又例如申请号为02208800.8的中国专利,就介绍了一种刮壁式链条粉碎机,其中,磨料环链和刮刀均是通过支架安装固定在驱动轴上,刮刀对称安装,刃口邻近筒体内壁面,并与壁面设有一定的夹角。该技术虽然也对粉碎机的内壁可起到一定的清理作用,但其总体结构比较复杂,体积较大、质量较重,适用范围窄,而且采用的同一个动力源,需要配备较大功率的电机,刮壁和粉碎必须同时进行、相互影响,运行效果不理想。
以上设备由于粉碎过程中接触的物料容重(物料与空气的混合体)小、击打物料的力矩小、单次粉碎粉碎比不佳等一方面或几方面的原因,造成粉碎过程中动力消耗高、粉碎效果差或较差、粉碎效率低的问题。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中存在的动力消耗高、粉碎效果差或较差、粉碎效率低的问题,本发明提供了一种卧式滚筒粉碎机及其粉碎装置。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种卧式滚筒粉碎机,包括滚筒装置、破碎装置、刮刀装置和底座四部分,所述滚筒装置安装在底座上,所述破碎装置和刮刀装置安装于滚筒装置上;所述滚筒装置包括筒体、前挡板、后挡板、进料箱、出料箱、进料管、出气管、出料管、前托轮、后托轮、前滚圈、后滚圈、前挡轮、后挡轮、小齿轮、大齿轮、筒体电机和筒体减速机;其创新点在于:所述筒体由前托轮和后托轮支撑在前滚圈和后滚圈上,该前滚圈、后滚圈和大齿轮与筒体连接,且前挡轮、后挡轮保证筒体不沿筒体中心线方向窜动;所述进料箱和出料箱分别与筒体密封连接;所述小齿轮、筒体减速机和筒体电机依次固定连接,该小齿轮与大齿轮通过齿轮啮合配合。
在此基础上,筒体上的进料端和出料端上还分别设置有进料挡板和出料挡板。
在此基础上,所述筒体的直径在φ800mm~φ2000mm之间;筒体的安装角度在0°~7°之间;筒体的长度为筒体直径的0.8倍~4倍。
在此基础上,所述筒体的安装角度在1.5°~4°之间。
在此基础上,所述筒体的安装角度为2°~3°。
在此基础上,所述筒体长度为筒体直径的1.0倍~2.0倍。
在此基础上,所述筒体长度为筒体直径的1.2倍~1.6倍。
在此基础上,所述破碎装置包括破碎电机、主动轮、从动轮、前后轴承座、破碎轴、连接组件和破碎组件,所述破碎轴两端设置有轴承支撑,轴承安装在轴承座内,从动轮固定设置于该破碎轴一端;所述主动轮与破碎电机固定连接;所述连接组件和破碎组件安装在破碎轴上。
在此基础上,所述破碎组件设置有2组~8组,每组破碎组件包括有2件~6件破碎件;所述破碎件在破碎轴上均匀分布。
在此基础上,所述刮刀装置包括刮刀臂、固定板和刮刀,所述刮刀臂(191)及刮刀设置于筒体(1)的内部,在筒体(1)的中心线偏上且偏向一侧的位置,与破碎轴(18)各在筒体(1)的中心线的不同侧,,以使运转中的破碎组件(182)不碰到刮刀(193)及刮刀臂(191),刮刀(193)设置于刮刀臂(191)上;刮刀臂(191)可以为直线壁也可以为折弯臂;所述固定板(192)安装在进料箱(12)、出料箱(14)的两端,用以固定刮刀及刮刀臂的位置,且可在局部范围内调节刮刀与筒体(1)的内部间隙。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种设置有卧式滚筒粉碎机的粉碎装置,其创新点在于:包括卧式滚筒粉碎机(303)、筛分机(304)、粉料输送机械(305)、待粉碎料进料口(301)、循环料进料口(302)和回料输送机械(306),所述回料输送机械306的出口连接循环料进料口302,该循环料进料口302近末端分支连接有待粉碎料进料口301,循环料进料口(302)与待粉碎料进料口(301)整体呈“Y”型设置,且连接于卧式滚筒粉碎机(303)上,所述筛分机(304)设置于卧式滚筒粉碎机(303)下方,该筛分机(304)筛面上的筛余物料去回料输送机械(306),被送回粉碎装置再次粉碎,筛下的物料作为成品被粉料输送机械(305) 输出粉碎装置系统。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明设置有卧式滚筒粉碎机的粉碎装置,经试验后,粉碎效率是一般粉碎装置粉碎效率的3倍以上,且粉碎过程中不产尘;该粉碎装置适用于易吸湿、含水高、易蘸黏物料的粉碎,也适于低、中、高抗压强度物料的粉碎,对物料的粉碎普适性强,且特别适于较难解决的复合肥大颗粒返料的粉碎,适用领域范围广,粉碎效果出色,具有值得大力推广的价值。
(2)本发明的卧式滚筒粉碎机,筒体带有进料挡板,出料挡板,使被粉碎物料在其内的停留时间较长,达到0.5分钟以上;在此过程中,物料被破碎组件经过百次以上的粉碎;由于破碎组件在滚筒内每次接触到的物料料层较厚,使得每次被粉碎物料的料量大,破碎组件在破碎物料过程中所做的有用功较多,粉碎效率提高3倍以上。
(3)本发明卧式滚筒粉碎机,当粉碎后的物料进入配套的粉碎装置的筛分机筛分后,筛底的粉料由粉料输送机械送出、筛内未粉好的物料经筛分出口由回料输送机械输送至卧式滚筒粉碎机的入口处,连同新加入的需粉碎的物料一起,再次被粉碎,具有循环粉碎的功能,更加节能环保,且能降低生产原料成本。
(4)经单次本发明的卧式滚筒粉碎机粉碎后,入料量的80%以上成为粉料;如果提高了粉碎件的转速,则提高了粉碎击打点的线速度,可使单次粉碎后的粉料达到90%以上;单次粉碎未粉好的物料,经粉碎装置处理后,返回系统再次粉碎;由于与粉碎组件的直径相比,滚筒的直径较大,使得在滚筒内物料粉碎的过程中有较大的粉尘沉降空间,有充足的入料处负压和出料处正压的平压时间,使得粉碎后不易产生灰尘。
(5)本发明的卧式滚筒粉碎机具有粉碎效率高,粉碎效果好,粉碎过程无尘的特点;装有卧式滚筒粉碎机的粉碎装置具有动力消耗低,对物料的粉碎普适性强的特点。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1、2所示的一种具体实施方式,本发明披露了一种卧式滚筒粉碎机303,由滚筒装置、破碎装置、刮刀装置和底座四部分组成,滚筒装置安装在底座上,破碎装置和刮刀装置安装于滚筒装置内;如图1所示:滚筒装置由筒体1、前挡板101、后挡板102、进料箱12、出料箱14、进料管13、出气管15、出料管24、前托轮6、后托轮9、前滚圈7、后滚圈10、前挡轮8、后挡轮11、小齿轮4、大齿轮5、筒体电机2和筒体减速机3组成;筒体1由前托轮6和后托轮9支撑在前滚圈7和后滚圈10上,前滚圈7、后滚圈10和大齿轮5与筒体1连接;前挡轮8、后挡轮11保证筒体1不沿筒体中心线方向窜动;进料箱12和出料箱14分别与筒体1密封连接;小齿轮4、筒体减速机3和筒体电机2依次固定连接,该小齿轮4与大齿轮5齿轮配合;筒体1由滚筒电机2、滚筒减速机3带动小齿轮4、大齿轮5旋转,从而带动筒体1旋转。
作为优选的,滚筒装置的筒体1的直径在φ800mm~φ2000mm之间,转速在20转/分~6转/分之间,筒体1的安装角度在0°~7°之间,筒体1的长度为筒体1直径的0.8倍~4倍。作为进一步的优选地,筒体1的安装角度角度为2°~3°,筒体1的长度选择为筒体1直径的1.0倍~2.0倍。作为最优选的方案,筒体1的安装角度在1.5°~4°之间,筒体1长度范围为筒体1直径的1.2倍~1.6倍。
如图1所示:破碎装置由破碎电机20、主动轮21、从动轮23、前后轴承座17、破碎轴18、连接组件181和破碎组件182组成,破碎轴18安装在前后轴承座17上,从动轮23固定设置于该破碎轴18一端;主动轮21与破碎电机20固定连接;连接组件181和破碎组件182安装在破碎轴18上。破碎电机20带动主动轮21从而带动从动轮23转动,从动轮23带动破碎轴18及其之上的连接组件181、破碎组件182转动,使从筒体1进料管13进入筒体1内的物料被粉碎;筒体1转动时,物料在筒体中的最厚料层处位于与筒体竖直直径呈25°~45°夹角,最佳夹角为35°。
本实施例中,破碎组件182旋转的转速在400转/分~1600转/分之间。
作为本实施例的优选方案,破碎组件182设置为2组~8组,每组为2件~6件破碎件,破碎件在破碎轴18上均布。在本实施中,破碎件可以为锤片、扭曲锤片、锤头及锤柄件、链条、链条与锤片的组合件中的一种或任意几种组成。
如图2所示:刮刀装置由刮刀臂191、固定板192和刮刀193组成;刮刀臂191及刮刀设置于筒体1的内部,在筒体1的中心线偏上且偏向一侧的位置,与破碎轴18各在筒体1的中心线的不同侧,以使运转中的破碎组件182不碰到刮刀193及刮刀臂191,刮刀193设置于该刮刀臂191上;固定板192设置于筒体1内,连接进料箱12和筒体1,在筒体1旋转时,刮刀193把筒体内壁上的物料刮下。
经单次本实施方式中的卧式滚筒粉碎机粉碎后,入料量的80%以上成为粉料;如有效提高了粉碎件的转速,从而提高了粉碎击打点的线速度,可使单次粉碎后的粉料达到90%以上;单次粉碎未粉好的物料,经粉碎装置处理后,返回系统再次粉碎;由于与粉碎组件的直径相比,滚筒的直径较大,使得在滚筒内物料粉碎的过程中有较大的粉尘沉降空间,有充足的入料处负压和出料处正压的平压时间,使得粉碎后不易产生灰尘。
如图3所示,为本发明的另一个具体实施方式,一种设置有上述卧式滚筒粉碎机的粉碎装置,由卧式滚筒粉碎机303、筛分机304、粉料输送机械305、待粉碎料进料口301、循环料进料口302和回料输送机械306,所述回料输送机械306的出口连接循环料进料口302,该循环料进料口302近末端分支连接有待粉碎料进料口301,循环料进料口302与待粉碎料进料口301整体呈“Y”型设置,且连接于卧式滚筒粉碎机303上,所述筛分机304设置于卧式滚筒粉碎机(303)下方,该筛分机304筛面上的筛余物料去回料输送机械306,被送回粉碎装置再次粉碎,筛下的物料作为成品被粉料输送机械(305)输出粉碎装置系统。
总体来说,本实施例的的卧式滚筒粉碎机具有粉碎效率高,粉碎效果好,粉碎过程无尘的特点;本实施例的粉碎装置具有动力消耗低,对物料的粉碎普适性强的特点。本实施例的粉碎装置,经试验后,粉碎效率是一般粉碎装置粉碎效率的3倍以上,且粉碎过程中不产尘;该粉碎装置适用于易吸湿、含水高、易蘸黏物料的粉碎,也适于低、中、高抗压强度物料的粉碎,对物料的粉碎普适性强, 且特别适于较难解决的复合肥大颗粒返料的粉碎,适用领域范围,粉碎效果出色,具有值得大力推广的价值。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种卧式滚筒粉碎机,包括滚筒装置、破碎装置、刮刀装置和底座四部分,所述滚筒装置安装在底座上,所述破碎装置和刮刀装置安装于滚筒装置上;所述滚筒装置包括筒体(1)、前挡板(101)、后挡板(102)、进料箱(12)、出料箱(14)、进料管(13)、出气管(15)、出料管(24)、前托轮(6)、后托轮(9)、前滚圈(7)、后滚圈(10)、前挡轮(8)、后挡轮(11)、小齿轮(4)、大齿轮(5)、筒体电机(2)和筒体减速机(3);其特征在于:所述筒体(1)由前托轮(6)和后托轮(9)支撑在前滚圈(7)和后滚圈(10)上,该前滚圈(7)、后滚圈(10)和大齿轮(5)与筒体(1)连接,且前挡轮(8)、后挡轮(11)保证筒体(1)不沿筒体中心线方向窜动;所述进料箱(12)和出料箱(14)分别与筒体(1)密封连接;所述小齿轮(4)、筒体减速机(3)和筒体电机(2)依次连接,该小齿轮(4)与大齿轮(5)通过齿轮啮合配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的卧式滚筒粉碎机,其特征在于:所述筒体(1)的直径在φ800mm~φ2000mm之间;筒体(1)的安装角度在0°~7°之间;筒体(1)的长度为筒体(1)直径的0.8倍~4倍。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的卧式滚筒粉碎机,其特征在于:所述筒体(1)的安装角度在1.5°~4°之间。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的卧式滚筒粉碎机,其特征在于:所述筒体(1)的安装角度为2°~3°。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的卧式滚筒粉碎机,其特征在于:所述筒体(1)长度为筒体(1)直径的1.0倍~2.0倍。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的卧式滚筒粉碎机,其特征在于:所述筒体(1)长度为筒体(1)直径的1.2倍~1.6倍。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的卧式滚筒粉碎机,其特征在于:所述破碎装置包括破碎电机(20)、主动轮(21)、从动轮(23)、前后轴承座(17)、破碎轴(18)、连接组件(181)和破碎组件(182),所述破碎轴(18)两端设置有轴承支撑,轴承安装在轴承座内,从动轮(23)固定设置于该破碎轴(18)一端;所述主动轮(21)与破碎电机(20)固定连接;所述连接组件(181)和破碎组件(182)安装在破碎轴(18)上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的卧式滚筒粉碎机,其特征在于:所述破碎组件(182)设置有2组~8组,每组破碎组件(182)包括有2件~6件破碎件;所述破碎件在破碎轴(18)上均匀分布。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的卧式滚筒粉碎机,其特征在于:所述刮刀装置包括刮刀臂(191)、固定板(192)和刮刀(193),所述刮刀臂(191)及刮刀(193)设置于筒体(1)的内部,在筒体(1)的中心线偏上且偏向一侧的位置,与破碎轴(18)各在筒体(1)的中心线的不同侧,以使运转中的破碎组件(182)不碰到刮刀(193)及刮刀臂(191),刮刀(193)设置于刮刀臂(191)上;刮刀臂(191)为直线壁或折弯臂;所述固定板(192)安装在进料箱(12)、出料箱(14)的两端,用以固定刮刀及刮刀臂的位置,且可在局部范围内调节刮刀与筒体(1)的内部间隙。
  10. 一种设置有权利要求1~8任意一项所述卧式滚筒粉碎机的粉碎装置,其特征在于:包括卧式滚筒粉碎机(303)、筛分机(304)、粉料输送机械(305)、待粉碎料进料口(301)、循环料进料口(302)和回料输送机械(306),所述回料输送机械306的出口连接循环料进料口302,该循环料进料口302近末端分支连接有待粉碎料进料口301,循环料进料口(302)与待粉碎料进料口(301)整体呈“Y”型设置,且连接于卧式滚筒粉碎机(303)上,所述筛分机(304)设置于卧式滚筒粉碎机(303)下方,该筛分机(304)筛面上的筛余物料去回料输送机械(306),被送回粉碎装置再次粉碎,筛下的物料作为成品被粉料输送机械(305)输出粉碎装置系统。
