Description

一种柜底板 【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种柜底板，具体地说是涉及一种可用于冰箱，冰柜，冷藏柜，制冷柜，酒柜、储藏柜、展示柜的柜底板。
【背景技术】
现有的冰箱，冰柜，冷藏柜，制冷柜，酒柜、储藏柜、展示柜一般都安装有柜底板，柜底板安装在冰箱，冰柜，冷藏柜，制冷柜，酒柜、储藏柜、展示柜的底部，起到保护、承载的作用，是冰箱，冰柜，冷藏柜，制冷柜，酒柜、储藏柜、展示柜必不可少的装配组件之一。由于很多冰箱，冰柜，冷藏柜，制冷柜，酒柜、储藏柜、展示柜的压缩机、冷凝器都设置在底部，所以也需要在柜底板上开一个口，便于通风，起到散热作用。由于这个结构上的限制，现有的冰箱，冰柜，酒柜的柜底板承重力差，非常不牢固，加工也不是很方便。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处，提供一种节约成本，强度高，抗拉力大，加工方便的柜底板。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：
一种柜底板，其特征在于底板由一块板制成，其包括有前部，与前部后侧的一边相连的侧部，及与侧部后侧相连接后部。
如上所述的一种柜底板，其特征在于所述底板为门形板状结构。
如上所述的一种柜底板，其特征在于所述侧部内侧连有一竖板。
如上所述的一种柜底板，其特征在于所述后部弯曲有台阶状加强部。
如上所述的一种柜底板，其特征在于所述前部前侧弯折有前折边，前折边弯曲回折有前短边。
如上所述的一种柜底板，其特征在于所述后部后侧弯折有后折边，后折边弯曲回折有后短边。
如上所述的一种柜底板，其特征在于所述的底板由不锈钢材料一体制成。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明由前部，侧部，后部和竖板构成，前部，侧部，后部和竖板为一体结构，由一块板弯折裁剪制成，这样加工更加方便，从而可以节约制造加工成本，由于其是一整块板，也增强了底板的强度，也提高了抗拉力，增强了承重力，比现有的底板更加结实牢固，使用寿命长。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明：
一种柜底板，其由一块板10弯折裁剪制成门形板状的结构，其 包括有前部1，与前部1后侧的一边相连的侧部2，及与侧部2后侧相连接后部3，其中侧部5内侧连有一竖板4。前部1，侧部2，后部3和竖板4为一体结构，由一块板弯折裁剪制成，这样加工也更加方便，从而可以节约制造加工成本，由于其是一整块板，也增强了底板的强度，也提高了抗拉力，增强了承重力，比现有的底板更加结实牢固，使用寿命长。
本发明的竖板4是底板上面折弯的，可以形成风扇的风道管壁。
后部3弯曲有台阶状加强部5，台阶状加强部5的凸出部最好是朝向底板的下面设置，台阶状加强部5可进一步增强底板有强度。台阶状加强部5也为底板一体弯折形成，这样可以更一步得增强底板的强度，提高抗拉力。
本发明可以在后部3多设置几条台阶状加强部5，可以更一步得增强底板的强度，提高抗拉力。
本发明还在前部1前侧弯折有前折边11，前折边11弯曲回折有前短边12。
本发明还在后部3后侧弯折有后折边31，后折边31弯曲回折有后短边32。
本发明还在竖板4的尾部弯折有竖板短边41。
本发明的柜底板可以采用不锈钢材料、铁、钢等材料制成，优选于不锈钢材料。
如图3所示，本发明的柜底板装配在酒柜100下面时的结构图。在柜底板的前部1，侧部2，后部3和竖板4上还设有多个固定孔101， 方便固定。在柜底板上还装有支撑脚102。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种柜底板，其特征在于底板由一块板(10)制成，其包括有前部(1)，与前部(1)后侧的一边相连的侧部(2)，及与侧部(2)后侧相连接后部(3)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种柜底板，其特征在于所述底板为门形板状结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种柜底板，其特征在于所述侧部(5)内侧连有一竖板(4)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种柜底板，其特征在于所述后部(3)弯曲有台阶状加强部(5)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种柜底板，其特征在于所述前部(1)前侧弯折有前折边(11)，前折边(11)弯曲回折有前短边(12)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种柜底板，其特征在于所述后部(3)后侧弯折有后折边(31)，后折边(31)弯曲回折有后短边(32)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种柜底板，其特征在于所述的底板由不锈钢材料一体制成。
