技术领域
本申请涉及音视频播放技术领域,尤其涉及一种音效模式选择方法及设备。
背景技术
随着物质生活的丰富,人们对音视频节目追求越来越高。有不同种类的播放音视频的设备,例如,电视机,尤其是智能电视机,音频视频播放器等,这些播放器可以接受和播放各种音视频节目。
以智能电视为例,随着智能电视的普及,人们对电视声音方面追求越来越高,电视机厂商针对不同的节目源设置了与之相适应的声音效果模式,在播放不同节目的时候可以选择最适合播放该节目的声音效果模式,然而人们对智能电视设置不熟悉,声音效果模式需要人们手动选择切换,以及人们对什么样的节目最适合采用什么样的声音效果模式也不太了解,使这些声音效果模式没有得到很好的使用。
在实现本申请过程中,发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题:当用户要选择声音效果模式时,需要手动切换。需要用户找到电视系统中音效菜单,并从其中选择与现在播放内容相适应的音效模式。但是由于,用户对操作的不熟悉,以及用户对不同的节目类型该采用何种不同的声效模式不理解,造成节目播放时声音效果不够理想。现有技术中,有一种解决方案是,在现有音效模式中有一种比较折中的模式以适用所有的电视场景,无论用户播放哪种类型的节目,都采取同一种音效模式。而用同一种音效模式应用于所有的电视场景,达不到好的声音效果,更加违背了设置多种声效模式的初衷。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请实施例解决的技术问题之一在于提供一种音效模式选择方法及设备,用以解决现有技术中用户不方便或不会为播放的节目选择音效模式的缺陷,实现音效模式的自动的准确的选择,提升用户体验。
本申请实施例提供一种音效模式选择方法,包括以下步骤:确定当前正 在播放的节目的类型;根据确定的节目的类型选择播放节目采用的音效模式。
本申请实施例还提供一种音效模式选择设备,包括:确定模块,设置为确定当前正在播放的节目的类型;选择模块,设置为根据确定模块确定的节目的类型选择播放节目采用的音效模式。
本申请实施例还提供一种在其上记录有用于执行上述方法的程序的计算机可读记录介质。
由以上技术方案可见,本申请提供的视频输出模式选择方法及设备,通过确定当前正在播放的节目的类型和根据确定的节目类型选择音效模式的方法,为节目内容自动选择与之最优适应的声音效果模式,以达到用户对于声音效果的追求,提升用户体验。

以智能电视为例,假设智能电视正在播放节目,首先要确定当前正在播放的节目的类型。值得说明的是,执行这个操作的可以是单独的装置,该装置能够与智能电视进行有线或无线连接。或者,执行这个操作的也可以是智能电视本身。当智能电视本身执行该操作时,可以是将能够执行该操作的功能设置在智能电视的处理器芯片上,也可以设置在智能电视的其他芯片上,或者,也可以是原先的智能电视的基础上增设一个能够执行该操作的模块或装置。
在现有技术中,可以将节目类型进行多种划分,例如,可以根据节目的长短将节目划分为长节目和短节目,也可以根据节目的语言将节目分成中文节目和外语节目。在本申请实施例中,可以根据节目内容划分节目类型,例如将节目划分为,新闻节目、电影节目、电视节目、娱乐节目和音乐节目。甚至,对于例如电影或电视节目,可以将节目划分为喜剧节目,纪实节目以及恐怖节目等。或者对于音乐节目,还可以划分为流行音乐节目,古典音乐 节目,甚至还可以划分的更细,例如,将古典音乐节目划分为弦乐节目或者管乐节目。
可以理解的是,将智能电视当前正在播放的节目进行划分确认是为了为该节目选择最适合该节目的音效模式,从而达到最好的音响效果。值得说明的是,节目类型划分越细致,节目类型和音效模式之间的匹配程度越高。

可以理解的是,有多种方法可以确定正在播放的节目的类型,例如,可以根据节目的来源确定节目类型,也可以根据节目所携带的标识确定节目类型,或者,可以根据节目的名称等也可以确定节目的类型。
步骤120,根据确定的节目的类型选择播放该节目采用的音效模式。
对于音效模式,现有技术有很多具体的规定,例如,根据有无中置声道,有无环绕声道,有无低频增强声道,有无混响的方式进行音效模式的区分。或者也可以将音效模式分成剧院音效模式,体育音效模式(也称现场音效模式),音乐音效模式,新闻音效模式等。可以理解的是,对于音效模式的划分,也可以分层级的进行细化。
在本步骤中,根据步骤110中所确定的节目类型选择播放该节目采用的音效模式,使得智能电视按照选择的音效模式进行播放。
本申请实施例通过首先确定节目类型,再根据节目类型选择音效模式,使得智能电视能够自动根据节目类型选择最适合该节目播放的音效模式,不需要用户手工操作,提高用户体验,而且本申请实施例使得音效模式和节目类型的匹配程度更高,使视频声音更完美的结合更加提高了智能电视的价值。

可以理解的是,每个播放的节目都有节目来源,无论是直播的节目、还是轮播节目,点播节目,或者来自网络的节目,来自本地输入的节目,都有其节目来源。
直播,即Broadcast TV(Broadcast Television),是各个卫星接收到片源,然后以电视台频道的形式播到各用户家庭,一般通过组播技术(IGMP,Internet Group Management Protocol、PIM,Protocol Independent Multicast)发送,保证每家每户都能够看到同样的节目,如CCTV、各地方台卫视等,以前模拟电视、数字电视。
轮播是同样的片源循环播放,片源一般放在运营商的IPTV(Internet Protocol Television)平台中。对于传统电视的广播形态,由于用户不能控制节目播出顺序,播放时间就成了广播形态中节目编排中最需要考虑的因素。把最好和最吸引观众的节目放在黄金时段(如各类综艺节目、热播电视剧),根据不同时间的不同受众,安排诸如早安中国、午夜剧场等不同内容,以吸引该时段的目标观众。而在其他时段,则安排一些电视购物广告或人气相对不高的节目。
点播,顾名思义,就是你点了它才播,一般各运营商的点播都在一个独立于直播频道的彩电中,一旦点击了相关节目后,媒体流通过独立的媒体通道RTSP(Real Time Streaming Protocol)建立连接、发送到用户的机顶盒。
网络节目来自网络,本地节目通常来自本地的各种输入接口,例如USB接口,VCD接口等。

所述计算机可读记录介质包括用于以计算机(例如计算机)可读的形式存储或传送信息的任何机制。例如,机器可读介质包括只读存储器(ROM)、随机存取存储器(RAM)、磁盘存储介质、光存储介质、闪速存储介质、电、光、声或其他形式的传播信号(例如,载波、红外信号、数字信号等)等。
图7为本申请音效模式选择设备一实施例结构示意图。根据图7所示,本申请实施例一种音效模式选择设备包括:确定模块710,选择模块720,其中,
确定模块710,设置为确定当前正在播放的节目的类型;
确定模块710确定播放节目的设备正在播放的节目的类型。可以理解的是,播放节目的设备可以是智能电视或其他播放设备,在本申请实施例中以智能电视为例进行说明,其他的播放设备播放节目时可以类似采用本申请实施例方法。确定模块710的具体实施操作可以参见图1对应的实施例的步骤110。
选择模块720,设置为根据确定模块确定的节目的类型选择播放节目采用的音效模式。
对于音效模式,现有技术有很多具体的规定,例如,根据有无中置声道,有无环绕声道,有无低频增强声道,有无混响的方式进行音效模式的区分。或者也可以将音效模式分成剧院音效模式,体育音效模式(也称现场音效模式),音乐音效模式,新闻音效模式等。可以理解的是,对于音效模式的划分,也可以分层级的进行细化。
选择模块720根据确定模块710所确定的节目类型选择播放该节目采用的音效模式,使得智能电视按照选择的音效模式进行播放。
本申请实施例通过首先确定节目类型,再根据节目类型选择音效模式,使得智能电视能够自动根据节目类型选择最适合该节目播放的音效模式,不需要用户手工操作,提高用户体验,而且本申请实施例使得音效模式和节目类型的匹配程度更高,使视频声音更完美的结合更加提高了智能电视的价值。
图8为本申请音效模式选择设备另一实施例结构示意图。根据图8所示,本申请实施例一种音效模式选择设备包括:确定模块710,选择模块720,其中,确定模块710和选择模块720的具体操作可以参见图7对应的实施例的各相应模块,其中,确定模块710,包括:
第一确定模块711,设置为确定正在播放的节目的来源;
可以理解的是,每个播放的节目都有节目来源,无论是直播的节目、还是轮播节目,点播节目,或者来自网络的节目,来自本地输入的节目,都有其节目来源。
直播,即Broadcast TV,是各个卫星接收到片源,然后以电视台频道的形式播到各用户家庭,一般通过组播技术(IGMP、PIM)发送,保证每家每户都能够看到同样的节目,如CCTV、各地方台卫视等,以前模拟电视、数字电视。
轮播是同样的片源循环播放,片源一般放在运营商的I PTV平台中。对于传统电视的广播形态,由于用户不能控制节目播出顺序,播放时间就成了广播形态中节目编排中最需要考虑的因素。把最好和最吸引观众的节目放在黄金时段(如各类综艺节目、热播电视剧),根据不同时间的不同受众,安排诸如早安中国、午夜剧场等不同内容,以吸引该时段的目标观众。而在其他时段,则安排一些电视购物广告或人气相对不高的节目。
点播,顾名思义,就是你点了它才播,一般各运营商的点播都在一个独立于直播频道的彩电中,一旦点击了相关节目后,媒体流通过独立的媒体通道RTSP建立连接、发送到用户的机顶盒。
网络节目来自网络,本地节目通常来自本地的各种输入接口,例如USB接口,VCD接口等。
第一确定模块711可以识别正在播放的节目的来源,例如,用户切换信号源输入时可以根据信号源确定此时节目的来源类别。具体的,比如用户在看直播台时信号源已经选择到TV输入模式;用户在看网络电视时信号源已经选择到某个APP应用下,用户在使用DVD或其他输入设备时信号源已经选择到AV输入/电脑输入/HDM I输入等,用户在播放本地USB内容时选择应该在USB设备打开的情况下进行。相应的,当信号源选择到TV输入模式时,则可以判断节目的来源为直播台,当信号源选择到某个APP应用下,可以确定用户在看网络电视,当信号源选择到AV输入/电脑输入/HDM I输入时,可以判断节目来源为相应的输入等,为说明简洁在此不作赘述。
第二确定模块712,设置为根据第一确定模块确定的正在播放的节目的来源确定正在播放的节目的类型。
通过正在播放的节目的来源,第二确定模块712可以得知该节目的类型。
例如,智能电视轮播台通常根据内容分类比较明确,比如电视剧类,电影类,新闻类等。每个频道播放的内容通常是相对固定的,不同的频道播放不同类型的节目,因此,只要知悉该节目来自轮播台的哪个频道,就可以确 定该节目类型。
本申请实施例通过确定根据节目来源确定节目类型,再根据节目类型选择音效模式,使得智能电视能够自动根据节目类型选择最适合该节目播放的音效模式,不需要用户手工操作,提高用户体验,而且本申请实施例使得音效模式和节目类型的匹配程度更高,使视频声音更完美的结合更加提高了智能电视的价值。
图9为本申请音效模式选择设备又一实施例结构示意图。根据图9所示,本申请实施例一种音效模式选择设备包括:确定模块710,选择模块720,其中,确定模块710包括第一确定模块711和第二确定模块712,其中,确定模块710和选择模块720的具体操作,以及第一确定模块711和第二确定模块712的具体操作可以参见图7对应的实施例的各相应模块,其中,第二确定模块712包括第一获取模块7121和类型确定模块7122,
具体地,当第一确定模块711确定正在播放的节目的来源为轮播台时,
第一获取模块7121,设置为获取正在播放的节目所处的轮播台频道,轮播台频道播放第一类型的节目;
智能电视轮播台通常根据内容分类比较明确,比如电视剧类,电影类,新闻类等。根据每个频道所属的分类进行切换。比如轮播台频道1为新闻,说明轮播台频道1的节目类型为新闻。轮播台频道2为电影,说明说明轮播台频道1的节目类型为电影。第一获取模块7121获取正在播放的节目所处的轮播台频道。
类型确定模块7122,设置为确定正在播放的节目类型为轮播台频道播放的第一类型;
当确定正在播放的节目类型为轮播台频道1播放的节目时,类型确定模块7122确定当前正在播放的节目类型为新闻。当确定正在播放的节目类型为轮播台频道2播放的节目时,类型确定模块7122确定当前正在播放的节目类型为电影。
或者,当第一确定模块711确定正在播放的节目的来源为电视台时,
第一获取模块7121,设置为获取电视台在当前时间段播放的节目,节目类型为第二类型;
根据每个电视台每个时间段播放的节目内容进行分类建立数据库,根据 数据库信息调整;或者实时根据电视台的节目单进行调整。比如电视频道1,19:00-19:30播放新闻类节目,19:30-21:00播放音乐类节目。则在19:00-19:30时间段播放的节目类型为新闻节目。则在19:30-21:00时间段播放的节目类型为音乐节目。第一获取模块7121获取电视台在当前时间段播放的节目。
类型确定模块7122,设置为确定正在播放的节目类型为第二类型;
在19:00-19:30时间段的当前播放的节目类型为新闻节目。类型确定模块7122确定在19:30-21:00时间段的当前播放的节目类型为音乐节目。
或者,当第一确定模块711确定正在播放的节目的来源为互联网时,
第一获取模块7121,设置为获取正在播放的节目的互联网地址,互联网地址对应的节目类型为第三类型;
第一获取模块7121可以获取播放某个节目的链接,系统通过分析链接确认该链接的节目类型为第三类型。
类型确定模块7122,设置为确定正在播放的节目类型为第三类型;
类型确定模块7122确定从此地址播放的当前节目为第三类型的节目。
或者,当第一确定模块711确定正在播放的节目的来源是本地节目源时
第一获取模块7121,设置为根据本地节目源文件的属性获取本地源的节目类型为第四类型;
第一获取模块7121获取根据文件名称、属性、时间长度等相关信息。播放的同时,根据文件的特性比如名称、属性、时间长度等相关信息进行云端或数据库检索以判断其内容属于第四类型。
类型确定模块7122,设置为确定正在播放的节目类型为第四类型。
类型确定模块7122确定当前播放的来自本地的节目类型为第四类型。
本申请实施例能够根据节目来源,具体地确定节目的类型,并进行音效模式选择,不需要用户手工操作,提高用户体验,而且本申请实施例使得音效模式和节目类型的匹配程度更高,使视频声音更完美的结合更加提高了智能电视的价值。
以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的模块可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为模块显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理模块,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络模块上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例 方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性的劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到各实施方式可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件。基于这样的理解,上述技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,所述计算机可读记录介质包括用于以计算机(例如计算机)可读的形式存储或传送信息的任何机制。例如,机器可读介质包括只读存储器(ROM)、随机存取存储器(RAM)、磁盘存储介质、光存储介质、闪速存储介质、电、光、声或其他形式的传播信号(例如,载波、红外信号、数字信号等)等,该计算机软件产品包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本申请实施例的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种音效模式选择方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    确定当前正在播放的节目的类型;
    根据确定的所述节目的类型选择播放所述节目采用的音效模式。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定当前正在播放的节目的类型,包括:
    确定所述正在播放的节目的来源;
    根据所述正在播放的节目的来源确定所述正在播放的节目的类型。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,当确定所述正在播放的节目的来源为轮播台时,所述根据正在播放的节目的来源确定所述正在播放的节目的类型,具体包括:
    获取所述正在播放的节目所处的轮播台频道,所述轮播台频道播放第一类型的节目;
    确定所述正在播放的节目类型为所述轮播台频道播放的所述第一类型。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,当确定所述正在播放的节目的来源为电视台时,所述根据正在播放的节目的来源确定所述正在播放的节目的类型,具体包括:
    获取所述电视台在当前时间段播放的节目,所述节目类型为第二类型;
    确定所述正在播放的节目类型为所述第二类型。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,当确定所述正在播放的节目的来源为互联网时,所述根据正在播放的节目的来源确定所述正在播放的节目的类型,具体包括:
    获取所述正在播放的节目的互联网地址,所述互联网地址对应的节目类型为第三类型;
    确定所述正在播放的节目类型为所述第三类型。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,当确定所述正在播放的节目的来源是本地节目源时,所述根据正在播放的节目的来源确定所述正在播放的节目的类型,具体包括:
    根据所述本地节目源文件的属性获取所述本地源的节目类型为第四类型;
    确定所述正在播放的节目类型为所述第四类型。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述本地节目源文件的属性包括以下一种或组合,所述文件的名称、时间长度。
  8. 一种音效模式选择设备,其特征在于,包括:
    确定模块,设置为确定当前正在播放的节目的类型;
    选择模块,设置为根据所述确定模块确定的所述节目的类型选择播放所述节目采用的音效模式。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的设备,其特征在于,所述确定模块,包括:
    第一确定模块,设置为确定所述正在播放的节目的来源;
    第二确定模块,设置为根据所述第一确定模块确定的正在播放的节目的来源确定所述正在播放的节目的类型。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第二确定模块包括第一获取模块和类型确定模块,
    当所述第一确定模块确定所述正在播放的节目的来源为轮播台时,
    所述第一获取模块,设置为获取所述正在播放的节目所处的轮播台频道,所述轮播台频道播放第一类型的节目;
    所述类型确定模块,设置为确定所述正在播放的节目类型为所述轮播台频道播放的所述第一类型;或者,
    当所述第一确定模块确定所述正在播放的节目的来源为电视台时,
    所述第一获取模块,设置为获取所述电视台在当前时间段播放的节目,所述节目类型为第二类型;
    所述类型确定模块,设置为确定所述正在播放的节目类型为所述第二类型;或者
    当确定所述正在播放的节目的来源为互联网时,
    所述第一获取模块,设置为获取所述正在播放的节目的互联网地址,所述互联网地址对应的节目类型为第三类型;
    所述类型确定模块,设置为确定所述正在播放的节目类型为所述第三类型;或者
    当确定所述正在播放的节目的来源是本地节目源时
    所述第一获取模块,设置为根据所述本地节目源文件的属性获取所述本地源的节目类型为第四类型;
    所述类型确定模块,设置为确定所述正在播放的节目类型为所述第四类型。
  11. 一种在其上记录有用于执行权利要求1所述方法的程序的计算机可读记录介质。
