本发明又提供了一种移动终端丢失后数据回传装置,包括:一个或者多个处理器;存储器;一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序存储在所述存储器中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器执行时,进行如下操作:获取用于表征移动终端处于丢失状态的触发信息;根据触发信息开启移动终端的麦克风,获取周围环境的音频数据;判断所述音频数据的音量是否超过预设音频阈值;如果判断所述音频数据的音量超过所述预设音频阈值,则录制第一预设时长的所述音频数据;判断是否存在第一网络连接;如果存在第一网络连接,则通过所述第一网络连接回传所述音频数据。
所述的移动终端丢失后数据回传装置,如果判断不存在第一网络连接,则等待建立第一网络连接。
所述的移动终端丢失后数据回传装置,如果等待第二预设时长后不存在第一网络连接,则开启第二网络连接,通过所述第二网络连接回传所述音频数据。
所述的移动终端丢失后数据回传装置,在所述获取用于表征移动终端处于丢失状态的触发信息之后,还包括:根据触发信息锁定移动终端,以使移动终端不被非法操作使用。
本发明技术方案,具有如下优点:
本发明实施例提供的移动终端丢失后数据回传方法、装置及系统,由于在获取周围环境的音频数据音量超过预设音频阈值时,录制第一预设时长的音频数据,并通过第一网络连接回传音频数据,由此,实现了移动终 端在丢失后能够回传音频数据,该音频数据能够表征移动终端所处环境,为追踪移动终端提供了参考依据。
作为优选的技术方案,根据触发信息锁定移动终端,以使移动终端不被非法操作使用,从而能够防止移动终端被不期望地操作使用,提高了移动终端隐私数据的安全性。

下面将结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
此外,下面所描述的本发明不同实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互结合。
实施例1
请参考图1,为本实施公开的一种移动终端丢失后数据回传系统示意,在移动终端1丢失后,用户可以通过数据接收端2来获取移动终端1回传的数据。该移动终端丢失后数据回传系统包括数据接收端2和服务器3,请参考图2,为该移动终端丢失后数据回传系统时序示意图,下面结合图1和图2对本实施例公开的移动终端丢失后数据回传系统进行说明:
步骤S21,数据接收端2向服务器3发送用于表征移动终端1处于丢失状态的触发信息。在具体实施例中,所发送的触发信息应至少包括带有移动终端1能够执行相关操作的控制命令,当然,触发信息还可以包括文字信息、图像信息、语音信息等语义信息。在具体实施例中,数据接收端2可以是手机、平板电脑、计算机等能够与服务器3联网的设备。需要说明 的是,在具体实施时,用户可以通过账号绑定自己的多台移动终端1,当其中一台移动终端1丢失时,用户可以通过在绑定的帐号中选择出该移动终端1,并通过数据接收端2向服务器3发送该丢失移动终端1的触发信息。
步骤S31,在移动终端1处于联网状态时,服务器3向移动终端1发送触发信息。需要说明的是,为了实现移动终端1与服务器3之间的通讯,移动终端1应处于联网状态,具体地,联网可以是通过移动网络联网,也可以通过WiFi等无线网络联网。
步骤S11,移动终端1根据触发信息开启移动终端的麦克风,录制第一预设时长音量超过预设音频阈值的音频数据。在具体实施例中,预设音频阈值可以根据经验预设在移动终端;也可以由用户在数据接收端2中设置,并由触发信息承载发送给移动终端1。在录制了音频数据后,可以存储于移动终端的存储单元中。
步骤S12,如果移动终端1与服务器3之间存在第一网络连接,则移动终端1通过第一网络连接向服务器3发送音频数据。在本实施例中,第一网络连接可以为WiFi、蓝牙等无线通讯网络。
步骤S32,服务器3将音频数据发送给数据接收端2。至此,数据接收端2根据接收到的音频数据可以向用户呈现出移动终端1当前所处环境。
通常移动终端1可能所处的环境中并无第一网络连接,为不影响移动终端1的数据回传,在优选的实施例中,该移动终端丢失后数据回传系统还可以包括如下步骤:
步骤S13,如果移动终端1等待第二预设时长后不存在第一网络连接,则开启第二网络连接,通过第二网络连接向服务器3发送音频数据。在具体实施例中,第二预设时长可以根据经验确定,通常,该第二预设时长不宜过长,以防止移动终端发生不被期望的移动。在本实施例中,第二网络连接可以为移动终端所属运营商的移动网络,例如中国移动、中国电信、中国联通等,当然,也可以是其它国家、地区的运营商提供的移动网络。
本发明实施例提供的移动终端丢失后数据回传系统,由于在获取周围环境的音频数据音量超过预设音频阈值时,录制第一预设时长的音频数据,并通过第一网络连接回传音频数据,由此,实现了移动终端在丢失后能够回传音频数据,该音频数据能够表征移动终端所处环境,为追踪移动终端提供了参考依据。
作为优选的技术方案,当第一网络连接不存在时,采用第二网络连接向服务器发送音频数据,进一步确保了音频数据回传的及时性。
实施例2
请参考图3,为本实施例公开的一种移动终端丢失后数据回传方法流程图,该移动终端丢失后数据回传方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S100,获取用于表征移动终端处于丢失状态的触发信息。在具体实施例中,所获取的触发信息应至少包括带有移动终端能够执行相关操作的控制命令,当然,触发信息还可以包括文字信息、图像信息、语音信息等语义信息。
步骤S200,根据触发信息开启移动终端的麦克风,获取周围环境的音频数据。在具体实施例中,获取到触发信息后,可以将麦克风保持在开启状态,以实时获取周围环境的音频数据,从而实时监听周围环境的音频信息。
步骤S300,判断音频数据的音量是否超过预设音频阈值。在具体实施例中,预设音频阈值可以根据经验预设在移动终端;也可以由用户在数据接收端中设置,并由触发信息承载发送给移动终端。如果判断出音频数据的音量超过预设音频阈值,则执行步骤S400,如果判断出音频数据的音量未超过预设音频阈值,则继续获取音频数据。
步骤S400,录制第一预设时长的所述音频数据。第一预设时长可以根据经验来确定,可以预设在移动终端;也可以由用户在数据接收端中设置,并由触发信息承载发送给移动终端。在本实施例中,在录制了音频数据后,可以存储于移动终端的存储单元中。
步骤S500,判断是否存在第一网络连接。在本实施例中,第一网络连接可以为WiFi、蓝牙等无线通讯网络。通常,当第一网络连接(例如WiFi)的开关开启后,会自动搜索周围的第一网络接入点。如果存在第一网络连接,则执行步骤S600。
步骤S600,通过第一网络连接回传音频数据。从而实现了移动终端周围环境的音频数据回传给客户指定的数据接收端。
在以具体实施例中,如果步骤S500判断不存在第一网络连接,则等 待建立第一网络连接。在优选的实施例中,如果等待第二预设时长后不存在第一网络连接,则执行步骤S700。
步骤S700,开启第二网络连接,通过第二网络连接回传音频数据。在具体实施例中,第二预设时长可以根据经验确定,通常,该第二预设时长不宜过长,以防止移动终端发生不被期望的移动。在本实施例中,第二网络连接可以为移动终端所属运营商的移动网络,例如中国移动、中国电信、中国联通等,当然,也可以是其它国家、地区的运营商提供的移动网络。
为了防止移动终端被不期望地操作使用,提高了移动终端隐私数据的安全性,在优选的实施例中,在获取用于表征移动终端处于丢失状态的触发信息之后,还包括:根据追踪信息锁定移动终端,以使移动终端不被非法操作使用。本实施例中,并不限制本步骤与步骤S200之间的执行先后顺序。
本实施例还公开了一种移动终端丢失后数据回传装置,请参考图4,该移动终端丢失后数据回传装置包括:触发信息获取单元100、音频数据获取单元200、第一判断单元300、录制单元400、第二判断单元500和回传单元600,其中:
触发信息获取单元100用于获取用于表征移动终端处于丢失状态的触发信息;音频数据获取单元200用于根据触发信息开启移动终端的麦克风,获取周围环境的音频数据;第一判断单元300用于判断音频数据的音量是否超过预设音频阈值;录制单元400用于如果判断音频数据的音量超过预设音频阈值,则录制第一预设时长的音频数据;第二判断单元500用于判 断是否存在第一网络连接;回传单元600用于如果存在第一网络连接,则通过第一网络连接回传音频数据。
在优选的实施例中,如果判断不存在第一网络连接,则等待建立第一网络连接。
在优选的实施例中,该移动终端丢失后数据回传装置还包括:第二网络建立单元,用于如果等待第二预设时长后不存在第一网络连接,则开启第二网络连接,通过第二网络连接回传音频数据。
在优选的实施例中,该移动终端丢失后数据回传装置还包括:锁定单元,用于根据触发信息锁定移动终端,以使移动终端不被非法操作使用。
本发明实施例提供的移动终端丢失后数据回传方法、装置,由于在获取周围环境的音频数据音量超过预设音频阈值时,录制第一预设时长的音频数据,并通过第一网络连接回传音频数据,由此,实现了移动终端在丢失后能够回传音频数据,该音频数据能够表征移动终端所处环境,为追踪移动终端提供了参考依据。
作为优选的实施例,当等待第二预设时长后依旧不存在第一网络连接,则改用第二网络连接回传音频数据,从而提高了音频数据回传的及时性。
作为优选的实施例,根据触发信息锁定移动终端,以使移动终端不被非法操作使用,从而能够防止移动终端被不期望地操作使用,提高了移动终端隐私数据的安全性。
实施例3
本实施例的一种移动终端丢失后数据回传装置,包括:一个或者多个处理器800;存储器700;一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序存储在所述存储器700中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器800执行时,进行如下操作:获取用于表征移动终端处于丢失状态的触发信息;根据触发信息开启移动终端的麦克风,获取周围环境的音频数据;判断所述音频数据的音量是否超过预设音频阈值;如果判断所述音频数据的音量超过所述预设音频阈值,则录制第一预设时长的所述音频数据;判断是否存在第一网络连接;如果存在第一网络连接,则通过所述第一网络连接回传所述音频数据。具体为如图5所示可以包括一个处理器800,如图6所示可以包括二个处理器800。
所述的移动终端丢失后数据回传装置,优选为,如果判断不存在第一网络连接,则等待建立第一网络连接。
所述的移动终端丢失后数据回传装置,优选为,如果等待第二预设时长后不存在第一网络连接,则开启第二网络连接,通过所述第二网络连接回传所述音频数据。
所述的移动终端丢失后数据回传装置,优选为,在所述获取用于表征移动终端处于丢失状态的触发信息之后,还包括:根据触发信息锁定移动终端,以使移动终端不被非法操作使用。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种移动终端丢失后数据回传方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取用于表征移动终端处于丢失状态的触发信息;
    根据触发信息开启移动终端的麦克风,获取周围环境的音频数据;判断所述音频数据的音量是否超过预设音频阈值;
    如果判断所述音频数据的音量超过所述预设音频阈值,则录制第一预设时长的所述音频数据;
    判断是否存在第一网络连接;
    如果存在第一网络连接,则通过所述第一网络连接回传所述音频数据。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的移动终端丢失后数据回传方法,其特征在于,如果判断不存在第一网络连接,则等待建立第一网络连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的移动终端丢失后数据回传方法,其特征在于,如果等待第二预设时长后不存在第一网络连接,则开启第二网络连接,通过所述第二网络连接回传所述音频数据。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任意一项所述的移动终端丢失后数据回传方法,其特征在于,在所述获取用于表征移动终端处于丢失状态的触发信息之后,还包括:根据触发信息锁定移动终端,以使移动终端不被非法操作使用。
  5. 一种移动终端丢失后数据回传装置,其特征在于,包括:
    触发信息获取单元,用于获取用于表征移动终端处于丢失状态的触发信息;
    音频数据获取单元,用于根据触发信息开启移动终端的麦克风,获取周围环境的音频数据;
    第一判断单元,用于判断所述音频数据的音量是否超过预设音频阈值;
    录制单元,用于如果判断所述音频数据的音量超过所述预设音频阈值,则录制第一预设时长的所述音频数据;
    第二判断单元,用于判断是否存在第一网络连接;
    回传单元,用于如果存在第一网络连接,则通过所述第一网络连接回传所述音频数据。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的移动终端丢失后数据回传装置,其特征在于,如果判断不存在第一网络连接,则等待建立第一网络连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的移动终端丢失后数据回传装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    第二网络建立单元,用于如果等待第二预设时长后不存在第一网络连接,则开启第二网络连接,通过所述第二网络连接回传所述音频数据。
  8. 如权利要求5-7任意一项所述的移动终端丢失后数据回传装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    锁定单元,用于根据触发信息锁定移动终端,以使移动终端不被非法操作使用。
  9. 一种移动终端丢失后数据回传系统,其特征在于,包括:
    数据接收端向服务器发送用于表征移动终端处于丢失状态的触发信息;
    在所述移动终端处于联网状态时,所述服务器向所述移动终端发送所述触发信息;
    所述移动终端根据触发信息开启移动终端的麦克风,录制第一预设时长音量超过所述预设音频阈值的音频数据;
    如果所述移动终端与所述服务器之间存在第一网络连接,则所述移动终端通过第一网络连接向所述服务器发送所述音频数据;
    所述服务器将所述音频数据发送给所述数据接收端。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的移动终端丢失后数据回传系统,其特征在于,如果所述移动终端等待第二预设时长后不存在第一网络连接,则开启第二网络连接,通过所述第二网络连接向所述服务器发送所述音频数据。
  11. 一种移动终端丢失后数据回传装置,其特征在于,包括:一个或者多个处理器;
    存储器;
    一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序存储在所述存储器中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器执行时,进行如下操作:
    获取用于表征移动终端处于丢失状态的触发信息;
    根据触发信息开启移动终端的麦克风,获取周围环境的音频数据;
    判断所述音频数据的音量是否超过预设音频阈值;
    如果判断所述音频数据的音量超过所述预设音频阈值,则录制第一预设时长的所述音频数据;
    判断是否存在第一网络连接;
    如果存在第一网络连接,则通过所述第一网络连接回传所述音频数据。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的移动终端丢失后数据回传装置,其特征在于,
    如果判断不存在第一网络连接,则等待建立第一网络连接。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的移动终端丢失后数据回传装置,其特征在于,
    如果等待第二预设时长后不存在第一网络连接,则开启第二网络连接,通过所述第二网络连接回传所述音频数据。
  14. 如权利要求11-13任意一项所述的移动终端丢失后数据回传装置,其特征在于,在所述获取用于表征移动终端处于丢失状态的触发信息之后,还包括:根据触发信息锁定移动终端,以使移动终端不被非法操作使用。
