Abstract

L'invention a pour objet de fournir un article absorbant qui est facile à enfiler, dont un bord extrémité d'une feuille le configurant est peu susceptible de toucher la personne le portant, et qui présente ainsi un excellent confort. Cet article absorbant (1) est caractéristique en ce qu'il se divise en une région entrejambe (13) entre la paire de parties ouverture tour de jambes (11), et une région tour de tronc (15). Le corps de finition extérieur (4) est équipé, dans la région tour de tronc (15), d'une feuille côté interne (23) formant une face de contact avec la peau, d'une feuille côté externe (21), et d'une feuille intermédiaire (25) entre la feuille côté interne (23) et la feuille côté externe (21). La feuille côté externe (21) est repliée à partir de la feuille côté interne (23) au niveau de la partie ouverture tour de tronc (9), et la feuille intermédiaire (25) est repliée à partir de la feuille côté interne (23), au niveau d'un bord extrémité (20) de la feuille côté interne (23) côté opposé au bord extrémité formant la partie ouverture tour de tronc (9).
