本发明的目的在于提供一种量具校正仪,其金属壳体表面附着防护膜,金属壳体具有优良的隔热、耐腐蚀、防静电、抗氧化、耐候性能,保证内部检测模块的稳定工作。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种量具校正仪,包括金属壳体,该金属壳体内部设有检测模块,所述金属壳体表面附着防护膜,按重量份计,所述防护膜由以下组分组成:
1~2份三羟甲丙烷三聚丙二醇醚,0.7份氯化月桂基三甲基铵,0.2份脱硫灰渣,0.9份聚二甲基硅氧烷,0.8份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,0.4份磷酸二氢铝,0.6份丙酸钠,1.2份碳酸锌,9.1份丁酸二甲基苄基原酯。
