本申请要求于2015年12月10日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510908827.7的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明实施例涉及通信技术领域,具体地,涉及一种视频分享方法、以及一种用户设备。
背景技术
视频分享就是用户将自己偏好的视频分享给其他用户观看,并以此来增加人与人之间的交流,同时将增加视频的点播量,使更多用户观看该视频。在现有技术中,用户一般通过手机号、微信、微博、QQ等的用户具有的账号将视频分享给其他用户。
而现有技术中的这些方法不能将视频分享给不具有上述账号的其他用户,例如用户刚认识的其他用户并不是这些账号中的朋友,则用户很难将视频分享给该其他用户。
发明内容
针对现有技术中缺少一种能够不通过用户账号就可以快速、方便地分享视频的技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种视频分享方法,该方法包括:采集用户选择的将要分享的视频信息;生成与该视频信息对应的声波信号;以及发送所述声波信号。
相应地,本发明实施例还提供了一种用户设备,该用户设备包括:采集模块,用于采集用户选择的将要分享的视频信息;声波信号生成模块,用 于生成与该视频信息对应的声波信号;以及发送模块,用于发送所述声波信号。
此外,本发明实施例还提供了一种视频分享方法,该方法包括:接收与用户选择的将要分享的视频信息对应的声波信号;以及根据接收到的所述声波信号解析出对应的视频信息。
相应地,本发明实施例还提供了一种用户设备,该用户设备包括:接收模块,用于接收与用户选择的将要分享的视频信息对应的声波信号;以及解析模块,用于根据接收到的所述声波信号解析出对应的视频信息。
采用本发明实施例提供的视频分享方法以及用户设备,通过首先采集用户选择的将要分享的视频信息,之后生成与该视频信息对应的声波信号,然后发送所述声波信号,能够实现通过声波的方式快速地、方便地分享视频,而不必局限于必须通过用户已有账号进行分享,提高了用户体验。

下面将举例说明本发明的思想,但应当理解的这些示例为非局限性示例,本发明的保护范围不限于此:
为了更加清楚地说明本发明的思想,以第一用户设备100作为发送端示例,以第二用户设备200作为接收端示例,并以第一用户设备100和第二用户设备200之间的交互过程为例进行详细地说明。图1是根据本发明的一种实施方式的两个用户设备之间进行视频分享交互过程的示意图。其中,虚线表示两个用户设备之间的视频分享流,所述第一用户设备100和第二用户设备200可以分别被配置成本发明所提供的发送端和接收端用户设备。应该理解的是所述第一用户设备100和第二用户设备200可以为移动电话、计算机、平板电脑等设备。
图2是根据本发明的一种实施方式的发送端侧的用户设备的结构示意图。如图2所示,用户设备(例如第一用户设备100)可以包括:采集模块11,用于采集用户选择的将要分享的视频信息;声波信号生成模块12,用于生成与该视频信息对应的声波信号;以及发送模块13,用于发送所述声 波信号。采用这样的配置,可以实现将想要分享的视频信息发送出去。其中,所述视频信息包括视频地址。一个例子是所述发送模块还可以发送传输所述声波信号的请求,以及在接收到响应于所述请求的肯定应答的情况下发送所述声波信号。其中,所述发送模块为扬声器。
相应地,图3是根据本发明的一种实施方式的接收端侧的用户设备的结构示意图,如图3所示,用户设备(例如第二用户设备200)可以包括:接收模块21,用于接收与用户选择的将要分享的视频信息对应的声波信号;以及解析模块22,用于根据接收到的所述声波信号解析出对应的视频信息。例如,所述接收模块可以为麦克风。采用这样的配置,可以实现接收除自己之外的他人分享的视频信息并进行观看。
举例来说,在发送端侧,当第一用户设备100想要将某个视频A分享给其他人时(例如分享给第二用户设备200),则第一用户设备100的采集模块11可以采集第一用户设备100的用户选择的将要分享的视频信息,例如所述视频信息为该某个视频A的视频地址,其中采集视频地址的过程与现有技术类似(即提取视频A的IP地址),为了不混淆本发明的保护范围,在此不再赘述。之后,第一用户设备100的声波信号生成模块12可以生成与该视频信息对应的声波信号(例如将视频地址的数字信号转换为模拟信号)。接着,将该声波信号通过发送模块13发送给第二用户设备200,例如通过第一用户设备100的扬声器将该声波信号发送给第二用户设备200。
在接收端侧,第二用户设备200的接收模块21可以(例如,在一定范围内)接收第一用户设备100发送的声波信号,例如通过第二用户设备200的麦克风接收所述声波信号。之后,第二用户设备200的解析模块22可以根据接收到的声波信号解析出对应的视频信息,例如将视频A的视频地址解析出来。例如,将该视频地址显示在第二用户设备200的显示屏上,通过点击该视频地址即可以播放该视频。采用这样的实施方式,即可以实现一个用 户通过声波的方式将视频快速地、方便地分享给在其附近的另一个用户,而无需通过用户的第三方账号(例如,注册的手机号、微信、微博、QQ等)。
更为人性化地,考虑到第二用户设备200有可能不希望接收分享的视频,或当下不方便接收该分享(例如用户设备需要充电或正在通话中等),本发明所提供的用户设备的发送模块(例如第一用户设备100的发送模块13)还可以被配置成先向所述第二用户设备200发送传输所述声波信号的请求(例如“**设备向您发送视频分享,是否接收?”)。如果第二用户设备200想要接收,则其将响应(例如肯定应答“是”)所述请求。此时,第一用户设备100的发送模块13在接收到所述第二用户设备200响应于所述请求的肯定应答的情况下,才将所述声波信号发送给所述第二用户设备200。

  1. 一种视频分享方法,包括:
    采集用户选择的将要分享的视频信息;
    生成与该视频信息对应的声波信号;以及
    发送所述声波信号。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,,发送传输所述声波信号的请求,以及在接收到响应于所述请求的肯定应答的情况下,发送所述声波信号。
  3. 一种用户设备,包括:
    采集模块,用于采集用户选择的将要分享的视频信息;
    声波信号生成模块,用于生成与该视频信息对应的声波信号;以及
    发送模块,用于发送所述声波信号。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用户设备,所述视频信息包括视频地址。

    接收模块,用于接收与用户选择的将要分享的视频信息对应的声波信号;以及
    解析模块,用于根据接收到的所述声波信号解析出对应的视频信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的用户设备,所述视频信息包括视频地址。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的用户设备,所述接收模块为麦克风。
