- 제2항에 있어서,상기 수조는,상기 수용공간 및 상기 분사노즐들의 이격방향과 나란하게 배치된 측판을 가지는 내부수조; 및상기 내부수조의 외측에 배치되어 상기 내부수조를 감싸는 외부수조를 포함하되,상기 분사판은 상기 내부수조와 상기 외부수조의 사이에 배치되어 상기 내부수조 및 상기 외부수조의 하단보다 높게 배치되는, 냉각장치.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 수조는, 상기 내부수조와 상기 외부수조의 사이에 위치하여 상기 분사판의 상부에 형성되는 보조수용공간을 더 가지는, 냉각장치.
- 피냉각소재의 상부에 배치되어 외부로부터 공급된 냉매를 수용하는 수용공간을 가지는 수조; 및상기 수용공간의 내부에 설치되며, 상기 냉매의 수위에 따라 선택적으로 상기 냉매가 유입되는 냉매유입구 및 유입된 상기 냉매를 상기 피냉각소재를 향해 분사하는 분사구를 가지는 분사노즐들을 포함하는, 냉각장치.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 냉매유입구의 높이는 상기 피냉각소재의 폭방향을 따라 점진적으로 증가하는, 냉각장치.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 수조는 상기 냉매가 공급되는 내부수용공간 및 상기 내부수용공간으로부터 오버플로우된 상기 냉매가 유입되는 외부수용공간을 가지며,상기 분사노즐들은 상기 외부수용공간에 설치되는, 냉각장치.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 수조는, 상기 내부수용공간과 상기 외부수용공간을 구획하는 측판을 구비하며,상기 측판의 중앙부는 상기 중앙부의 양측에 위치하는 가장자리부보다 높이가 낮은, 냉각장치.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 피냉각소재의 폭방향에 따른 상기 측판의 높이는 상기 분사노즐들의 높이보다 큰, 냉각장치.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 냉각장치는, 상기 수용공간의 중앙에 설치되고 상기 냉매유입구들의 높이보다 낮게 배치된 보조유입구를 가지는 보조분사노즐을 더 포함하며,상기 분사노즐들은 상기 보조분사노즐의 양측에 배치되는, 냉각장치.
