本发明的实施例涉及智能设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种双画面下的音量自动调节方法、装置及智能设备。
背景技术
智能设备的视频通话允许在观看电视(或视频)的同时接听视频通话,即所谓“画中画”或“双画面”的功能。
一种具体场景为:用户在观看电视(或视频)的过程中,有视频通话呼入,用户选择视频通话为画中画模式,则视频通话窗口会变小缩放显示在屏幕左下方;而背景窗口仍为正在观看的电视画面,电视节目播放依旧。
在这个过程中,为了听清楚视频通话中的通话语音,需要将电视节目音量降低,且提高语音通话音量;当通话结束或通话暂停时,需要重新恢复电视音量。
在实现本申请过程中,发明人发现现有技术至少存在如下问题:
从用户体验上来说,用户在视频通话过程中需要不断的调高或调低电视节目的音量。例如,当用户需要听清楚对方的语音通话时,需要将电视节目的音量调低(还有可能在调低电视节目音 量的同时将通话音量调高),当在视频通话过程中,双方暂时不进行语音通话时,又需要将电视节目的音量调高,以满足正常观看节目的效果。这样反复的音量调节过程,较为不便,用户体验较差。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于,提供一种双画面下的音量自动调节方法、装置及智能设备,以实现智能设备在双画面下的音量自动调节功能,提高用户体验。
为实现上述目的,本申请的实施例提供了一种双画面下的音量自动调节方法,包括:

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一
如图1所示,本发明实施例提供的双画面下的音量自动调节方法的流程图,参见图1,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤101:监控智能设备视频播放使用的声源和视频通话使用的声源是否同时工作。
在本步骤中,视频通话使用的声源包括输入声源和/或输出声源。其中,输入声源用于接收并播放对方的音频信号,输出声源用于接收用户的音频信号并向对方发送该音频信号。只要输入声源或输出声源中的一个在工作,就认为视频通话使用的声源在工作。
在实际应用中,可以以这样的方式监控智能设备视频播放使用的声源和视频通话使用的声源是否同时工作:当监控到视频通话接通,以及视频通话的输入声源或输出声源中的任何一个声源开始工作后,检查视频播放使用的声源是否被使用,若是,则确定视频播放使用的声源和视频通话使用的声源同时工作。
步骤102:根据监控结果调节视频播放声量和/或视频通话声量。
在本步骤中,根据监控结果调节视频播放声量和/或视频通话声量,例如,当监控到智能设备视频播放使用的声源和视频通话使用的声源同时工作时,调高视频通话声量;或者调低视频播放声量;或者在调低视频播放声量的基础之上,调高视频通话声量,这样使得智能设备在播放视频节目且同时进行视频通话时,不用人工手动调节视频播放或视频通话的声量,而是可以自动完成,因此提高了用户体验。
本实施例所述的双画面下的音量自动调节方法,实时监控智能设备视频播放使用的声源和视频通话使用的声源的工作状态,根据监控结果自动调节节视频播放声量和/或视频通话声量,无需人工参与,提高了用户体验。
实施例二
在本发明实施例中,给出了上述步骤102的一种实现方式。
其中,上述步骤102根据监控结果调节视频播放声量和/或视频通话声量,包括:
当监控到视频播放使用的声源和视频通话使用的声源同时工作时,调高视频通话声量。
在本实施例中,当监控到视频播放使用的声源和视频通话使用的声源同时工作时,可以通过调高视频通话声量的方式来避免视频通话受到正在播放的视频的影响。
其中,调高视频通话声量,是指同时调高视频通话的输入声量和输出声量。当调高视频通话声量后,视频通话的双方可以较为清楚的听到对方的语音内容,因此使得视频通话可以正常进行,不再受正在播放的视频的影响。
实施例三
在本发明实施例中,给出了上述步骤102的另一种实现方式。
其中,上述步骤102根据监控结果调节视频播放声量和/或视 频通话声量,包括:
当监控到视频播放使用的声源和视频通话使用的声源同时工作时,调低视频播放声量。
在本实施例中,当监控到视频播放使用的声源和视频通话使用的声源同时工作时,可以通过调低视频播放声量的方式来避免视频通话受到正在播放的视频的影响。
其中,调低视频播放声量,是指调低视频播放的输出声量。当调低视频播放声量后,视频通话的双方可以较为清楚的听到对方的语音内容,因此使得视频通话可以正常进行,不再受正在播放的视频的影响。
实施例四
在本发明实施例中,给出了上述步骤102的又一种实现方式。
其中,上述步骤102根据监控结果调节视频播放声量和/或视频通话声量,包括:
当监控到视频播放使用的声源和视频通话使用的声源同时工作时,调低视频播放声量,以及调高视频通话声量。
在本实施例中,当监控到视频播放使用的声源和视频通话使用的声源同时工作时,可以通过既调低视频播放声量,又提高视频通话声量的方式进行来避免视频通话受到正在播放的视频的影响。
其中,调低视频播放声量,是指调低视频播放的输出声量。调高视频通话声量,是指同时调高视频通话的输入声量和输出声量。
当调低视频播放声量,以及调高视频通话声量后,视频通话的双方可以较为清楚的听到对方的语音内容,因此使得视频通话可以正常进行,不再受正在播放的视频的影响。
以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分 离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性的劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到各实施方式可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件。基于这样的理解,上述技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。
实施例五
在本发明实施例中,基于上述实施例三或实施例四,上述双画面下的音量自动调节方法,参见图2,还包括:步骤103。
步骤103:判断所述视频播放声量是否被调低,当所述视频播放声量被调低时,执行步骤104。
步骤104:监控视频通话是否暂停使用声源,在监控到所述视频通话暂停使用声源时,执行步骤105。
步骤105:调高视频播放声量。
在本实施例中,当监控到视频播放使用的声源和视频通话使用的声源同时工作时,可以通过调低视频播放声量的方式来避免视频通话受到正在播放的视频的影响。但随着视频通话的进行,有可能会出现通信双方暂停对话的状态,这时对于智能设备来说,该视频通话没有音频输入和音频输出,即此时该视频通话暂停使 用声源,此时可以自动提高视频播放声量,以方便用户正常收看视频节目。
由此可见,本实施例所述的音量自动调节方法,不但可以在视频通话和视频播放同时工作时,自动调低视频播放声量,以保证视频通话的正常进行,而且还可以在视频通话暂停使用声源时,自动调高视频播放声量,以保证用户正常收看视频节目。后续,如果监控到双方继续对话时,可以再次调低视频播放声量,以保证视频通话的正常进行。因此,整个过程无需人工手动调节,大大提高了用户体验。
本实施例所述的音量自动调节方法,可以满足用户边看球,边聊天评球的双画面(画中画)典型场景——即边看边聊。例如,当用户在观看球赛视频时,可以建立视频通话以便讨论球赛状况(评球)。当通过聊天讨论进球情况时,为了保证聊天不受正在播放的球赛视频的影响,可以自动调低球赛视频的播放音量,当聊天暂停需要继续看球时,可以自动调高球赛视频的播放音量。因此,满足了用户边看球边聊球的需求,无需人工调节,提高了用户体验。
实施例六
在本发明实施例中,基于上述实施例二或实施例四,上述双画面下的音量自动调节方法,参见图3,还包括:步骤103’。
步骤103’:判断所述视频通话声量是否被调高,当所述视频通话声量被调高时,执行步骤104’。
步骤104’:监控视频播放是否暂停使用声源,在所述视频播放暂停使用声源时,执行不行105’。
步骤105’:调低视频通话音量。
在本实施例中,当监控到视频播放使用的声源和视频通话使用的声源同时工作时,可以通过调高视频通话声量的方式来避免 视频通话受到正在播放的视频的影响。但当该过程中,若监控到该视频播放暂停时(如用户在该过程中暂停播放该视频节目),这时候意味着该视频播放暂停使用声源,此时可以自动调低视频通话声量,以免因为视频通话过高而使得用户听着不舒服。
由此可见,本实施例所述的音量自动调节方法,不但可以在视频通话和视频播放同时工作时,自动提高视频通话声量,以保证视频通话的正常进行,而且还可以在视频播放暂停使用声源时,自动调低视频通话声量,以保证用户以比较舒服的声量与对方进行交流。后续,如果监控到视频播放继续进行,那么可以再次调高视频通话声量,以保证视频通话的正常进行;或者调低视频播放音量,以保证视频通话的正常进行。因此,整个过程无需人工手动调节,大大提高了用户体验。
实施例七
本发明实施例提供了一种双画面下的音量自动调节装置,参见图4,该装置包括:
监控单元41,用于监控智能设备视频播放使用的声源和视频通话使用的声源是否同时工作;其中,视频通话使用的声源包括输入声源和/或输出声源;
调节单元42,用于根据所述监控单元的监控结果调节视频播放声量和/或视频通话声量。
本实施例所述的双画面下的音量自动调节装置,实时监控智能设备视频播放使用的声源和视频通话使用的声源的工作状态,根据监控结果自动调节节视频播放声量和/或视频通话声量,无需人工参与,提高了用户体验。
实施例八
在本发明实施例中,所述调节单元42,具体用于:
当所述监控单元监控到视频播放使用的声源和视频通话使用 的声源同时工作时,调高视频通话声量。
实施例九
在本发明实施例中,所述调节单元42,具体用于:
当所述监控单元监控到视频播放使用的声源和视频通话使用的声源同时工作时,调低视频播放声量。
实施例十
在本发明实施例中,所述调节单元42,具体用于:
当所述监控单元监控到视频播放使用的声源和视频通话使用的声源同时工作时,调低视频播放声量,以及调高视频通话声量。
实施例十一
在本发明实施例中,在上述实施例九至实施例十的基础之上,参见图5,所述装置还包括:第一判断单元43;
所述第一判断单元43,用于判断所述调节单元42是否调低视频播放声量;
所述监控单元41,还用于在所述第一判断单元43确定所述调节单元调低视频播放声量后,监控视频通话是否暂停使用声源;
相应地,所述调节单元42,还用于在所述监控单元41监控到所述视频通话暂停使用声源时,调高视频播放声量。
实施例十二
在本发明实施例中,在上述实施例八至实施例十的基础之上,参见图6,所述装置还包括:第二判断单元44;
所述第二判断单元44,用于判断所述调节单元42是否调高视频通话声量;
所述监控单元41,还用于在所述第二判断单元44确定所述调节单元调高视频通话声量后,监控视频播放是否暂停使用声源;
相应地,所述调节单元42,还用于在所述监控单元41监控到所述视频播放暂停使用声源时,调低视频通话音量。
本发明实施例七至实施例十二所述的装置,可以用于执行上述实施例一至实施例六所述的方法,其原理和技术效果类似,此处不再详述。
实施例十三
本发明实施例提供了一种智能设备,包括上述任一实施例所述的双画面下的音量自动调节装置。
本实施例所述的智能设备可以为智能电视、智能手机、平板电脑等智能电子产品。本实施例所述的智能设备由于包含了上述实施例所述的双画面下的音量自动调节装置,因此,该智能设备可以实现视频播放和视频通话的音量自动调节,例如,在进行视频通话过程中,自动调低视频播放的音量,从而使得视频播放不影响视频通话。本实施例所述的智能设备,无需人工手动调节,大大提高了用户体验。
实施例十四
图7示出本发明实施例提供的智能设备的结构框图。
如图7所示,本发明实施例提供的智能设备包括:处理器(processor)501、存储器(memory)502、通信接口(Communications Interface)503和总线504;其中,
所述处理器501、存储器502、通信接口503通过所述总线504完成相互间的通信;
所述处理器501用于调用所述存储器中的逻辑指令,以执行如下方法:
监控智能设备视频播放使用的声源和视频通话使用的声源是否同时工作;其中,视频通话使用的声源包括输入声源和/或输出声源;
根据监控结果调节视频播放声量和/或视频通话声量。
实施例十五
本发明实施例还公开了一种计算机程序,包括程序代码,所述程序代码用于执行如下操作:
监控智能设备视频播放使用的声源和视频通话使用的声源是否同时工作;其中,视频通话使用的声源包括输入声源和/或输出声源;
根据监控结果调节视频播放声量和/或视频通话声量。
实施例十六
本发明实施例还公开了一种存储介质,用于存储如上述实施例所述的计算机程序。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成,前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储介质包括:ROM、RAM、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的实施例的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明的实施例进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明的实施例各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种双画面下的音量自动调节方法,其特征在于,包括:
    监控智能设备视频播放使用的声源和视频通话使用的声源是否同时工作;其中,视频通话使用的声源包括输入声源和/或输出声源;
    根据监控结果调节视频播放声量和/或视频通话声量。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,根据监控结果调节视频播放声量和/或视频通话声量,包括:
    当监控到视频播放使用的声源和视频通话使用的声源同时工作时,调高视频通话声量。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,根据监控结果调节视频播放声量和/或视频通话声量,包括:
    当监控到视频播放使用的声源和视频通话使用的声源同时工作时,调低视频播放声量。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,根据监控结果调节视频播放声量和/或视频通话声量,包括:
    当监控到视频播放使用的声源和视频通话使用的声源同时工作时,调低视频播放声量,以及调高视频通话声量。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    判断所述视频播放声量是否被调低;
    当所述视频播放声量被调低时,监控视频通话是否暂停使用声源;
    在监控到所述视频通话暂停使用声源时,调高视频播放声量。
  6. 根据权利要求2或4所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    判断所述视频通话声量是否被调高;
    当所述视频通话声量被调高时,监控视频播放是否暂停使用 声源;
    在所述视频播放暂停使用声源时,调低视频通话音量。
  7. 一种双画面下的音量自动调节装置,其特征在于,包括:
    监控单元,用于监控智能设备视频播放使用的声源和视频通话使用的声源是否同时工作;其中,视频通话使用的声源包括输入声源和/或输出声源;
    调节单元,用于根据所述监控单元的监控结果调节视频播放声量和/或视频通话声量。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述调节单元,具体用于:
    当所述监控单元监控到视频播放使用的声源和视频通话使用的声源同时工作时,调高视频通话声量。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述调节单元,具体用于:
    当所述监控单元监控到视频播放使用的声源和视频通话使用的声源同时工作时,调低视频播放声量。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述调节单元,具体用于:
    当所述监控单元监控到视频播放使用的声源和视频通话使用的声源同时工作时,调低视频播放声量,以及调高视频通话声量。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:第一判断单元;
    所述第一判断单元,用于判断所述调节单元是否调低视频播放声量;
    所述监控单元,还用于在所述第一判断单元确定所述调节单元调低视频播放声量后,监控视频通话是否暂停使用声源;
    相应地,所述调节单元,还用于在所述监控单元监控到所述 视频通话暂停使用声源时,调高视频播放声量。
  12. 根据权利要求8或10所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:第二判断单元;
    所述第二判断单元,用于判断所述调节单元是否调高视频通话声量;
    所述监控单元,还用于在所述第二判断单元确定所述调节单元调高视频通话声量后,监控视频播放是否暂停使用声源;
    相应地,所述调节单元,还用于在所述监控单元监控到所述视频播放暂停使用声源时,调低视频通话音量。
  13. 一种智能设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求7~12任一项所述的双画面下的音量自动调节装置。
  14. 一种智能设备,其特征在于,包括:处理器、存储器、通信接口和总线;其中,
    所述处理器、存储器、通信接口通过所述总线完成相互间的通信;
    所述处理器用于调用所述存储器中的逻辑指令,以执行如下方法:
    监控智能设备视频播放使用的声源和视频通话使用的声源是否同时工作;其中,视频通话使用的声源包括输入声源和/或输出声源;
    根据监控结果调节视频播放声量和/或视频通话声量。
  15. 一种计算机程序,其特征在于,包括程序代码,所述程序代码用于执行如下操作:
    监控智能设备视频播放使用的声源和视频通话使用的声源是否同时工作;其中,视频通话使用的声源包括输入声源和/或输出声源;
    根据监控结果调节视频播放声量和/或视频通话声量。
  16. 一种存储介质,其特征在于,用于存储如权利要求15所述的计算机程序。
