本发明涉及加油计量检测装置。
背景技术
现有加油计量检测装置,包括金属壳体,该金属壳体内部设有检测模块,金属壳体的隔热、耐腐蚀、防静电、抗氧化、耐候性能,会直接影响其内部检测模块的性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种加油计量检测装置,其金属壳体表面附着防护膜,金属壳体具有优良的隔热、耐腐蚀、防静电、抗氧化、耐候性能,保证内部检测模块的稳定工作。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种加油计量检测装置,包括金属壳体,该金属壳体内部设有检测模块,所述金属壳体表面附着防护膜,按重量份计,所述防护膜由以下组分组成:
1~2份二丙二醇丁醚,0.8份γ-环氧丙基醚基三甲氧基硅烷,0.4份十二烯基丁二酸,1.2份苯乙烯,0.4份钛白粉,0.2份硫酸铝,0.3份正丁醇,1.3份聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚,7.7份聚酰胺树脂。
