本申请要求在2015年12月9日提交中国专利局、申请号为201521017927.2、申请名称为“滑动按键组件和电子产品”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及电子产品技术领域,具体地,本申请涉及一种滑动按键组件和电子产品。
背景技术
电子产品已成为现代生活不可缺少的日常用品,手机、平板电脑的使用越来越广泛,功能也越来越多样化。目前,很多电子产品上开始使用可以上下滑动的按键,但是这类按键在使用时经常会出现卡涩、卡顿、松动等现象,造成使用手感不佳。
发明人发现,为了避免上述情况的发生,提高使用手感,有必要对滑动按键的结构进行改进。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种滑动按键组件和电子产品,该滑动按键组件能够防止出现松动现象。
本申请实施例提供一种滑动按键组件,该滑动按键组件包括:
定心片,所述定心片上设置有第一插槽;
弹片,所述弹片包括连接部和弹性臂,所述弹性臂从所述连接部上伸出,所述弹性臂倾斜于所述连接部,所述连接部上设置有第二插槽;
所述定心片与所述弹片比邻设置,所述弹性臂向远离所述定心片的方向延伸;
按键,所述按键插在所述第一插槽和第二插槽中。
优选地,所述弹片包括两支弹性臂,所述连接部呈矩形平面结构,所述弹性臂分别设置在所述连接部的两端。
优选地,所述弹性臂相对于所述连接部的倾斜角度为20°~50°。更优地,所述弹性臂相对于所述连接部的倾斜角度为45°。
优选地,所述连接部的宽度大于1mm。
优选地,所述定心片的宽度与所述弹片的连接部的宽度相同。
优选地,所述第一插槽与所述第二插槽对齐。
另外,本申请实施例还提供了一种电子产品,该电子产品包括:
壳体,所述壳体表面上开设有安装槽;
如前述任一技术方案所述的滑动按键组件,所述按键的一端穿过所述安装槽,所述定心片靠近所述壳体;

本申请实施例提供的电子产品及滑动按键组件中,滑动按键组件的弹性臂能够为滑动按键组件提供弹力,能够防止滑动按键组件出现松动现象。

为使本申请实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施 例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
如图1以及图2所示,本申请实施例提供了一种滑动按键组件,包括定心片11、弹片12以及按键13。定心片11上设置有第一插槽,弹片12则包括连接部121和弹性臂122,弹性臂122从连接部121上伸出,弹性臂122倾斜于连接部121,连接部121上设置有第二插槽123。如图2所示,定心片11与弹片12比邻设置,在图2示出的实施例中,定心片11和弹片12的连接部121都呈平面结构,所以弹片12能够直接贴合在定心片11上。弹片12和定心片11可以通过粘接的方式贴合,也可以在两者之间垫有其它结构,本申请对此不进行限制。特别地,弹片12上的弹性臂122朝向远离定心片11的一侧倾斜、延伸,这样,定心片11和弹片12组合形成一个弹性结构。按键13穿过定心片11上的第一插槽和弹片12连接部121上的第二插槽123,即按键13插在定心片11和连接部121上。按键13的一端从定心片11一侧伸出,按键13的另一端可以从弹片12的一侧伸出。
本申请提供的滑动按键组件可以安装在电子产品中,按键13从电子产品的外壳上露出,以供用户使用,定心片11用于对滑动按键组件起到定位、引导的作用。电子产品外壳的内侧可以设置有滑槽,定心片11可以嵌在滑槽中,用户可以推动按键组件在滑槽中滑动。弹片12的弹性臂122则可以顶在电子产品内部的结构上,对整个滑动按键组件施加向外壳外侧的作用力,这样,滑动按键组件就不会出现松动现象,且用户在使用时能够感受到按键13具有一定的浮动能力,提升了使用手感。
具体地,如图3以及图4所示,在本申请的一种实施例中,弹片12可以包括两支弹性臂122,连接部121可以呈矩形平面结构,弹性臂122分别设置在成矩形平面结构的连接部121的两端。这样,弹性臂122产生的弹力可以均匀地传到定心片11和按键13上,提高滑动按键组件在使用时的稳定性。本申请并不对弹片12的形状和弹性臂122的位置、数量进行具体的限制,在其它实施例中,例如,弹片12的连接部可以呈椭圆形片,在沿着椭圆形片的短轴和长轴的两端都设置有弹性臂122,连接部周围共有四个连接臂122。本领域技术人员可以根据滑动按键组件的滑动方向、安装条件等因素对连接部的形状、弹性臂122的数量进行调整。
为了使弹性臂122能够提供良好的弹性效果,使滑动按键组件能够在 电子产品中产生稳定、适当的浮动,优选地,如图4所示,弹性臂122相对于连接部121的倾斜角度的范围应在20°~50°之间。如果弹性臂122倾斜的角度过大,则会出现弹性臂122不易产生弹性变形的情况,而如果弹性臂122倾斜角度过小,则会出现弹性臂122在较小的压力下就产生变形的情况,使用手感相对较差。更优地,弹性臂122相对于连接部121的倾斜角度可以为45°,此时弹性臂122通常能够产生适当的弹性形变和回弹作用。
弹片12需要具有足够的强度才能够提供良好的支撑、回弹作用,所以优选地,在本申请的实施例中,连接部121的宽度大于1mm。宽度在1mm以上的连接部121能够达到足够的强度已提供支撑作用,如果宽度过窄,在弹性臂122发生弯曲时,有可能使连接部121的产生一定弯曲,降低滑动按键组件的可靠性。
特别地,在图1所示的实施例中,连接部121的宽度可以基本与定心片11的宽度一致,便于整个滑动按键组件在电子产品中的滑动配合。在本申请的其它实施例中,连接部121的宽度也可以宽于或窄于定心片,本申请不对此进行限制。
特别地,按键13可以根据电子产品的实际情况不同设计成不同的结构,定心片11上的第一插槽和弹片12上的第二插槽123应与按键13的结构相匹配。当按键13上没有弯折时,为了便于按键13插入第一插槽和第二插槽123,定心片11与弹片12的装配位置可以使第一插槽和第二插槽123的位置相互对齐。而当按键13上具有弯折时,第一插槽可以与第二插槽123相对偏移。本申请的第一插槽和第二插槽123的相对位置不仅限于对齐一种情况,本领域技术人员可以根据按键13的结构进行设计。
另外,本申请还提供了一种电子产品,包括壳体21、如前述任一实施例提供的滑动按键组件以及定位支架3。如图5所示,壳体21上开设有安装槽211,滑动按键组件安装在壳体21内侧,其中,定心片11靠近壳体21的内表面,按键13的一端穿过安装槽211,从安装槽211处伸到壳体21的外侧,用户可以从壳体21的外侧拨动按键13,使滑动按键组件沿安装槽211的延伸方向滑动。滑动按键组件的弹片12的弹性臂122向壳体21的内侧延伸。定位支架3设置在壳体21内部,定位支架3上具有限位平面31,限位平面31朝向滑动按键组件以及安装槽211。弹片12上的弹 性臂122顶在限位平面31上。当用户从壳体21外部拨动按键13时,通常会对按键13施加垂直于壳体21表面的压力,弹片12的弹性臂122在受到压力时产生变形,使整个滑动按键组件向壳体21的内侧运动一小段距离。当用户施加的压力消失时,弹性臂122顶在限位平面31上产生回弹作用,使整个滑动按键组件向壳体21的外侧运动一小段距离,回到初始位置。这样,在弹性臂122和限位平面31的作用下,滑动按键组件不会出现松动的情况。并且,用户在拨动按键13时能够感受到一定弹力,提高了使用手感。
本申请不对安装槽开设在壳体21的什么位置进行限定,例如,在一种实施方式中,壳体21包括大平面和侧壁,安装槽211设置在侧壁上,按键13从侧壁上穿出,定位支架3可以通过粘接、螺纹连接等方式固定在大平面上,但限位平面31朝向安装槽211,也即限位平面31不平行于大平面。在另一种实施方式中,壳体可以包括第一平面和第二平面,第一平面与第二平面平行。安装槽设置在第一平面上,定位支架3设置在第二平面上,限位平面朝向第一平面上的安装槽,本领域技术人员可以根据实际情况对壳体21的结构、安装槽的位置等特征进行设计。
本申请实施例提供一种滑动按键组件和电子产品,该滑动按键组件由于弹片12的弹性臂122可以顶在电子产品内部的结构上,对整个滑动按键组件施加向外壳21外侧的作用力,这样,滑动按键组件就不会出现松动现象,且用户在使用时能够感受到按键13具有一定的浮动能力,提升了使用手感。

  1. 一种滑动按键组件,其特征在于,包括:
    定心片(11),所述定心片(11)上设置有第一插槽;
    弹片(12),所述弹片包括连接部(121)和弹性臂(122),所述弹性臂(122)从所述连接部(121)上伸出,所述弹性臂(122)倾斜于所述连接部(121),所述连接部(121)上设置有第二插槽(123);
    所述定心片(11)与所述弹片(12)比邻设置,所述弹性臂(122)向远离所述定心片(11)的方向延伸;
    按键(13),所述按键(13)插在所述第一插槽和第二插槽(123)中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滑动按键组件,其特征在于,所述弹片(12)包括两支弹性臂(122),所述连接部(121)呈矩形平面结构,所述弹性臂(122)分别设置在所述连接部(121)的两端。
