Abstract

一种电动吻合器,包括:手柄(110),包括手柄本体(112)、驱动电机(113)和控制驱动电机(113)工作的控制单元(114);工作头(120),包括钉砧头(121)、钉仓(122)、闭合机构、击发机构、安装闭合机构和击发机构的壳体(125),还包括向控制单元(114)发送所述闭合机构的闭合行程信息的闭合限位开关(128)、用以向所述控制单元(114)发送闭合时作用于被压榨组织的压力值的压力传感器(129);其中,当所述闭合限位开关(128)被触发、且所述压力传感器(129)发送的压力值符合预定标准时,所述控制单元(114)发出控制所述驱动电机(113)带动所述击发机构运动的指令。利用闭合限位开关(128)检测闭合行程,同时利用压力传感器(129)检测压力,不会出现过度压榨或压榨不够的情况,由此能确保无论组织厚薄均能压榨到位,进而保证稳定的成钉效果。

Description

电动吻合器 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,特别是涉及一种电动吻合器。
背景技术
医用吻合器是对消化道生理组织施行外科手术时经常使用的一种医疗器械,在普外科手术治疗中,吻合器常被用于完成组织的切割、缝合。吻合器在对生理组织实施“闭合、吻合、切割”的操作过程为手动操作或电动操作。
手动操作是以纯机械方式实现钉砧头和钉仓之间的闭合动作和对吻合组织的击发动作,击发过程需要巨大的击发力才能完成吻合口的切割闭合,对使用者的要求极高,一旦技巧和力度掌握的不佳很容易造成器械击发不动或只能击发一半,而击发力不足会影响组织闭合效果,导致切割闭合不完全,最终导致手术失败,风险极高。而电动吻合器只要电量足够,则不存在发力不够的风险。
但是手动吻合器,医生手术时完全依据经验判断合理的组织压榨程度(绿区范围内从1.5-2.5mm)不能针对不同病人的组织特征提供相应精确的组织压榨厚度。依据经验判定组织压榨厚度的误差造成不同病人术后效果离散型较大,不仅影响手术的效率,还会出现成钉不一致、二次成钉等现象,从而出现组织泄露,组织坏死等术后症状。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种能有效确保最佳的组织压榨和稳定的成钉效果的电动吻合器。
一种电动吻合器,包括:手柄,包括手柄本体、驱动电机和控制驱动电机工作的控制单元;工作头,包括钉砧头、钉仓、闭合机构、击发机构、安装闭合机构和击发机构的壳体,还包括向控制单元发送所述闭合机构的闭合行程信息的闭合限位开关、用以向所述控制单元发送闭合时作用于被压榨组织的压力值的压力传感器;其中,当所述闭合限位开关被触发、且所述压力传感器发送的压力值符合预定标准时,所述控制单元发出控制所述驱动电机

Claims (1)

  1. 带动所述击发机构运动的指令。
    上述电动吻合器,利用闭合限位开关检测闭合行程是否达到预设范围,同时利用压力传感器检测来自被压榨组织的压力,二者均与预设范围相符时,控制主板才发出击发指令,不会出现过度压榨或压榨不够的情况,由此能确保无论组织厚薄均能压榨到位,进而保证稳定的成钉效果。
    在其中一个实施例中,所述闭合机构包括第一直线运动部件,用以带动所述钉砧头移动或带动钉仓移动;所述击发机构包括第二直线运动部件,用以推动钉仓中的推钉组件移动。
    在其中一个实施例中,所述闭合机构包括由驱动电机的输出轴驱动旋转的闭合主轴,所述第一直线运动部件由闭合主轴驱动并带动钉砧头运动,所述击发机构包括由驱动电机的输出轴驱动旋转的击发主轴,所述第二直线运动部件由击发主轴驱动并作用于钉仓中的推钉片,所述压力传感器设置在所述钉砧头上、钉仓上或第一直线运动部件的移动路径上。
    在其中一个实施例中,所述电动吻合器还包括击发保险开关,所述击发保险开关具有第一位置和第二工作位置,其中在所述第一位置,所述击发保险开关使所述输出轴的扭矩传递给闭合主轴,在所述第二工作位置,所述击发保险开关使所述输出轴的扭矩由传递给闭合主轴切换为传递给击发主轴。
    在其中一个实施例中,所述手柄本体的外部设置有与分别与控制单元相连的闭合开关和打开开关,其中当所述控制单元检测到闭合开关被触发、且检测到所述击发保险开关处于第一位置时,所述控制单元发出控制所述驱动电机带动所述闭合主轴运动的指令;当所述控制单元检测到闭合开关被触发、且检测到所述击发保险开关处于第二位置和闭合限位开关处于被触发状态时,所述控制单元发出控制所述驱动电机带动所述击发主轴运动的指令。
    在其中一个实施例中,所述电动吻合器还包括检测所述第二直线运动部件位置信息并发送给所述控制单元的击发限位开关,当所述第二直线运动部件到达预定的位置范围内并触发击发限位开关时,所述控制单元使所述驱动电机停转。
