本发明涉及一种除静电刷。
【背景技术】
一般的除静电刷通过压片将除静电刷和本体压合在一起,整个除静电刷的制造过程中需设计专用的冲压模具使压片通过冲压工艺而成,而且不同尺寸的压片需要额外设计不同的专用冲压模具,因此,除静电刷的制造过程较为复杂,导致除静电刷的成本较高。
【发明内容】
基于此,有必要针对除静电刷的制造过程较为复杂的问题,提供一种除静电刷。
一种除静电刷,包括:本体,所述本体呈片状;折弯部,所述折弯部由所述本体的边缘弯折成型;以及刷毛,所述刷毛被夹持于所述本体与所述折弯部之间。
上述的除静电刷,折弯部由本体的边缘弯折成型,刷毛被挟持于本体与折弯部之间;制造过程中,只需设计用于形成弯折前的半成品的模具即可,避免了为折弯部重新设计模具,简化了除静电刷的制造过程,从而解决了除静电刷的制造过程较为复杂的问题。

【具体实施方式】
为了便于理解本发明,下面将参照相关附图对除静电刷进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了除静电刷的首选实施例。但是,除静电刷可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施例。相反地,提供这些实施例的目的是使对除静电刷的公开内容更加透彻全面。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在除静电刷的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。本文所使用的术语“及/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
如图1、图2和图3所示,一实施例的除静电刷100应用于各种去除静电的产品中,例如,可应用于印刷、薄膜以及纸张的收卷、辊轴摩擦、打印机、点钞机等。除静电刷100包括本体10、折弯部20以及刷毛30,本体10呈片状,本体10的一侧与折弯部20固定连接,折弯部20由本体10的边缘弯折成型,刷毛30被夹持于本体10与折弯部20之间。
本实施例的除静电刷100,折弯部20由本体10的边缘弯折成型,刷毛30被挟持于本体10与折弯部20之间。另外,制造过程中,只需设计用于形成弯折前的半成品的模具即可,避免了为折弯部20重新设计模具,简化了除静电刷100的制造过程,从而解决了除静电刷100的制造过程较为复杂的问题。
在其中一个实施例中,本体10与折弯部20由一体冲压成型,只需设计出本体10与折弯部20一体成型的冲压模具,从而简化了除静电刷100的制造过程。在本实施例中,将刷毛30放置于本体10上将要被夹紧的相应的位置,再由本体10与折弯部20一体冲压折弯成型后,使刷毛30被夹持于本体10与折弯部20之间。在其他实施例中,本体10与折弯部20还可以先通过铸造工艺或锻造工艺形成板状的半成品,其次将刷毛30放置于本体10上被夹紧的本体10的相应的位置,最后再经冲压工艺使折弯部20由本体10的边缘弯折。
如图2所示,在其中一个实施例中,除静电刷100还包括固定胶40,刷毛30通过固定胶40粘接于本体10上,有利于本体10与折弯部20更好地夹持刷毛30。另外,通过固定胶40粘接于本体10上,有利于将刷毛30更好地放置于本体10上被夹紧的相应的位置,以便刷毛30准确地被夹持于本体10与折弯部20之间。在其他实施例中,固定胶40可以用双面胶来代替,当刷毛30被夹持于本体10与折弯部20之间时,刷毛30被粘接于本体10与折弯部20之间,使刷毛30更加稳固地固定于本体10与折弯部20之间,解决了除静电刷100在使用过程中容易脱落的问题。
如图2所示,在其中一个实施例中,刷毛30的数目有多根,多根刷毛30通过固定胶40间隔粘接于本体10上,可以提高除静电刷100的除静电的效果。具体地,在本实施例中,多根刷毛30通过固定胶40间隔粘接于本体10上,实现对刷毛30进行预固定的效果,有利于本体10与折弯部20夹持刷毛30,避免了刷毛30在装配过程中出现错乱。当多根刷毛30被夹持于本体10与折弯部20之间时,同时多根刷毛30通过固定胶40粘结于本体10与折弯部20之间,使刷毛30更加稳固地固定于本体10与折弯部20之间,解决了除静电刷100在使用过程中容易脱落的问题。进一步的,多根刷毛30之间的间距相等,可以使除静电刷100的去除静电的效果更好。在其中一个实施例中,本体10粘接有固定胶40的面积小于折弯部20的面积,使刷毛30更好地被夹持于本体10与折弯部20之间。
如图1、图2所示,在其中一个实施例中,本体10的厚度与折弯部20的厚度相等,便于本体10与折弯部20一体成型的模具的制作。在其中一个实施例中,本体10和折弯部20均由合金材料制成,本体10和折弯部20均为导体,有利于除静电刷100快速除静电。在本实施例中,本体10和折弯部20均由黑色金属制成。在其他实施例中,本体10和折弯部20还可以是由钢或有色金属等材料制成。在其中一个实施例中,本体10邻近折弯部20的一端的宽度小于本体10远离折弯部20的一端,有利于除静电刷100深入狭小的空间进行操作。
本实施例的除静电刷100的装配过程如下:
对由冲压工艺一体成型的本体10和折弯部20进行折弯,折弯部20相对于本体10折弯,最终使刷毛30被夹持于本体10与折弯部20之间。在折弯前,先将刷毛30通过固定胶40粘结于本体10上以进行预固定,随后通过折弯工艺将一体成型的本体10和折弯部20的半成品进行折弯,使刷毛30被夹持于本体10与折弯部20之间。除静电刷100的整个制造装配的过程简单易行。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种除静电刷,包括:
    本体,所述本体呈片状;
    折弯部,所述折弯部由所述本体的边缘弯折成型;以及
    刷毛,所述刷毛被夹持于所述本体与所述折弯部之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的除静电刷,其特征在于,所述本体与所述折弯部由一体冲压成型。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的除静电刷,其特征在于,还包括固定胶,所述刷毛通过所述固定胶粘接于所述本体上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的除静电刷,其特征在于,所述刷毛的数目有多根,多根所述刷毛间隔粘接于所述本体上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的除静电刷,其特征在于,多根所述刷毛之间的间距相等。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的除静电刷,其特征在于,所述本体粘接有所述固定胶的面积小于所述折弯部的面积。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的除静电刷,其特征在于,所述本体的厚度与所述折弯部的厚度相等。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的除静电刷,其特征在于,所述本体和所述折弯部均为导体。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的除静电刷,其特征在于,所述本体邻近所述折弯部的一端的宽度小于所述本体远离所述折弯部的一端。
