背景技术
现有环境噪声监测装置,包括金属壳体,该金属壳体内部设有检测模块,金属壳体的隔热、耐腐蚀、防静电、抗氧化、耐候性能,会直接影响其内部检测模块的性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环境噪声监测装置,其金属壳体表面附着防护膜,金属壳体具有优良的隔热、耐腐蚀、防静电、抗氧化、耐候性能,保证内部检测模块的稳定工作。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种环境噪声监测装置,包括金属壳体,该金属壳体内部设有检测模块,所述金属壳体表面附着防护膜,按重量份计,所述防护膜由以下组分组成:
1~2份三聚磷酸钠,0.2份碳酸镁,0.6份丙烯酸辛酯,0.3份有机膨润土,0.2份水镁石,0.5份硅酸锂,1.8份三嗪类多羧酸化合物,6.6份氨基树脂。
