Definitions
- the present invention relates to a packaging blank and a packaging box.
- Cigarette packages formed by folding a packaging blank into a box shape along a folding line are widely known as packaging boxes for wrapping tobacco articles such as cigarettes.
- a packaging machine for producing a cigarette package produces a cigarette package by sequentially folding a blank around an inner bundle of cigarettes or filter cigarettes.
- a cigarette package is often manufactured using a high-speed packaging machine from the viewpoint of increasing its productivity.
- the spacing between the guide plates installed in the packaging machine for transferring or folding the packaging blank is more delicate from the viewpoint of ensuring the appearance quality in the molded packaging box.
- the outer surface of the packaging blank is damaged, or the ink printed on the blank surface is peeled off, which causes the appearance quality of the packaging box to deteriorate.
- the ink peeled off from the packaging blank may adhere to the guide plate at a location where the contact pressure is excessive, and such ink may cause ink stains on the packaging blank by reattaching to the subsequent packaging blank. Become.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and the purpose thereof is a packaging blank that is transferred on a transfer path of a packaging machine when a packaging box is manufactured by folding and forming the packaging blank. Is to provide a technique for easily finding a place where the packaging machine part is in excessively strong contact.
- the present invention forms a stress light emitting part formed by applying stress light emitting ink on a panel included in a packaging blank, so that the packaging box manufacturing process can be performed on the transport path of the packaging machine. It was made possible to easily find where the transported packaging blanks contact the packaging machine parts too strongly.
- the present invention is a packaging blank that forms a packaging box by being folded along a folding line, and a plurality of panels connected via the folding line, and at least one of the panels. And a stress light emitting portion formed by applying stress light emitting ink to the outer surface of the panel.
- the stress-stimulated luminescent ink here is an ink containing a stress-stimulated luminescent material, which is a material that emits light upon receiving a mechanical stimulus of an externally applied force (compression, displacement, friction, impact, etc.).
- strontium aluminate is used.
- a main component that contains europium (Eu) as an activator can be preferably used.
- europium-containing strontium aluminate is a compound having a crystal structure in which many lattice defects exist, and is released when electrons captured by the lattice defects are subjected to a mechanical stimulus from the outside. It is thought that light is generated when supplemented by europium again.
- the packaging blank according to the present invention if there is an excessive contact pressure portion where the packaging blank is in excessively strong contact with the packaging machine part on the transport path of the packaging machine, Since the light emission phenomenon occurs, the position of the excessive contact pressure can be easily identified by visual observation. In particular, since a large number of packaging blanks are continuously transferred in the transfer path of the packaging machine, the light emission phenomenon occurs continuously at the location where the contact pressure is excessive, and the location where the contact pressure is excessive is visually determined. Easy. As a result, it is possible to quickly and easily find the place where machine adjustment of the packaging machine is to be performed, simply by monitoring (visually) during the manufacturing process of the packaging box, without major modification or alteration of the packaging machine. It becomes possible. That is, the cause of the deterioration of the appearance quality of the packaging box can be easily and quickly investigated, and the countermeasure can be performed earlier than in the past.
- the stress light emitting portion may be formed in a predetermined panel inner region that is not in contact with the folding line.
- the stress light emitting portion may be formed in a perforation region where a perforation to be torn when the packaging box after molding is opened is installed.
- the perforation may be formed at the boundary between the opening band that is cut off from the panel when the packaging box after molding is opened and the panel.
- the present invention can also be specified as a packaging box formed by folding any of the packaging blanks described above along the folding line.
- the packaging box may be covered with an outer packaging film, and a stress light emitting portion formed by applying stress light emitting ink may be formed on at least a part of the outer packaging film.
- an opening tape for opening the outer packaging film may be extended to the outer packaging film, and the stress light emitting portion may be formed on the opening tape.
- the present invention when manufacturing a packaging box by folding and forming a packaging blank, it is easy to find a location where the blank transported on the transport path of the packaging machine makes excessive contact with the parts of the packaging machine.

- the stress light emitting part 4 can be caused to emit light by performing a mechanical stimulus applying operation for applying a mechanical stimulus such as compression, displacement, friction, and impact to the stress light emitting part 4 of the envelope film 7 from outside. Thereby, visual interest and enjoyment can be provided to the owner of the package 1C, and satisfaction of ownership of the package 1C can be increased.
- the stress light emitting portion 4 is formed on the opening tape 71, when the package film 1C is opened, when the outer package film 7 is torn by the opening tape 71, the mechanical stimulus Thus, the stress light emitting portion 4 can emit light. That is, there is an advantage that an attractive element can be added to the operation of opening the package 1C.
- the stress light emitting part 4 may be disposed on the inner surface side of the envelope film 7, and the stress light emitting part 4 emits light suitably by applying a mechanical stimulus to the stress light emitting part 4 through the film. Can be made.
- the stress light emitting section 4 may be provided on the outer surface of the package 1C (package main body 2C, lid 3C).
