本发明涉及无线传屏领域,尤其涉及传屏软件的传输方法、传屏方法、设备及数据传输系统。
背景技术
无线传屏技术是通过无线网络将源设备的视频、音频等各类多媒体信息传给中间的无线传屏设备,再通过该无线传屏设备转发到显示设备上显示出来,从而实现了内容分享、多屏互动。然而,在源设备或显示设备与无线传屏设备初次连接时,需要下载无线传屏软件。现有技术下,无线传屏软件的下载方法主要包括直接下载方法和网络地址下载方法。直接下载方法是把无线传屏设备接入源设备整机或显示设备整机,读取存储在无线传屏设备中的无线传屏软件;网络地址下载方法是在源设备或显示设备与无线传屏设备连接之后,源设备或显示设备的屏幕弹出一个网络地址,点击网络地址下载无线传屏软件。例如,在一次10人会议中,主讲端(即源设备)需要通过中间无线传屏设备将数据文件分享到其他9个客户端(即显示设备)进行显示,当主讲端和9个客户端与无线传屏设备都是初次连接时,全部需要下载无线传屏软件。如果是直接下载方法,则需要依次将无线传屏设备接入10个设备整机,读取无线传屏软件,然后进行安装或运行;如果是网络地址下载方法,则分别在10个设备与无线传屏设备配对连接时,这10个设备的屏幕上会弹出一个网络地址,连接互联网后,点击进入该网络地址下载无线传屏软件,然后进行安装或运行。
发明人在实施本发明的过程中,发现现有的无线传屏软件的下载方法存在以下缺点:1、直接下载方法需要依次将无线传屏设备接入至少一个设备整机上,以实现无线传屏软件的下载,该方法麻烦且耗时;2、网络地址下载方法虽然克 服了直接下载方法的缺点,但是,在没有连接互联网的情况下,无法下载无线传屏软件。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明实施例的多个方面提供一种传屏软件的传输方法、传屏方法、设备及数据传输系统,通过无线局域网即可方便快捷地传输无线传屏软件给终端,且能使得多个终端可同时下载无线传屏软件,提高传屏效率。
本发明实施例的一个方面提供一种传屏软件的传输方法,包括如下步骤:
接收无线传屏设备通过无线局域网广播的握手信号;其中,所述握手信号用于指示需要下载无线传屏软件的终端返回应答信号;
在确定本终端需要下载无线传屏软件之后,向所述无线传屏设备返回应答信号,以使所述无线传屏设备从本地存储器中读取无线传屏软件,并传输给本终端;
接收所述无线传屏设备传输的所述无线传屏软件。
作为上述方案的改进,在接收所述无线传屏设备传输的所述无线传屏软件之后,还包括:
运行所述无线传屏软件;或者,对所述无线传屏软件进行安装,再运行所述无线传屏软件。本发明实施例的另一个方面提供一种终端,包括:

本发明实施例提供的传屏软件的传输方法、传屏方法、设备及数据传输系 统,具有如下有益效果:一个或多个终端通过无线局域网与无线传屏设备连接,且无线传屏设备通过无线局域网广播握手信号,以通知周围的需要下载无线传屏软件的终端返回应答信号;当无线传屏设备接收到终端返回的应答信号之后,从本地存储器中读取无线传屏软件,并传输给该终端,以使得该终端后续可启动所述无线传屏软件进行传屏。采用本发明实施例,通过无线局域网即可方便快捷地传输无线传屏软件给终端;尤其是有多个终端需要进行传屏时,那么在进行传屏之前,每一个终端均可采用本发明提供的传屏软件的传输方法快速地完成传屏软件的下载,且多个终端可同时下载无线传屏软件,互不干扰,大大提高传屏软件的传输效率,从而能够迅速进行传屏。

本发明提供一种传屏软件的传输方法,可由第一终端来执行,或者由配置在第一终端侧的装置来执行,包括步骤S11~S13,具体如下:
S11,接收无线传屏设备通过无线局域网广播的握手信号。
其中,所述握手信号用于指示需要下载无线传屏软件的终端返回应答信号。
优选的,所述无线局域网为WIFI无线网络或蓝牙网络。
S12,在确定本终端需要下载无线传屏软件之后,向所述无线传屏设备返回应答信号,以使所述无线传屏设备从本地存储器中读取无线传屏软件,并传输给本终端。
优选的,为提供可靠无误的数据传输,所述步骤S11和S12在具体实施时,采用3次信号交互实现所述终端与无线传屏设备之间的数据传输层的软件协议,请一并参阅图2,协议的原理为:
当所述终端要接收数据(例如,接收无线传屏软件安装包)时,等待所述无线传屏设备发出的握手信号;其中,所述握手信号中添加用于指示终端是否需要下载无线传屏软件的信息;所述终端接收到握手信号时,屏幕上弹出一个提示框,提示所述终端是否需要下载无线传屏软件;所述终端接收到用户选择的确定下载的指令后,生成应答信号返回给所述无线传屏设备,等待所述无线传屏设备的确认信号;所述终端接收到确认信号后,随即开始接收数据。至此,3次信号交互完成,所述终端与无线传屏设备之间可实现数据的同步传输。
可以理解的是,当所述终端接收到用户选择的不需要下载的指令时,则所述终端不会生成应答信号,也就不会接收到所述无线传屏设备发送的确认信号和数据。
S13,接收所述无线传屏设备传输的所述无线传屏软件。
在具体实施时,在所述步骤S13之后还包括:
S14,运行所述无线传屏软件;或者,对所述无线传屏软件进行安装,再运行所述无线传屏软件。所述无线传屏软件可以为绿色软件,也可以为非绿色软件。
其中;所述绿色软件又称为便携软件,它不需要安装,可以直接运行,不向非自身所在目录外的目录进行任何写操作,移除后不会将任何纪录(注册表信息等)留在所述终端;所述非绿色软件通常需要安装后才能运行,这些可根据实际的需要进行设置,本发明不做具体的限定。
常见的非绿色软件的安装过程是:下载整个程序安装包;运行安装程序安装。在安装过程中又有配置环境变量、安装服务程序等过程。优选的,对所述无线传屏软件的安装采用并行安装,即边下载边安装,比如,先下载配置环境文件,然后安装;在连续的下载中,完成一个程序安装包的下载,便安装该程序安装包;直到下载完最后一个程序安装包,安装完成。
在具体实施当中,优选的,上述传屏软件的传输方法可由第一终端来执行。在第一终端需要通过无线传屏设备进行传屏之前,通过无线局域网即可方便快捷地下载无线传屏软件。需要说明的是,如有多个终端需要通过无线传屏设备进行传屏,那么在进行传屏之前,每一个终端均可采用本发明提供的传屏软件的安装方法快速地完成传屏软件的下载,且多个终端可同时下载无线传屏软件,互不干扰,大大提高传屏软件的传输效率,从而能够迅速进行传屏。

可以理解的是,当所述终端接收到用户选择的不需要下载的指令时,则所述无线传屏设备不会接收到所述终端返回的应答信号,也就不会发送确认信号和数据给所述终端。

具体实施时,可采用ping命令(Packet Internet Groper,因特网包探索器)获取所述第一终端所使用的操作系统。其中,ping命令一般用来检查网络是否 通畅或者网络连接速度的命令,在本发明实施例中利用它来获取所述第一终端的操作系统的原理是:网络上的机器都有唯一确定的IP(Internet Protocol,网协)地址;当所述无线传屏设备给所述第一终端发送一个数据包,所述第一终端就要返回一个数据包;根据返回的数据包中TTL(Time To Live,生存时间)的返回值可以初步判断所述第一终端的操作系统,比如,TTL=32表示操作系统可能是win98,TTL=128表示操作系统可能是win2000,TTL=250表示操作系统可能是Unix。需要注意的是,由于TTL的值是可以被修改的,因此利用ping命令获取所述第一终端的操作系统,前提是所述第一终端所使用的操作系统的TTL的值没有被修改过。
此外,还可以利用多种工具实现获取所述第一终端的操作系统,例如,nmap(Network Mapper),它是一个网络连接端扫描软件,用来扫描网上机器开放的网络连接端,可以确定运行在连接端的服务,并且推断出计算机运行的操作系统,是网络管理员必用的软件之一。
在具体实施当中,优选的,上述传屏软件的传输方法可由无线传屏设备来执行。无线传屏设备通过无线局域网即可方便快捷地传输无线传屏软件给第一终端,以使得第一终端后续可启动无线传屏软件进行传屏。需要说明的是,如有多个终端需要通过无线传屏设备进行传屏,那么在进行传屏之前,无线传屏设备可采用本发明提供的传屏软件的安装方法向多个终端传输无线传屏软件,以使得多个终端可同时下载无线传屏软件,互不干扰,大大提高传屏软件的传输效率,从而能够迅速进行传屏。

下面以将本发明应用于电子会议系统中为例,对本发明的一个应用场景进行举例说明。
例如,在一次10人会议中,主讲端(即第一终端)和其他9个听讲端(即第二终端)通过内部局域网与无线传屏设备匹配连接;建立连接后,所述主讲端和9个听讲端屏幕上弹出提示框以提示是否需要下载无线传屏软件;当所述主讲端和9个听讲端均接收到参会人员选择的确认下载的指令后,生成应答信号返回给所述无线传屏设备;所述无线传屏设备从本地存储器中读取无线传屏软件,向所述主讲端和9个听讲端传送所述无线传屏软件;所述主讲端和9个听讲端下载所述无线传屏软件;所述主讲端在启动所述无线传屏软件后,将会议内容传送给所述无线传屏设备;所述无线传屏设备接收到所述主讲端的传送的所述会议内容之后,转发给其他9个听讲端;所述9个听讲端接收到所述会 议内容后进行处理。采用本发明实施例,可以大大提高会议系统的传屏效率。

本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种传屏软件的传输方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    接收无线传屏设备通过无线局域网广播的握手信号;其中,所述握手信号用于指示需要下载无线传屏软件的终端返回应答信号;
    在确定本终端需要下载无线传屏软件之后,向所述无线传屏设备返回应答信号,以使所述无线传屏设备从本地存储器中读取无线传屏软件,并传输给本终端;
    接收所述无线传屏设备传输的所述无线传屏软件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的传屏软件的传输方法,其特征在于,在接收所述无线传屏设备传输的所述无线传屏软件之后,还包括:
    运行所述无线传屏软件;或者,对所述无线传屏软件进行安装,再运行所述无线传屏软件。
  3. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:
    信号接收单元,用于接收无线传屏设备通过无线局域网广播的握手信号;其中,所述握手信号用于指示需要下载无线传屏软件的终端返回应答信号;
    应答单元,用于在确定本终端需要下载无线传屏软件之后,向所述无线传屏设备返回应答信号,以使所述无线传屏设备从本地存储器中读取无线传屏软件,并传输给本终端;
    软件接收单元,用于接收所述无线传屏设备传输的所述无线传屏软件。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的终端,其特征在于,所述终端还包括:
    执行单元,用于运行所述无线传屏软件;或者,用于对所述无线传屏软件进行安装,再运行所述无线传屏软件。
  5. 一种传屏软件的传输方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    通过无线局域网广播握手信号,以指示需要下载无线传屏软件的终端返回应答信号;
    接收第一终端返回的应答信号;
    从本地存储器中读取无线传屏软件,并传输给所述第一终端。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的传屏软件的传输方法,其特征在于,在所述接收第一终端返回的应答信号之后,还包括:
    获取所述第一终端所使用的操作系统的版本信息;
    则所述从本地存储器中读取无线传屏软件,并传输给所述第一终端,具体包括:
    从本地存储器中存储的多个分别支持不同操作系统的无线传屏软件中,选取与所述第一终端所使用的操作系统的版本信息相匹配的一个无线传屏软件,并传输给所述第一终端。
  7. 一种无线传屏设备,其特征在于,包括:
    广播单元,用于通过无线局域网广播握手信号,以指示需要下载无线传屏软件的终端返回应答信号;
    应答接收单元,用于接收第一终端返回的应答信号;
    软件传输单元,用于从本地存储器中读取无线传屏软件,并传输给所述第一终端。
  8. 如权利要求7所述无线传屏设备,其特征在于,所述无线传屏设备还包括:
    版本获取单元,用于在接收到第一设备返回的应答信号之后,获取所述第一终端所使用的操作系统的版本信息;
    则所述软件传输单元具体用于:从本地存储器中存储的多个分别支持不同操作系统的无线传屏软件中,选取与所述第一终端所使用的操作系统的版本信 息相匹配的一个无线传屏软件,并传输给所述第一终端。
  9. 一种传屏方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    无线传屏设备通过无线局域网广播握手信号,以指示需要下载无线传屏软件的终端返回应答信号;
    第一终端接收所述握手信号,并在确定本终端需要下载无线传屏软件之后,向所述无线传屏设备返回应答信号;
    所述无线传屏设备在接收到所述应答信号之后,从本地存储器中读取无线传屏软件,并传输给所述第一终端;
    所述第一终端接收所述无线传屏软件,并在启动所述无线传屏软件后,将数据文件发送给所述无线传屏设备;
    所述无线传屏设备接收到所述数据文件后,将所述数据文件转发给第二终端进行处理。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的传屏方法,其特征在于,所述无线传屏设备在接收到所述应答信号之后,从本地存储器中读取无线传屏软件,并传输给所述第一终端,具体包括:
    所述无线传屏设备在接收到所述应答信号之后,获取所述第一终端所使用的操作系统的版本信息;
    从本地存储器中存储的多个分别支持不同操作系统的无线传屏软件中,选取与所述第一终端所使用的操作系统的版本信息相匹配的一个无线传屏软件,并传输给所述第一终端。
  11. 一种数据传输系统,其特征在于,包括第一终端和无线传屏设备;
    所述第一终端是如权利要求3或4所述的终端;
    所述无线传屏设备是如权利要求7或8所述的无线传屏设备。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的数据传输系统,其特征在于,所述数据传输系统还包括第二终端;
    所述第一终端还包括数据发送单元,用于在启动所述无线传屏软件后,将数据文件发送给所述无线传屏设备;
    所述无线传屏设备还包括数据转发单元,用于接收所述第一终端发来的数据文件后,将所述数据文件转发给所述第二终端;
    所述第二终端用于对所述数据文件进行处理。
