[0001] 本发明涉及空调系统技术领域, 更具体地说, 涉及一种适用于 19英寸标准机柜 的内置式空调内机。
背景技术
[0002] 随着中小企业机房和数据中心机房的发展, 越来越多的空调用户都希望机架供 应商能够提供除服务器主机外的一体化解决方案; 希望能够将网络机柜、 配电 、 监控、 空调制冷等集成化设计, 提高机房的适用性和扩容性。
[0003] 目前机架式网络机柜基本都是幵放型的, 将空调内机直接置于 19英寸标准机柜 的应用比较少, 多数还是采用背板或侧板换热, 或者采用壁挂方式, 在机柜门 上壁挂换热器进行气流换热; 而且目前的应用主要存在以下几点不足 1、 空调不 能直接安装到 19英寸标准安装立柱机柜内或者是安装位置尺寸受限; 2、 出风导 风格栅过于简单, 易受压损坏或变形; 3、 主要还是局限于定频应用; 4、 单机 风量不足, 机柜内局部热点现象比较明显; 5、 机柜内排水不畅。

[0006] 优选地, 所述空调内机包括内机主体、 安装在所述内机主体出风口的导风格栅 、 设置在所述内机主体内的蒸发器、 多个并排放置的风机以及安装在回风口的 回风过滤网; 所述蒸发器与所述风机之间隔着一层隔板, 所述风机安装在所述 隔板靠近所述回风口的一侧。

[0020] 出风口的外侧两边分别设置有安装板 8, 安装板 8上还设有 2个安装孔 7, 安装板 8和安装孔 7用于将空调内机安装在机柜 9内。 安装孔 7的个数也可根据实际需要 设置, 但不得少于 2个。
[0021] 如图 3所示, 内机主体的出风口安装有导风格栅 3、 回风口安装有回风过滤网 5 , 内机主体 4内设置有蒸发器 1、 风机 2, 蒸发器 1与风机 2之间隔着一层隔板 6, 风机 2安装在隔板 6靠近回风口的一侧。
[0022] 导风格栅 3按照向内机主体 4内部凸进的模式设计, 有效避免导风格栅 3在安装 或者运输过程中因碰撞挤压等导致变形或断裂, 也有效避免在加工过程中对人 员的伤害。 根据导风格栅 3安装方式的不同, 格栅片可以上下或左右摇摆以调整 送风方向: 当格栅片垂直于水平地面吋, 可以左右摇摆; 当格栅片平行于水平 地面吋, 可以上下摇摆。 可以理解的, 也可将导风格栅更换成导风罩进行送风
[0023] 蒸发器 1可按一字型倾斜或者垂直放置, 实际应用吋, 可结合内机主体内的气 流分布, 采用不同的布置方式。 蒸发器 1的下端设有接水盘 10, 用于接收从蒸发 器流下的冷凝水, 接水盘 10的底部设有 4个出水孔。
[0024] 内机主体外还设有接水盒 (图中未示出) , 接水盒位于出水孔的下方。 接水盘 10内的冷凝水通过出水孔独立排出到接水盒中, 然后再引到机柜外, 避免空调 内机排水不畅。 在其他实施例中, 也可以根据实际需要增加水泵排水。
[0025] 风机 2优选地设计成多个小轴流离心风机并排模式, 有利于减少空调内机局部 热点现象。 风机 2的出风方式可以设计成水平出风, 也可以设计成垂直向上送风 模式或者向下送风模式。
[0026] 在空调内机的出风口或回风口安装有多个温湿度检测传感器, 以保证所处的机 柜内的环境温度处于一个稳定可控状态, 降低机柜内温度过高的风险。
