同的情况下,合法登记的电子设备的指代可以是不同的,其指的在第一服务器中表示为合法登记的电子设备,若第一服务器中未存储该电子设备,或在第一服务器中标识为淘汰或遗失等,则为非法登记的电子设备。例如对于客户,第一服务器中登记该客户拥有或相关的电子设备, 则合法登记的电子设备指客户拥有或相关的电子支付设备;对于厂商,第一服务器中登记有该厂商生产的电子设备,则对于厂商,合法登记的电子设备为其生产的电子设备。
第一服务器收到第一密文并解密获得第一信息和故障码,若解密获得的第二设备的SN为服务器中某一合法登记的电子设备的SN,并且解密获得的故障码为第一服务器中存储的各故障码之一,则第一信息对应的第二设备为合法设备,否则为非法设备;对于非法设备,不发送故障码对应的修复信息;修复信息对于不同的故障码是不同,例如对于配置文件丢失故障对应的故障码,则修复信息可以是对应的配置文件,例如对于“找不到应用程序”故障对应的修复信息为对应的应用程序的执行文件或安装程序。在第一服务器上,通过故障码或故障码结合SN可以获得对应的修复信息。
使用者在第二设备(特别是支付类电子设备设备)出现软件故障时,即可在就近的场所,例如宿舍或办公室等可以使用计算机的场所,将计算机作为第一设备的。将第一设备连接即通过第一设备获取第二设备的SN和故障码,从而从第一服务器获第二设备的修复信息,并通过第一设备修复第二设备的软件问题,从而修复第二设备,而使用者不需将电子产品发往维修点或厂家维修。这无疑会降低了电子产品的维修使用成本。而通过对第二设备的SN的加密和解密,从而达到对第二设备是否为合法设备的判断,从而避免了将非法的第二设备因为写入了新的修复信息而转变为合法的设备。并且当支付类电子产品出现软件故障时,使得对于用户自主维修称为可能。
在另一些实施例故障码指示第二设备的蓝牙MAC丢失,则该故障码对应的修复信息为第二设备对应MAC。对于第二设备的蓝牙MAC丢失导致的故障,第一设备根据第二设备的SN从第一服务器上获取第二设备对应的MAC,并将该MAC发送给的第二设备。第二设备将MAC写入蓝牙模块中可以是第二设备将MAC写入存储设备,在第二设备初始化蓝牙模块是,读取该MAC地址,将其作为该蓝牙模块的MAC,并用于之后的蓝牙通信中。因此使用者 在第二设备(特别是支付类电子设备设备)出现MAC地址丢失时,即可在就近的场所,例如宿舍或办公室等可以使用计算机的场所,将计算机作为第一设备的。将第一设备连接即通过第一设备获取第二设备的SN,从而从第一服务器获第二设备的MAC,并通过第一设备设置第二设备的MAC,而修复上述问题,同时使用者将电子产品发往维修点或厂家维修。这无疑会降低了电子产品的维修使用成本。而通过对第二设备的SN的加密和解密,从而达到对第二设备是否为合法设备的判断,从而避免了将非法的第二设备因为写入了新的MAC而转变为合法的设备。并且当支付类电子产品出现MAC丢失时,使得对于用户自主维修称为可能。
为了进一步保障修复过程合法安全,在“第二设备出现故障之后,第一设备触发自动修复指令”之前,还包括步骤:
第二设备发送SN和故障码给第一服务器,第一服务器将第二设备对应的维修标识修改为故障中;
在“第一设备使用修复信息修复第二设备”之前,还包括步骤,判断第一服务器中第二设备对应的维修标识是否为故障中,若修标识为故障中则第一设备使用修复信息修复第二设备;若维修标识为其他则提示当前无法维修;
在“第一设备使用修复信息修复第二设备”之后,还包括步骤,将第一服务器将第二设备对应的维修标识修改为已维修。
维修标识为第一服务器中与第二设备对应的一个数据,该数据取不同的值时代表不同的含义,例如1代表第二设备出现故障需要维修,0表示第二设备正常使用,或已维修;即1表示第二设备为故障中。维修标识优选的在第二设备出现软件故障后通过第二设备发送软件维修请求到第一服务器,该软件维修请求包含第二设备的SN,优选的还包括故障码,则服务器在收到该软件维修请求后,修改服务器中与第二设备对应的维修标识为故障中;并在第二设备获得修复信息后或第一设备使用维修信息修复第二设备后,触发第一服务器将该维修标识修改为已维修。从而避免不法分子多次获得修复信息用 于修复不同到的设备。
在另一些方案中,所述步骤第一设备触发自动修复指令之后,步骤将第二设备的SN加密获得第一密文之前还包括:
第一设备拍好采集第二设备的图形码,解析图形码获得第二设备对应的SN。
图形码可以是一维码、二维码或编码后形成的其他编码,图形码携带第二设备对应的SN。图形码可以在第二设备上的标签或外壳上印制,若第二设备具有显示屏幕,也可在第二设备屏幕上显示蓝牙。
解析图形码获得第二设备对应的SN为根据图形码的编码规则,反向解码该图形码,获得该图形码对应字符信息。
通过第一设备拍照采集,可以使得对于一些无法通过电气连接或无线电波使得第一设备与第二设备之间信息交互,例如对于一些电子设备,蓝牙模块的MAC丢失后,也将无法通过wifi模块连接网络,因而通过拍照采集第二设备的SN,有助于解决获取第二设备SN的问题。
第一设备通过拍照或第二设备对应的SN之后,将其加密获得第一密文,第一设备将第一密文发送到服务器。
发明人还提供一种用于实现电子设备的远程修复方法的设备,如图2所示包括触发模块110、网络模块120,修改模块130;
所述触发模块110用于触发自动修复指令;
所述网络模块120用于将第一密文发送第一服务器;
所述修改模块130用于使用修复信息修复第二设备。
在一些实施例中,所述故障码为MAC丢失故障码;
所述修复信息为第二设备对应的MAC;
所述修改模块用于将MAC写入其蓝牙模块中。
在一些实施例中,还包括图像采集模块;
所述图采集模块用于拍照采集第二设备的图形码,解析图形码获得第二 设备对应的SN。
发明人还提供一种用于实现电子设备的远程修复方法的被修复设备,其特征在于,包括加密模块,设置模块;
所述加密模块用于将第二设备的SN和故障码加密获得第一密文。
发明人还提供一种用于实现电子设备远程修复方法的系统,其特征在于,包括第一设备,第二设备,第一服务器;
所述第一设备为上述用于实现电子设备的远程修复方法的设备;
所述第二设备为上述实现电子设备的远程修复方法的被修复设备;
所述第一服务器包括存储模块,所述存储模块各合法登记的电子设备的SN和MAC。
本文中的术语优先采用其在蓝牙技术领域的解释,蓝牙设备为具备蓝牙硬件模块的设备,而蓝牙设备的名称也称为蓝牙名称,或简称名称,为字母、数字等组成,为蓝牙搜索时显示在蓝牙设备列表中的字符串,而本文中两个蓝牙设备连接,指两个蓝牙设备通过各自的蓝牙硬件模块建立连接,也可称为蓝牙连接或简称连接。可以理解的是,本文中“A包括B”或“A包含B”,在一些实施例中可以是A等于B。可以理解,本文中从设备,主设备都是具有蓝牙硬件模块的设备,而主设备和从设备只是仅仅为了将两个实体区分开来,在一些场景中主设备也可以是作为从设备的,即在一个场景中设备A作为主设备,设备B作为从设备,而在另一场景中,可以是设备A作为从设备,设备B作为主设备。需要说明的是,在本文中,诸如第一和第二等之类的关系术语仅仅用来将一个实体或者操作与另一个实体或操作区分开来,而不一定要求或者暗示这些实体或操作之间存在任何这种实际的关系或者顺序。而且,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者终端设备不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者终端设备所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包 括……”或“包含……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括所述要素的过程、方法、物品或者终端设备中还存在另外的要素。此外,在本文中,“大于”、“小于”、“超过”等理解为不包括本数;“以上”、“以下”、“以内”等理解为包括本数。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,上述各实施例可提供为方法、装置、或计算机程序产品。这些实施例可采用完全硬件实施例、完全软件实施例、或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。上述各实施例涉及的方法中的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可以存储于计算机设备可读取的存储介质中,用于执行上述各实施例方法所述的全部或部分步骤。所述计算机设备,包括但不限于:个人计算机、服务器、通用计算机、专用计算机、网络设备、嵌入式设备、可编程设备、智能移动终端、智能家居设备、穿戴式智能设备、车载智能设备等;所述的存储介质,包括但不限于:RAM、ROM、磁碟、磁带、光盘、闪存、U盘、移动硬盘、存储卡、记忆棒、网络服务器存储、网络云存储等。
上述各实施例是参照根据实施例所述的方法、设备(系统)、和计算机程序产品的流程图和/或方框图来描述的。应理解可由计算机程序指令实现流程图和/或方框图中的每一流程和/或方框、以及流程图和/或方框图中的流程和/或方框的结合。可提供这些计算机程序指令到计算机设备的处理器以产生一个机器,使得通过计算机设备的处理器执行的指令产生用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的装置。
这些计算机程序指令也可存储在能引导计算机设备以特定方式工作的计算机设备可读存储器中,使得存储在该计算机设备可读存储器中的指令产生包括指令装置的制造品,该指令装置实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能。
这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机设备上,使得在计算机设备上执 行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机实现的处理,从而在计算机设备上执行的指令提供用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的步骤。
尽管已经对上述各实施例进行了描述,但本领域内的技术人员一旦得知了基本创造性概念,则可对这些实施例做出另外的变更和修改,所以以上所述仅为本发明的实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利保护范围,凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子设备的远程修复方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
    第一设备触发自动修复指令;
    将第二设备的SN和故障码加密获得第一密文;
    将第一密文发送给第一服务器,第一服务器中存储各合法登记的电子设备的SN、各故障码,
    第一服务器收到第一密文并解密获得第二设备的SN和故障码,
    若解密获得的第二设备的SN为服务器中某一合法登记的电子设备的SN,并且解密获得的故障码为第一服务器中存储的各故障码之一,则第一信息对应的第二设备为合法设备,否则为非法设备;
    若第二设备为合法设备,则根据故障码获得对应的修复信息,第一设备使用修复信息修复第二设备;
    所述第一服务器存储个故障码对应的修复信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子设备的远程修复方法,其特征在于,
    所述故障码为MAC丢失故障码;
    所述修复信息为第二设备对应的MAC;
    所述步骤“若第二设备为合法设备,则根据故障码获得对应的修复信息,第一设备使用修复信息修复第二设备”为:若第二设备为合法设备,则根据第二设备的SN获得第二设备对应的MAC,第一设备将第二设备对应的MAC发送给第二设备,第二设备将MAC写入其蓝牙模块中;
    第一服务器中存储各合法登记的电子设备的SN和MAC。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子设备的远程修复方法,其特征在于,
    在“第二设备出现故障之后,第一设备触发自动修复指令”之前,还包括步骤:
    第二设备发送SN和故障码给第一服务器,第一服务器将第二设备对应的维修标识修改为故障中;
    在“第一设备使用修复信息修复第二设备”之前,还包括步骤,判断第 一服务器中第二设备对应的维修标识是否为故障中,若修标识为故障中则第一设备使用修复信息修复第二设备;若维修标识为其他则提示当前无法维修;
    在“第一设备使用修复信息修复第二设备”之后,还包括步骤,将第一服务器将第二设备对应的维修标识修改为已维修。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子设备的远程修复方法,其特征在于,所述步骤“第一设备触发自动修复指令;”之后,在步骤“将第二设备的SN和故障码加密获得第一密文”之前还包括步骤:
    第一设备拍照采集第二设备的图形码,解析图形码获得第二设备对应的SN,所述故障码设置为设定的故障码。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子设备远程维修的方法,其特征在于,所述第二设备为POS机。
  6. 一种用于实现电子设备的远程修复方法的设备,其特征在于,包括触发模块、网络模块,修改模块;
    所述触发模块用于触发自动修复指令;
    所述网络模块用于将第一密文发送第一服务器;
    所述修改模块用于使用修复信息修复第二设备。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种用于实现电子设备的远程修复方法的设备,其特征在于,所述故障码为MAC丢失故障码;
    所述修复信息为第二设备对应的MAC;
    所述修改模块用于将MAC写入其蓝牙模块中。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种用于实现电子设备的远程修复方法的设备,其特征在于,还包括图像采集模块;
    所述图采集模块用于拍照采集第二设备的图形码,解析图形码获得第二设备对应的SN。
  9. 一种用于实现电子设备的远程修复方法的被修复设备,其特征在于,包括加密模块,设置模块;
    所述加密模块用于将第二设备的SN和故障码加密获得第一密文。
  10. 一种用于实现电子设备远程修复方法的系统,其特征在于,包括第一设备,第二设备,第一服务器;
    所述第一设备为任一权利要求6-8所述的用于实现电子设备的远程修复方法的设备;
    所述第二设备为权利要求9所述的实现电子设备的远程修复方法的被修复设备;
    所述第一服务器包括存储模块,所述存储模块各合法登记的电子设备的SN和MAC。
