Description
本实用新型涉及试剂盒或试剂箱,特别涉及一种人粪便中寄生虫卵检测试剂盒。
随着人民生活水平的不断提高,要求吃鲜活食品的人群在增加,一些由不健康饮食习惯导致的食源性寄生虫病,如旋毛虫、囊虫、肝吸虫、并殖吸虫和刺球蚴病等呈明显上升趋势,且流行程度在加重,流行区也发生着变化。以往寄生虫病多发生在农村地区,而目前城市患者占的比重却逐年递增,如脑囊虫病、血吸虫病、肝吸虫病以及因宠物感染人体导致的弓形虫病等在城市居民中并非罕见。
寄生虫在人体肠道内寄生而引起的疾病统称为肠道寄生虫病。常见的有原虫类和蠕虫类(包括蛔虫、钩虫、蛲虫、绦虫、鞭虫、阿米巴、贾第虫、滴虫等)。肠道寄生虫的种类多,在人体内寄生过程复杂,引起的病变并不限于肠道。依据感染寄生虫的种类和部位以及人体宿主的免疫状况,临床症状和体征各异。
粪便中寄生虫卵及原虫的检查是我们常用以诊断肠道寄生虫病的方法和重要依据,它既能观察寄生虫的感染情况,考核抗寄生虫药物的疗效,也是进行这些寄生虫病流行病学调查的一种重要手段。
现有技术中的寄生虫卵检测还存在一些不足,本领域还需要研究新的寄生虫卵检测试剂盒。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种寄生虫卵检测试剂盒,本实用新型的试剂盒,使用方便,适用于人粪便中血吸虫卵、鞭虫卵、绦虫卵、蛔虫卵、姜片虫卵和肝吸虫卵等寄生虫卵的定量定性检测。
本实用新型提供的试剂盒是密封的,包括盒体和可开启的盒盖,所述盒体内部装有定量板、刮片、尼龙绢、玻璃纸、和置于容器中的用于寄生虫卵染色的染液,其中所述定量板的中心部位包含一中央孔。
在另一优选例中,所述试剂盒还包括说明书。
在另一优选例中,所述试剂盒的盒体内部还装有载玻片。
在另一优选例中,所述的中央孔为圆形、椭圆形、或卵圆形。

本实用新型公开了一种寄生虫卵检测试剂盒,所述试剂盒是密封的,包括盒体和可开启的盒盖,所述盒体内部装有定量板、刮片、尼龙绢、玻璃纸、和置于容器中的用于寄生虫卵染色的染液,其中所述定量板的中心部位包含一中央孔。本实用新型的试剂盒,使用方便,适用于人粪便中血吸虫卵、鞭虫卵、蛔虫卵、姜片虫卵、绦虫卵和肝吸虫卵等蠕虫卵的定量定性检测。本实用新型的试剂盒用于显微镜检测粪便中寄生虫虫卵,可提高寄生虫检测效果并能定量分析感染度。
术语
如本文所用,“试剂盒”也可称为试剂箱,具有相同的含义,均用于盛载适用
于寄生虫卵检测的配套器具,包括定量板、刮片、尼龙绢、玻璃纸、和置于容器中的用于寄生虫卵染色的染液,其中所述定量板的中心部位包含一中央孔。
如本文所用,“定量板”也可称为定量模板,用于对待检粪样定量、定形。一种典型的定量板为规格30mm×40mm×1mm的聚苯乙烯模板,中央孔为圆台形,其短径3mm,长径4mm,高1mm,容积为38.75mm3。
如本文所用,所述“刮片”用于刮取待检粪样,一种典型的定量板为软性塑料刮片,并为两头刮片型。
如本文所用,所述“尼龙绢”用于过滤待检粪样,用刮片在尼龙绢上轻刮,粪便细渣即可由尼龙绢的微孔中透至置于尼龙绢下的定量板中。一种典型的尼龙绢的规格为80~100目,使用前裁剪成8cm×8cm。
如本文所用,所述“玻璃纸”为亲水玻璃纸,用于覆盖粪膜并对待检粪样染色。一种典型的亲水玻璃纸的规格为30mm×25mm,厚40um,使用前需在染液中浸泡24小时以上,使玻璃纸显示绿色或蓝色;
如本文所用,所述“染液”为透明染液,用于对玻璃纸染色,进而对待检粪样染色,一种典型的透明染液的配制方法如下:取100ml蒸馏水、100ml纯甘油、3%的孔雀绿(或亚甲蓝)1ml,按此比例混合。
如本文所用的试剂盒,所述的定量板、刮片、尼龙绢、玻璃纸分别置于密封袋中,各密封袋置于试剂盒盒体内。
本实用新型的主要优点包括:
(a)本实用新型的试剂盒操作方法简便,操作过程中不会有虫卵散失。
(b)本实用新型的试剂盒可以用于寄生虫卵的定量定性检测。
(c)本实用新型的试剂盒全封闭,可以避免污染。

实施例1
试剂盒
如图1所示,本实用新型的试剂盒,是密封的,包括盒体1和可开启的盒盖

在另一优选例中,所述中央孔2的容积为30-50mm3,较佳地为35-40mm3,更佳地为38-39mm3,最佳地为38.75mm3。
实施例3
试剂盒
如图3所示,本实用新型的试剂盒,是密封的,包括盒体1和可开启的盒盖2。所述盒体内部装有定量板3、刮片4、尼龙绢5、玻璃纸6、和置于容器中的用于寄生虫卵染色的染液7,其中所述定量板的中心部位包含一中央孔;并且所述盒体内部还装有说明书8和载玻片9。
实施例4
试剂盒的使用
1编号:每份粪样取3张载玻片进行编号(与待检粪样的编号相同);
2打开待检粪样的包装,将尼龙绢片置于待检粪样上,用塑料刮片轻压尼龙绢片并在其上轻刮,使细粪渣透过尼龙绢片的微孔滤出至绢片表面;
3将定量板放在载玻片中部,然后用刮片将绢片表面的细粪渣填入定量板
的中央孔内,使填满全孔并抹平;
4小心移去定量板,使粪样留在载玻片上;
5取一张浸泡好的玻璃纸,抖掉多余的浸泡液,盖在粪样上,用一块较厚的载玻片覆于玻璃纸上垂直均匀轻轻地用力压制,使粪便均匀地展开至玻璃纸边缘;
6待粪便于室温25℃、75%湿度下,透明24h后镜检,钩虫卵的镜检涂片放置不宜超过2小时。
