背景技术
现有计量检测工具箱,包括金属壳体,该金属壳体内部设有检测模块,金属壳体的隔热、耐腐蚀、防静电、抗氧化、耐候性能,会直接影响其内部检测模块的性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种计量检测工具箱,其金属壳体表面附着防护膜,金属壳体具有优良的隔热、耐腐蚀、防静电、抗氧化、耐候性能,保证内部检测模块的稳定工作。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种计量检测工具箱,包括金属壳体,该金属壳体内部设有检测模块,所述金属壳体表面附着防护膜,按重量份计,所述防护膜由以下组分组成:
1~2份聚四亚甲基醚二醇,0.9份异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚,0.2份甲基三乙氧基硅烷,1.6份苯二甲酸二丁酯,0.3份二氧化硅,0.9份二氧化硅,0.3份膨胀珍珠岩,0.4份丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯,7.1份丙烯酸树脂。
