综上所述,如何提供一种健身车的坐垫立管结构,以避免立管的拔出,保证使用者的安全,并提高健身的体验及效率,是目前本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。

优选的,所述挡件与所述滑动立管的底部配合的一端设置有凸起部,用于与所述滑动立管的底部卡接配合。

请参见图1至图4,本实用新型实施例提供的健身车的坐垫立管结构,包括滑动立管1和固定立管3,优选的,滑动立管1套设在固定立管3内,且能够相对固定立管3滑动,以方便调节坐垫的高度。为了避免调节时滑动立管1自固定立管3内移出,在滑动立管1的底部设置有挡件2,挡件2的一侧设置有卡槽21;且在固定立管3上安装弹性片4,该弹性片4的卡紧端位于固定立管3内,用于与卡槽21配合卡接。此外,挡件2与滑动立管1的底部配合的一端还设置有凸起部,以实现与滑动立管1底部的卡接配合。
为了使坐垫的调节范围尽量大,可将弹性片4设置在固定立管3的上端,该弹性片4与挡件2的配合设置,主要是为了避免滑动立管1在移动至最高位置时自固定立管3内滑出,避免滑动立管1拔出时对使用者造成的伤害,从而确保使用者的安全,避免再次安装的需求。作为优选的,挡件2与滑动立管1之间还通过固定销6安装,以确保挡件2与滑动立管1之间安装的稳定性,具体的,固定销6通过挡件2上的限定孔22插入,当然,滑动立管1上设置有与限定孔22相对应的孔,以实现固定安装。
本申请的一个可靠实施例中,弹性片4呈弯折状,且包括固定端、卡紧端、及将固定端和卡紧端连接的连接部,具体结构如图4所示。使用时,弹性片4通过固定端上的第二固定孔41安装在固定立管3上,且固定立管3上设置有与第二固定孔41相对应的第一固定孔32,固定立管3和弹性片4可以通过螺栓固定安装,当然,这里并不仅局限于螺栓安装。弹性片4的卡紧端通过固定立管3上的插孔31插入固定立管3内,该卡紧端与固定立管3的轴线具有一定的夹角,当坐垫在最低位置到最高位置之间时,该卡紧端一直处于被挤压的状态,当坐垫处于最高位置时,该卡紧端在弹性力的作用下有回复初始位置的倾向,从而能够与卡槽21配合卡紧,避免滑动立管1滑出。这里的卡槽21的结构优选为倾斜状,与卡紧端的结构配合,如图3所示。
此外,还可在卡紧端设置弹性保护壳5,该弹性保护壳5采用较软的材质,如橡胶等制作,用于避免滑动过程中弹性片4对立管的划伤。
本申请实施例中,滑动立管1设置为三角芯管,固定立管3设置为椭圆芯管。此时,滑动安装时两者之间的间隙较大,因此还可在滑动立管1和固定立管3之间设置变径套8,以避免两者的晃动,保证两者的贴合,进而提高两者之间的稳定性。进一步的,还可在弹性片4外设置压盖7,压盖7固定安装在固定立管3上,以起到防尘的作用,此外,也能够使得坐垫立管结构更加美观。
本实用新型实施例提供的健身车的坐垫立管结构,其包括滑动立管1和固定立管3,滑动立管1能够相对于固定立管3滑动从而调节坐垫的高度,以满足人们的身高要求。在使用本申请的坐垫立管结构时,将滑动立管1 和固定立管3套设在一起,调节高度时仅需上下移动滑动立管1。向上移动时,由于滑动立管1的底部设置有挡件2,固定立管3上设置有弹性片4,且弹性片4的卡紧端能够与挡件2上的卡槽21配合,从而避免了由于向上移动幅度过大而造成的滑动立管1自固定立管3中拔出,也避免了拔出后需要重新安装的问题,进而避免了立管对使用者造成的伤害,保证了使用安全,提高了健身的效率及使用者的体验性能。
基于上述实施例提供的一种健身车的坐垫立管结构,本实用新型实施例还提供一种健身车,包括车体和动力结构,且车体中的坐垫立管结构为上述坐垫立管结构。
由于该健身车具有上述坐垫立管结构,因此,在一定程度上,该健身车也避免了拔出后需要重新安装的问题,进而避免了立管对使用者造成的伤害,保证了使用安全,提高了健身的效率及使用者的体验性能。
