本发明涉及废气检测装置。
背景技术
现有废气检测装置,包括金属壳体,金属壳体内部设有检测模块,检测模块包括用于存储试剂的试剂存储腔,通过试剂来检测待检物,试剂的性能会直接影响检测的稳定性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种废气检测装置,其试剂存储腔的外表面附着防护膜,试剂存储腔具有优良的耐腐蚀、抗氧化、防静电、耐热、耐寒、耐候性能,保证试剂不受外部影响,保证检测的稳定性。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种废气检测装置,包括金属壳体,该金属壳体内部设有检测模块,所述检测模块包括用于存储试剂的试剂存储腔,所述试剂存储腔的外表面附着防护膜,按重量份计,所述防护膜由以下组分组成:
1~2份正丁基萘磺酸钠,2.2份丙二醇甲醚醋酸,1.4份四丁基溴化铵,0.7份磷酸铝,0.9份开孔膨胀珍珠岩,0.3份脱硫灰渣,2.2份2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚,1.5份次氯酸钠,2.6份羟丙基甲基纤维素,10.8份丙烯酸树脂。
