本发明涉及尾气检测装置。
背景技术
现有尾气检测装置,包括金属壳体,金属壳体内部设有检测模块,检测模块包括用于存储试剂的试剂存储腔,通过试剂来检测待检物,试剂的性能会直接影响检测的稳定性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种尾气检测装置,其试剂存储腔的外表面附着防护膜,试剂存储腔具有优良的耐腐蚀、抗氧化、防静电、耐热、耐寒、耐候性能,保证试剂不受外部影响,保证检测的稳定性。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种尾气检测装置,包括金属壳体,该金属壳体内部设有检测模块,所述检测模块包括用于存储试剂的试剂存储腔,所述试剂存储腔的外表面附着防护膜,按重量份计,所述防护膜由以下组分组成:
1~2份木质素磺酸盐,1.4份乙撑基双硬脂酰胺,0.7份纤维水镁石,0.9份有机膨润土,0.3份铝渣微粉,0.7份云母粉,1.4份铁氰酸盐,1.7份石油磺酸钡,0.7份己基癸醇,12.6份石油树脂。
